The reviews here seem behind the times! KPM is truly amazing. Please take rhinoplasty seriously and consider very strongly if you need this surgery. It is neither easy nor quick, as seen on tv. If it is something you must have, KPM is the best in aesthetics there is. He's a perfectionist and an artist. He is in a class by himself. The skill level is masterful. That is so rare in this field. His team, especially Nicole and Nazli are caring and I feel supported all the way. I talk to them all the time. I searched a long time to find the right doctor, and we clicked right away. I found Dr Murray looking for a specific specialization. I made an online appointment for a virtual meeting which showed a wait and only 9am-10am appointments. All first time patients need a virtual appointment first. I am on the west coast so this was perfect for me and I was ok with the wait and the early time. The day of appointment finally came, I get up and try to call. I get nothing but voice mail. I left a message. For days this happens without hearing back. I make another virtual appointment hoping this time I'd get a response. I end up hearing that the website is no longer in use and Dr Murray only makes appointments VIA INSTAGRAM. I am serious. On Instagram you find a link to connect to his assistent's WHATSAPP! There I get to hear Dr. Murray doesn't practice any of the specialties he brags about on his website, does not work with any insurance and SOLELY DOES NOSE JOBS. He wasted my time thinking I found the specialist I need, waiting patiently for an appointment, that did not happen, then to find out all that was nonsense and he only does nose jobs. Amazing experience! Not all plastic surgeons have an aesthetic eye, even if they believe they do. Doctor Murray isn't only a skilled doctor but he is a true ARTIST! I couldn't recommend him enough. When going in for any cosmetic surgery, you have a vision of your goals/expectations and KPM matched my vision better than I thought any doctor could. I am extremely pleased with my outcome and I'm only 6 weeks post op! He truly listens to what you want and DELIVERS! Doctor Murray is 100% worth the money you spend to see him. This doctor ruined my health. I'm left with a nose that is full of scar tissue. I feel too open after the surgery, too much air is coming in. I'm having chronic pain issues and other health problems that I never had before this surgery. Worst decision of my life to go with him for my nose surgery. Just called to make an appointment with Dr. Murray and the receptionist would not make my appointment as he is no longer seeing regular patients only rhinoplasty patients. I explained that I'm a past patient that had surgery with him in 2014 and before making an appointment with an unknown doctor in their office I wanted to speak with Dr. Murray. I paid $400 for a nose consult over zoom and couldn't medically go through with the surgery until a year later, they said I'd have to pay for it again. I've been wanting a nose job for as long as i can remember now but I've always been pretty terrified because my nose wasn't horrible to begin with, I just really didn't love my side profile. It eventually became sometime that bothered me every day so I found Dr. Murray here as well as Instagram @dr.rhinoplasty. He constantly posts new content including live videos of his patients and every single one of his noses looked perfect, looking like he has a real artistic talent when it comes to the crafting noses perfect for each individual face. At my first consultation with Dr. Murray he took pictures of me and with the computer showed me what he had in mind for my nose to look like before I gave him an idea of what I was looking for. The image was exactly what I wanted to the T. It was like we had the same OCD/perfectionist vision of what would look good with my face. I was pretty sure I wanted to go with him but I thought it'd be smart to go to another consultation with a different doctor. I ended up going to a well known plastic surgeon in miami who is also amazing but I felt as though we weren't on the same page with my vision and style, my gut still told me to go with Dr. Murray. I ended up going back to Dr. Murray for one more consult and I pulled the trigger. The office was so accommodating in getting me squeezed in for surgery as soon as possibly due to my crazy travel schedule. My surgical coordinator Jeicy was super helpful and easy to get ahold of whenever I had questions. The day I went in for my surgery I was SO excited, zero nerves at all and just felt fully confident that Dr. Murray was going to take great care of me and give me the nose of my dreams. And that is exactly what Dr. Murray did. I have the nose of my dreams and I'm still crying of happiness! He made it even more perfect then the 3D rendering he showed me and my heeling was a breeze. He also kept in touch with me for the following days after my surgery to make sure everything was going well. He also have me a 180 video of my before and after directly after surgery so my reveal wasn't a