They look so natural already, I can't believe you just got them done.I know you're happy yeah you really needed them , I know you're happy They really complete you , I know you're happy Yaaaaaassss girl you se*y thang. They're perfect!! From the moment I spoke to Nora I knew I was in good hands. I was an out of state patient with a last minute scheduling need because of a horrible communication experience with a different surgeon who I would put down right now but who cares because of led me to the best. Nora rescued me from my stress. She she was calm cool collective and so understanding. I think she may have been a therapist in a past life. She got me on the schedule in super short notice and even some last minute testing at the hospital. It was like God sent her to me because I almost made a mistake of going to a subpar surgeon. God sent me a doctor with a great reputation who happens to have their office in the hospital..... I was safe and I knew it....heaven sent. Then I met Dr. Rosenbaum and i simply became excited about going into surgery. I was 1000% confident that he was going to do a great job that he understood what I wanted and didn't want; Confident that HE knew he would accomplish perfection and that I would be safe. I know it's cliché but I really walked out of his office feeling like I've known him forever. He's a person I would've remembered even if he wasn't my doc. I arrived The morning of surgery and had to wait two hours for my Covid test to come back (hospital policy). everyone in my family was calling asking if I was nervous. I wasn't at all....just excited. I couldn't wait for the hospital to give me those results so doc could "hook me up". not one second did I worry because Dr. Rosenbaum was perfect!!! So was His office, his staff, the hospital staff, and most importantly....my boobies are perfect. Lucky for me I have quite a few people want me to go with them to Dr. Rosenthal in the future so it sounds like I'll be having some excuses to see him again soon. I guess I should also mention that the entire healing process has been easier than expected. I wouldn't quite say it was even painful. It was a heavy discomfort in the beginning three days but FORTUNATELY nothing like I expected. the only difficulty has been remembering what NOT to do (reach too high, carry something too heavy) because I forget I'm still healing. I met with Dr. Gary Rosenbaum 3 months ago to discuss having my breast implants removed. I obtained Dr. Rosenbaum's name from the Aetna Coventry provider list. During my visit with Dr. Rosenbaum I found it strange as to why he was not embracing me as a potential patient. But rather, he kept telling me I was wasting my time trying to get the insurance to pay for my breast implant removal and/or replacement. He kept stating that to get this done with insurance, as most plastic surgery is cosmetic and not covered( would be very very remote. However, this, is a rare exception. The doctor should not be making decisions on what the insurance may or may not decide. His employee, Nora Howell, is off the chain rude and nasty as can be on the phone. She handles the insurance claims and is an incompetent slacker . For 3 months Nora led me to believe that she was trying to get me a real surgical date but never has. I had learned from Aetna/ Coventry that Nora never submitted the paperwork even though they told me they did. Nora, how can you possibly get the insurance to accept or deny an authorization when you don't even submit the paperwork? Maybe reading this review was the kick in the ass she needed to submit the damn paperwork. On Feb 5, I had found out that the procedure was approved by my insurance and has been for two weeks now. The approval will expire on February 15 but the doctors office doesn't care. Not once did they ever reach out to take the next step to do preop. At this point, I feel it best to find another doctor and believe me, there are plenty in Miami, who WILL Value my business. Time for these jerk around artists to be kicked to the curb. read more

I met a Dr....Dr. Rosenbaum....not egotistical, not conceited, calm and warm in nature. A gentleman, a professional, a perfectionist...sure of himself... but in a quiet way. Highly skilled and talented beyond the scope that the average person cannot imagine. He transforms people, and takes them from their lowest point and brings them back to even better than before.... I've been his patient now for over a year, and was diagnosed with breast cancer August 18, 2014, with DCIS. It was beginning stages and was cure able. Still, it was the most devastating news I had ever gotten. What was only supposed to be a lumpectomy, with radiation treatments, turned into a double mastectomy, as my margins were too spread. Everything went blank, and I was unable to make any sense of things, let alone make any decisions. Thanks goodness, my husband was there for me all along the way. He was my strength, and was able to make these horrible decisions for me, like, remove one breast