Throughout the conversation, she was short, dismissive, and consistently rude. At the end of the call, I asked again for her name, and she deliberately hung up on me. This was not an accidental disconnect -- I called back immediately, six separate times, and every call went unanswered. This was an appalling experience, and the conduct of this surgical coordinator was downright despicable. Her behavior alone has completely discouraged me from pursuing any type of procedure with this practice, surgical or non-surgical. If this is the level of professionalism they allow at the front line of patient communication, I cannot imagine entrusting them with my care.

Also, he explains EVERYTHING... from the science behind the product, to the anatomy of the injection site, to his injection technique... he will go into great detail and doesn't rush through the appointment. This is not simply a matter of the valet being "distant" or having a bad attitude. There is a very noticeable difference in the way I am treated depending on the vehicle I arrive in.When I come by myself in my regular car, the valet has told me, "You have to park your car yourself." On another occasion, when the valet area was very busy and there were many cars, he told me, "I'm going to do you a favor and park it for you today because we are full." A valet service is a paid service. Parking my car is not a "favor" being done for me.What makes this situation even more obvious is what happens when I arrive with my husband in his newer sports car. Even when there are empty spaces available, we are suddenly told that only the valet attendants are allowed to park that particular car. The attitude and willingness to provide the service completely change. It is very hard not to notice that the difference seems to be based on the fact that the car is newer, modern, and a sports car.I have also had an upsetting experience involving my mother, who was not treated with the basic courtesy and respect that any customer should receive. This is especially disappointing at a medical facility, where patients and their family members should be treated with patience and professionalism.I want to be very clear: I am not asking for special treatment.
