Because of this last-minute change, the outcome is the opposite of what I agreed to. The implants are overly projected and firm, with very visible scarring and noticeable veins due to how tight they are. At a follow-up appointment, the surgeon raise his voice when I shared my concerns. The office offered a refund at that visit, but later said it would only be issued if I sign a non-disclosure agreement. I declined the NDA and still have not received my refund months later.