complete surprise. I am now only 11 days post-op with zero bruising and minimal swelling. I would highly recommend Dr. Murray to anyone looking to improve their nose, or in fact - make it near perfect. I originally got a ballpark quote for a primary rhinoplasty from Dr. Kim Patrick Murray via whatsapp back in June of 2020. I was quoted a ballpark range of $7,000 based on my photos and was told the estimate was good for a short period of time. Obviously I understand that the final price could change based on the actual makeup of my nose, the difficulty, ect. but I atleast had an idea. At the time I didn't have the funds for the surgery but knew that this was the range I'd have to save up for. Finally this last August I was at a place where I could commit to the surgery so I scheduled the VIP consult to get the process started. After scheduling and paying for the consult I happened to see that a new price range had been posted on his website STARTING at $12,000-? based on your unique situation. I reached out to the scheduling individual Nazli to verify if this was correct and she confirmed that the prices now START at $12,000. While I understand supply and demand I don't understand how over the course of a year, with my nose remaining completely the same, the price almost double. I was so disappointed because I really wanted my surgery done by him and him alone but know there's no way I can pay that amount. Only cares about getting you in and out as quickly as possible and charges you way more than he should. No clue why he's even considered an ENT, if you look him up it's almost purely rhinoplasty. If you're not looking to get a rhinoplasty don't even bother going to him unless you wanna waste your money. He looks at you for around 20 seconds, then tells you he doesn't know and to come back (even told me i had a cyst on my tonsils, yet didn't worry about it whatsoever, like why even tell me then?). I came in for tinnitus in one ear, i had to MAKE the suggestion of sinus issues being the reason, only to get charged an exorbitant amount to be prescribed a small spray. Also tried to prescribe me something for my lips because they were "swollen". Came there for tinnitus, not my lips, probably would charge me a thousand dollars for that. If you have the heart to charge people an insane amount for a small spray, then you shouldn't work with people. read more

I ended up being to Dr. Murray's patient after calling for an appointment at Miami ENT Specialists to book an appointment. I didn't have a specific surgeon in mind, and ended up being scheduled to see him. I'm so lucky that this happened! The next available appointment was only a few days away, I was shocked because I was expecting the usual wait of weeks--or even months-- until the next open date. That was a great first impression. Then came the wait in the office. Again, exceeded my expectations with the fact that I was called right on time. You know that's a rarity these days. Okay, that's two-for-two so far! Now comes the most important part, aside from the administrative or "businessy" side of my experience: Dr. Murray himself. He was very professional, patient, and attentive while I explained my complicated issue. I've been battling cluster headaches (in case you don't know what that is, that's like migraine headaches, times a million and a half!) for most of my life and have never found anything that could significantly relieve or minimize the attacks. After an MRI showed that I also had major sinus issues, I needed an ENT that can take care of that problem to minimize the cluster headache symptoms. And this is when my experience reached "three-for-three" status! He recommended Baloon Sinuplasty procedure, which is a procedure done to dilate the sinuses in order for the patient to breathe better and allow more oxygen to reach the brain. I went for it. I was willing to try anything that could help me relieve these headaches, even if it helped a tiny bit. Thankfully, though, this procedure did more than help! I've been headache free since then and I'm at a point where I sleep much better and feel much more awake when I get up in the morning. Obviously, the fact that the surgery was a success and that it helped me more than anything I've tried so far to fix the problem, is a huge factor to why I was compelled to write this review. However, I'm sure that if the surgery didn't practically cure my issue, I understood that there was no guarantee and would have still written a 5-star review due to the amazing service, care, and patience that was offered to me from beginning to end. Honestly, experiences such as this at a doctor's office are scarce these days, and it is very refreshing to see that there are still doctors as professional and involved with their patients as Dr. Murray. read more

