Mi esposa se realizó un BBL y breast lift en esta clínica y lamentablemente nuestra experiencia fue muy mala. Desde el inicio los precios no fueron claros. La primera cotización fue de $8,000, pero al final terminamos pagando más de $12,000. Primero cambiamos de doctor y por eso aumentaron $1,000 al precio porque es mejor. Luego nos dijeron que el J-Plasma no estaba incluido y eran $1,000 más. Después informaron que el BBL no incluía el ultrasonido de grasa y que eso también costaba $1,000 adicionales. Tampoco incluyen la faja (la venden por $145 y es de mala calidad; compré una de mejor calidad por $75). El sostén postquirúrgico tampoco está incluido y cuesta $70 más, también de mala calidad. Una vez que pagas y te operan, el trato cambia completamente. El personal se vuelve prepotente y no explican bien las cosas. En el primer masaje postoperatorio, que cuesta $100, la sesión fue de solo media hora. Durante ese masaje a mi esposa se le bajó la presión y nunca me avisaron ni me dieron una explicación clara de lo que ocurrió. Eso es muy preocupante. Para el segundo masaje, le indicaron que fuera a las 7:00 am. Llegamos puntuales y nos informaron que no estaba en la agenda. Una trabajadora llamada Marien olvidó agendar la cita y Nathaly tampoco la había programado correctamente. Nos dijeron que tal vez podían hacerle un espacio a las 2:00 pm y que esperáramos. Intenté hablar con la doctora y me dejaron esperando más de 40 minutos sin respuesta. Fue completamente desorganizado. Después de que no la atendieron en el segundo masaje, busqué masajes postoperatorios por fuera y encontré un lugar que cobra $70 por una hora completa (no media hora como aquí), es decir $30 menos por sesión y con mejor atención. Ya han pasado 4 días desde la cirugía y nadie se ha comunicado para hacer seguimiento o preguntar cómo está evolucionando. En resumen, la experiencia fue muy decepcionante. Hubo muchos costos adicionales que no se explicaron claramente desde el inicio, mala organización y falta de seguimiento después de la cirugía. No recomiendo esta clínica. Especially the massage therapist Maria who is constantly on her phone and clueless on how to care for patients after surgery. She could not explain any technique and is very aggressive when you ask her questions During my friends appointment with Maria, she was gossiping the whole time about staff and was very inappropriate. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING THEM: I had left one review earlier on in my post op journey explaining that i was unhappy with my results and had gotten the opposite of what i asked for with my BBL. (included in the photos). And they responded saying i had left multiple reviews before bashing them, which is not true at all. Anyways; I asked for my hips to be the focus of the surgery and wanted an exaggerated look but came out with hips dips the day AFTER surgery and till have them now at 2+ months post op. I also was given a fake six pack made of fat that i did not want nor ask for. Not only am i utterly devastated at my results, they will not get me in contact with Dr.Berman or discuss revision options. I've asked multiple times since being three weeks post op to talk to him. They said to wait and i waited til i was 8 weeks to ask again and have been asking tons of times a week because all they say is "the doctor with contact you as soon as possible". You would think that as a proud surgeon he would try to at least speak to someone who is suffering physically and mentally because of unwanted results he created. Not to mention during my surgery; they were very mean and awful to my mom who was picking me up and yelled at her over the phone several times to come pick me up while she was getting my prescription, when i was awake. but i had barely woken from surgery and couldn't even see straight. I felt sick and said i needed a minute but they yanked me out of the bed and dropped me into a wheelchair and wheeled me outside to wait in the 85 degree sun while my mom ordered a ride for us. I still couldn't even keep my own head up or stay awake. During my massage with their therapist the next day, she shoved an UNSTERILE wooden stick into my incisions and had me on a high table standing on my knees which i felt like i was going to fall off of and holding my weight on an unstable curtain, and when i told her i was going to pass out, she continued. I was very uncomfortable with the clinic at this point. I requested my surgery records to see exactly what was done to my body, because it's not at all what was wanted and partially done unconsentually. I still have yet to receive them. I didn't want to leave this review because from the beginning i was so excited to be worked on as i saw Berman's work and loved it. But i was left with depression, even worse body insecurity and trust issues. Please go elsewhere for your plastic surgery, spend