or take off both, keep nipples, don't keep nipples....I was numb, and sick to my stomach. My surgical oncologist, Dr. Mesko, another great Dr., decided I needed a double mastectomy, ( let me reassure you, I REALLY didn't want to.) I don't remember much from that point, but, I knew nothing about reconstruction doctors, and before I knew it, I was sitting in Dr. Rosenbaum's office at the request of my surgical oncologist. There was no waiting time, the office was warm, and receptive, and Nora, the receptionist, put me right into a room, and, immediately,I saw Dr. Rosenbaum. He was soft spoken, calm, absolutely NO arrogance, NO ego. Now, remember, I couldn't focus much, I was crying, and a mental mess. I don't believe "I" was sitting there faced with all this. Dr Rosenbaum, stood in front of me, and calmly reassured me that he would do the best he can. Showed me some before and after pictures, and in his soft demeanor, told me that he "specializes in breast reconstruction" and, if you mention in conversation, or on the internet, his name will always come up. I left his office, so confused and still upset from all this. I get home, and ran into a friend of mine who saw me crying and asked what happened. I told her that I was going to need a double mastectomy, and I had just come from a Dr.'s office, and I was so confused about this whole thing. She then called her friend, who just had breast reconstruction,and looked great and happy with her results. I called her and asked who her Dr. was and she said" DR. Rosenbaum." It was true, that from that point on, all roads led me to "Dr. Rosenbaum." I didn't bother for another opinion, or another Dr. I went back to him a second time, my head clearer,and knew that he was the one. I showed him a picture of me in a bathing suit and told him " this is exactly what I wanted to look like." All I wanted is to look myself again, and in his usual calm self said," I think I can." We'll its been over a year of a lumpectomy, mastectomy, infection, blood clots, skin expanders, implants, and MOST importantly, NO CANCER. I feel and look better than before. I'm almost finished with all my surgeries. Happy and sad at the same time because I want to keep going to his office, which i will for any other cosmetic work. In the beginning, when I had just gotten my mastectomy, I was a real mess, physically, and mentally, and I was in Dr. Rosenbaums office with my top off, and I looked down at my self and asked him: " Can you really fix this mess? Because if you can, you are truly a miracle worker, and I will always come to you for any of my cosmetic needs" And, of course, in his usual, casual demeanor, he says " I'll do the best I can.'' We'll his best is beyond what I ever expected..He gave me back my life, and I will always be indebted. Dr. Rosenbaum changed my life! Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Dr. Rosenbaum and the outstanding job he did with my surgeries in 2015. In 2011, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was 25 years old. I immediately had a double mastectomy with expanders placed under my skin to begin the process to create a new breast cavity for implants. The plan became complicated when I learned that I was going to have 16 chemotherapy treatments and six weeks of radiation treatments immediately following the double mastectomy. Ultimately the surgical scar and chemotherapy were too much for the skin to heal on the right side of my chest. The expander had to come out. After the radiation treatments ended, I starting feeling like I would never have a reconstructed breast. Slowly, I started reading and learning about the possibility of breast reconstruction after radiation treatment. The more I read the more I felt a latissimus flap breast reconstruction might be the option for me. I began looking for surgeons who perform this complex procedure. I found Dr. Rosenbaum while searching on the internet and everything I read about him and his experience led me to believe he was the right surgeon to perform my reconstruction. After my surgery, I look and feel amazing. Dr. Rosenbaum and his staff are all very caring and knowledgeable. Every appointment and every question was enjoyable and easy. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Gary Rosenbaum. He really is the best. I had to undergo breast reconstruction and to complicate matters I had previously had radiation in the breast area. Given the situation, I needed a doctor with the most sophisticated skill set. Dr. Rosenbaum was incredible - he was able to seamlessly graft the area where I had radiation using tissue from my stomach and back. My breasts look so great now, better than they ever looked and so NATURAL! I have seen a lot of surgeries but he really is the best. And while I had my breast surgery, he was also able to do a tummy tuck - INCREDIBLE! I feel like a beautiful woman, and for those of you who are undergoing mastectomy/breast reconstruction, you know that loosing the feeling of being a beautiful woman is a real concern.