Dr. Murray was the ENT specialist I was referred to by the Urgent Care Dr. My first time at his office & follow up visit was great, and the staff was real nice and quick to see me. He was able to help right away and target my problem, I had a case of Strep Throat that had caused a small abscess due to first set of antibiotics didn't work and I was in pain. Dr Murray was very thorough in explaining everything and answered all my questions, and got me on the right medication and within 24 hours I was already feeling better & relieved. I went to doctor Kim Murrey in January. Got slammed with a several hundred dollar bill for a simple doctors visit, even with insurance. Supposedly he made a surgery on me when he looked up my nose and told me I had allergies. Which I already knew about! I came in there expecting a $50 co-pay for getting some real allergy medicine. But ended up having to pay for a "surgery" out of my own pocket without being informed about it. I'll herby advice you to mention that extra few hundred dollar charge (That many insurance companies wont cover for the patient) when you decide to perform a Nasal Endoscopy on your patients. I always had some issues breathing, so after some time I decided to visit a doctor. After doing some research I decided to go with Dr. Murray. After my initial diagnosis, deviated septum and and the turbinates too large, I was offered two options by the doctor, a treatment based on pills, drops or surgery. It was well explained to me both options and I decided to go with surgery and at the same time, a rhinoplasty to fix a little bit my nose :) In less than a month, mission accomplished and now after two weeks I can say surgery was the best decision. The first day after the surgery (which it took five hours, let's just say Dr. Murray likes to to a perfect job) I am happy to say I did not bleed, just a few drops and I did not feel pain at all, I did not have to take any of the prescribed pain killers pills. I had an outstanding out come from surgery. On the second day, no bleeding at all and no pain, just a stuffy nose which it can be expected and I was advised it was going to happen, and no bruises at all. The fact I did not bleed, no pain and no bruises, it tells me the very good job Dr. Murray did, I couldn't be happier with his work. Two weeks later, today, I can barely see the incision in my nose. If there is anyone out there, thinking to do any of the three procedures done on me, I highly recommend Dr. Murray, he is a very talented doctor. Dr. Murray is very professional, helpful, experienced. He answers all your questions in a way you will understand, and if he has to explain again he will do it until you get it. Had a turbinate reduction done at the Biscayne Blvd. office and was surprised how easy it was compared to my last experience 15 years ago. Dr. Murray was very patient and explained the entire procedure to me. I experienced no pain during or after this out-patient surgery and the effect is immediate. I can breathe normally again thanks to Dr. Murray and his friendly staff. His advise is absolutely objective and he explains all available options including pro's and con's. 8/12/2019 BEWARE OF SCAM!! I called to book an appointment and was surprised they had a next day appointment available. I booked the appointment with ANNIE and asked if they take my insurance she took down my policy numbers and told me yes they do take my insurance. I get to the appointment the next business day and ask the lady at the front desk (whose name I did not get) if they take my insurance and I handed her my card and she said "oh yes we take this insurance." Now after I have waited for TWO HOURS along with other people that were there before me that must have waited 2-3 HOURS, the front desk lady calls me up and says I quote "your insurance covers the office visit but not any other procedures." This makes sense to me. She continues "but there will be a deductible of $153." This is after I asked about my insurance 3 times and waited 2 HOURS to be told this. Unfortunately, I did not have the money so I could not see the doctor. ABSOLUTE SCAM AND FRAUDSTERS NEVER USE THIS DOCTOR. DR. I've never posted a review about a medical professional but my experience with Dr Murray has been so unexpectedly positive I feel the need to encourage anyone experiencing sinus issues to see if he can help you. I've had sinus issues my entire life and have seen different doctors for over 20 years that have misdiagnosed what were the real cause of my problems. I saw some information online about his practice and how they specialized in a special type of sinus balloon procedure. I thought I'd give it a try since I was so miserable. What was so impressive about Dr Murray was upon my first visit he took the time to thoroughly examine me and not jump to preconceived conclusions or treatments. The results have been both surprising and life changing. What was surprising was the simplicity of his recommended treatment. It turned out I didn't need any type of balloon or other invasive procedure but something much easier. It sounds like basic treatment but he is the only Doctor I've ever seen that looked past the obvious to really figure out what was the true cause of my problems. I went to see Dr. Murray a month ago for sinus pain, hoarseness, and