the extra money and get a doctor who you can count on and trust with your body. Deeply in my heart I really wish I can give these people no stars. This place is a complete JOKE!!! If this is one of your choices I'm advising you to keep looking! They do whatever they want with you here and your choice DOES NOT MATTER!! I got breast augmentation in this facility, I specifically asked them for a D cup and was HORRIFIED to wake up to B cups, now I sit here completely distraught at these new gained scars and pain yet my breast aren't any bigger than they were. Don't do it. I tried to get help after my bbl 360 and plasma. Once you leave Florida you are on your own. The doctor never scheduled to see me and I could not get any answers or directions. He gave only 20 pills for pain. 5mg oxy. I was in so much pain that certainly didn't help. BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND YOUR DECISION. They make the patients leave before they can even walk properly. It us certainly NOT safe. I ended up in the hospital 2 weeks. My result has me very embarrassed. My surgery was 02/09/22 with Dr. Harry & I wanted to wait 6 weeks before I gave my review.. in all honesty communication was smooth from start to finish. My coordinator was Victoria, and if I was unable to reach her, she would call me back within the next day or two. She answered every question I had (even the weird ones) and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I would've liked to meet the dr before the surgery date just for mine and my parents peace of mind, but once I did meet him he also made me feel very comfortable. He made it very clear what he could and couldn't do. I got a BBL/Lipo 360/Jplasma/chin lipo. I'm happy with my BBL/Lipo results, but my chin is still loose even though I compressed religiously. I woke up literally screaming from the pain and I feel like I was rushed out because of that... but the woman who wheeled me out (who unfortunately I don't remember her name) was really calming and helpful. After surgery, they texted me and my wife to check up on me. They sent me lists of what to eat, what not to eat, what juices and vitamins would help recovery, and overall to make sure that I was feeling okay. I received a call every week from them for 4 weeks just to follow up with how I was doing. 10/10 for that. Overall, there aren't enough words to explain how grateful I am. Dr. Harry changed my life, restored my confidence, and most importantly, made me feel comfortable in my own skin again! My mom had surgery at Dolls Plastic Surgery and all I have to say is that it was very unprofessional, disorganized, misleading, only cares about money and overall extremely poor customer services. In other words, paid for procedures that when she woke up from surgery she did NOT get. I would not recommend this clinic. Don't do it!! And i can't emphasize it enough..: This is the kind of care you'll receive when you're trying to figure out what's going on (look at the pictures above/below) I had a BBL done back in 2020 with Dr.Kreegel. Since that point I've had constant issues and I'm starting to believe that at the time of the procedure an aseptic technique wasn't performed. Fast forward 2 YEARS LATER a cyst started to develop on my left hip and it just kept getting bigger. No signs of infection or knowing that it was what it is now. A major infection. I just thought I might of injured myself and had some swelling occur. It then turned into a small boil on my glute. I went to a dermatologist to have the cyst cut open so it can drain which now its just pools of pus. I reached out to the facility (Dolls) to speak with a doctor and try to understand that after so long why this would happen to my body. I'd understand if it was 2 weeks or 2 months but it's 2 years. I reached out to Dolls to explain the situation and if I could get some feed back from the doctor and as to why this might of happened . The bottom is what was said by one of their post op employees.... Given ... I am a nurse but I am not a med surg nurse or understand why after so long this is occurring... Like anyone would be questioning... I do have to say I did speak to the manager Theresa and she said this would be taken care of and I do hope so because professionally no medical personal should speak to anyone this way considering the circumstances... As if a person isn't undergoing enough. I reached out to get some form of guidance and got pettiness and more. I suggest that you go any where else because it may be okay now but later down the line it may not be and I don't believe it had anything to do with my body not taking but the surgeon, technique & cleanliness. I had surgery on 4-11-2023 breast lift and augmentation 360 lipo bbl today 4-28 -2023 I'm at jackson General hospital with 5 hemoglobin from bleeding had to have blood transfusions and got ecoli bacteria on my right button and on both of my breast still looking for Moore bacteria's I will have surgery tomorrow on my button to take the infection out and working on my breast infection still waiting for Moore bacteria to grow from my cultivos allot of pain can't work and bill is growing will see what happens when I get of this hospital read more

These rateras/thieves they have at the front desk, only care about stealing your deposits, and if you're lucky they'll book your appointment and have someone perform surgery on you. I went in for a consultation. The Dr. was great. I felt so confident in him, so after being pressured by Ms. Wendy to pay a $500 deposit I did. I was told I had to get some mri test before my surgery so that the doctor could decide wether or not he wanted to perform surgery on me. I paid the deposit and was escorted out. Days later I kept calling and calling to find out where I could get the test done and it took 2 months to finally get someone to call me back.. the deposit was non refundable at that point, however at that point I was still all in. I finally spoke with Wendy, after going through 3 rude receptionist, and at least 20 non answered calls. She was supposed to get back to me with answers from the surgeon, on the next steps moving forward. She never called me again. I tried calling for weeks, and just gave up. The deposit was good for a year. I have 1 more month.. but Im writing this because I found out the surgeon I met with and consulted to have the surgery with, isn't even working there anymore. I can't believe this. No one calls. No one cares. They're thieves. The surgeons may be good, but the ladies are a bunch of unprofessional locas! Who are just good at blah blah blah- if that. I live hours away, so I can't even show up in person. This girl I know went there, and had me pick me her up from there because she had no one else to pick her up, her man was no where to be found. She got in my car and the nurses were just rushing to get her out through the back door with bloody gauze and a bloody faja.. they gave me wee wee pads. Anyways, her body looked amazing. But she was crying and moaning in pain, bleeding a lot, saying she felt she was going to pass out. As I drove her to her place I'm like didn't they give you pain killers, I asked because I've gotten surge at other offices many times, and she was like NO! I'm like what?! No pain killers. Im like did they give you a prescription? She said they said it would be sent the next day or something. I never spoke to her again, I hope she's ok. But that how I found out about Dolls, because she called me needing help and at the time I lived close by. Even through all that shit.. I still paid a deposit. Silly me. I give a 1 star rating only for the doctor who did my surgery. Because he wanted to help me but couldn't cause it was dolls call. I have brachioplasty on both arms. My one arm has more loose skin which is normal like one arm little bigger than other. My skin started to die during surgery on my right arm there for I was stitch partial with the thickest sutures I order to keep what could be closed closed on the open wound. I was sent back to the hotel to return the next day to have it finished being sewn up. Again the sutures where thing my arms was stitches like baseball from the wound being open and the severe swelling in my right arm my stitches kept popping open and I developed a nasty staff infection. Once I got back to home state I was hospitalized. My left arm which was stitched normal and no infection healed as bad as my right. I always went to the same plastic surgeon for my breast reduction and implants, and also my tummy tuck I don't heal bad or scar horrible I have rarely scars from these procedures and never an infection. My arms especially the right look like it was blown off and restitched from a Grenada like I walked through a war zone! When I asked to have my scar revised it took 6 months to get ahold of someone after my surgery and finally after I did they are trying charge me all these fees? This is not my fault this happened if too much skin would not have been taken or the wound left open I would not have gotten this infection or nasty scars! I now am having my scars revised here at my normal plastic surgeon who has done all my work. He feels so bad for how my surgery went he is doing the surgery for cost of Anesthesia and surgical room fee only! I am a single mother I spend well over 8k for this procedure at dolls with cost of it, the travel and not including all medical expenses I accrued in PA from hospital that treated me for my infection and wound care treatment I had to go too for months! All I asked is that doll refund me back the cost of what it would cost to have this corrected I sent them the statement (invoice) of proof from my new surgeon showing the cost! They could mail or pay them direct! I am just asking for them to rectify what went wrong. The doctor would do it if it was his practice but they are just contracted through dolls so they have no say what's so ever. Dolls is nothing more than a factory and butchers! I am happy to provide all my pictures from the day of the surgery, to being hospitalized for infection, to current along with medical documents to anyone thinking of going here DO NOT! Things happen always risks but when they don't care to HELP you rectify that's an issue. 