a chronic sore throat. My first visit with the doctor was very thorough and I felt he listened and understood my symptoms and discomfort. I proceeded with his advice and medication. I just had my follow-up and am happy to report 4 weeks later I feel so much better! I have another follow-up in 2 months but feel I am in good hands with Dr. Murray :) I will advise to complete the online forms prior to going to your first visit as it does save some time. You will still have 1 or 2 pages to sign once there though. Other than that the office visit and staff are nice and efficient. Did a great job on fixing my nose! I can breathe now, sinuses don't drip all the time and not getting resp infections like I used to a lot. The only issue was scheduling of two appointments that were scheduled for different dates and different offices than what was written on my card at the office. That was frustrating having come so far for each visit but they squeezed me in both times and on the second time I mentioned it to the doc and he straightened things out and it never happened again. So he really does list and take care of all issues surrounding the patient. It was a big decision to drive from Key West to Miami for appointments and to Aventura for the procedure but it was well worth it! Great results!!! Highly recommend. read more

Had a severe case of congestion which turned out to be polyps primarily in my left nostril- i was unable to breath, smell or taste properly! Very grateful for Dr. Murray, had outpatient surgery at Mercy and am able to fully breath again! He listens, explains and is a perfectionist as evident by my follow ups post op. He is also up to date on medical literature when it comes to medications, treatment etc. Would 100% recommend him. I was really excited about doing my Rhinoplasty surgery with this doctor, but to start off the receptionists in the office are lost. My appointment was for 4pm and I ended up being seen at 4:45pm. On top of that the Coral Gables location is in an old and ugly building. I was willing to over look that because I liked how Dr. Murray's work would come out in pictures after the surgery was performed. I then met the doctor and he was not everything I thought he would be. He was not welcoming and friendly. He was direct and straight to the point. He did not make me feel comfortable but again I was willing to overlook that. What really shocked me was the price. I asked for an aggressively styled nose. I told him exactly what I wanted and he told me that it would not come out exactly like that but that I'd be able to tell the difference. He said he'd have to break my nose in two places which again I had no problem with. I have never had surgery before and this is not a revision rhinoplasty. He then convinced me to do a chin implant as well after I had told him I was going to get fillers with another doctor. Now it would be two surgeries being done which would be easier for the doctor because he doesn't have to book a facility on two different days. His website says that without insurance the surgery would cost $9,000 to $10,000. Which I made my peace with. Average cost for rhinoplasty in Miami is $5,000-$10,000 so I was like fine I'll pay what he charges because his work looks good. He also told me I'd save money instead of continuing to do chin fillers for the next three years. He said I would need 3 fillers at least to get to where I wanted to be which would average out to $2,700. He wanted to charge me $12,000 for rhinoplasty and $4,000 for a chin implant. $16,000 to do both surgeries in 1 day. Not to mention he told me the chin implant would take him 30 minutes to do. I then paid a $2,500 deposit to secure a date in hopes that he would at least lower the rhinoplasty to $10,000 but he told his surgical coordinator that the price was non-negociable. Please do not waste your time going here because that is exactly what you will be doing...wasting your time. read more

I first went to see Dr. Murray about 3 years ago. At the time, I had had a history of over 19 years of chronic sinusitis. I was on about 4 different oral allergy medications that I would take daily to try to alleviate my symptoms. In addition, I was having recurring sinus infections about once a month. Dr. Murray fixed ALL those problems. I now only take regular zertek once a day and thankfully have not had a sinus infection in two full years. Through Dr. Murray's help, I completed a series of allergy shots which his staff assisted me with and guided me along the process. I also underwent the in-office balloon sinoplasty which expanded the sinus cavities and has really improved my overall health. I have to say that I never thought I would be in a position where I was not constantly taking allergy medicine or having to treat sinus infections and I am thrilled to say that because of Dr. Murray's expertise I am nearly cured! Dr. Murray is willing to answer any and all questions I had regarding the procedures and treatments he recommended and worked with me to obtain the best solution/results for me.