3 doctors including one who did surgery and one fixing mess said I should be refunded for the cost of the revision at the very least! I did a year ago a Breast reduction with implants by Dr Masri in Florida dolls plastic surgery and I have horrible results, scars and my breast looks worse than what it was before. This facility is beautiful clean and organized. I felt safe and taken care of for one of the scariest things I have ever chosen to do. I received a BBL from Dr. Harry. He is knowledgeable and thorough. I live my results. He has literally changed my life for the better for ever and given me confidence that I never even knew I could have. I was in wonderful hands and if asked to make the decision again I'd put my life in the hands of this wonderful staff with out hesitation. It all started when I didn't get medical clearance during the 60 day mark. I was unable to get a breast ultrasound and this clinic refused my lab results that my doctor submitted. I tried contacting this facility numerous times to try to resolve or possibly reschedule for a later date but they failed to respond or even reply. I called everyday for a month, sent emails back to back, left voicemails and even sent a text. This clinic has refused to communicate with me or issue a refund for all payments sent. After filing a dispute with one of my banks to get my payment back, this clinic responded to the bank that they will resolve the issue with me so of course I reached out the clinic again but no response or reply. I find it odd that they only reached out to my bank but I have yet to receive any communication from them since 03/2022. At this point I do not trust that this clinic will provide me professional service or care for me during the surgery. I am pursuing legal actions to obtain my payments back. 06/29/2021: $500 deposit made, surgery date scheduled for 03/29/2022 02/2022: $2000 sent towards remaining balance of $3000 03/01/22: not medical cleared for surgery, the stat of contacting clinic every day 05/11/2022: clinic responded to bank dispute but had not responded to my months long emails, texts, and voicemails I'm convinced that they only respond when payments are due and that they ghost patients who are unable to get medical clearance. read more

At my pre-op appointment which isn't the same office and it would be nice if you sent that information in an email or something to stay on time.Side note my first coordinator left so I got passed along to a bunch of different people and that wasn't updated either. I just called the office after a week to let them know I wasn't getting a response.That's when I found out she was gone, ok I blamed all this on tax season. At my pre-op thank God for back up on text messages because my invoice didn't state implants but since the tell you it's an option when you get a lift I didn't think it mattered and it's not just me I know someone that also people that received estimates said the same it's the same price so I found the messages in my back up didn't see doctor he was in surgery. Day of surgery met the doctor on my clearance on my family physician said pending signature on the one they received. I had to wait for my doctor's office to open to get them to fax the right one but that was caught weeks before when they received the clearance. I was never told to take a multivitamin they asked if I was taking anything else. I told her no one told me to take anything mater of fact I was told to stop taking my medicine 2 weeks prior when they finally got the fax from imaging it only took three different fax numbers. So the fax number on the orders isn't the one they need because that was another hassle. They said while I was in surgery they were going to give my husband my perceptions so he could have them filled and explain the drains. That never happened they gave him that when they rushed me out after surgery so the pharmacy didn't have that filled until after 7pm I got out around 2:30pm we didn't know what do with the drains. They give you a post op hotline number no answer and doesn't return the call if you leave a VM a friend that had a drain explained to me some of what to do post-op appointment next day doctor couldn't come out still tied up in surgery day 7 post op appointment waited almost 2 hours to see the doctor to ask my questions because no one hardly answers received an answer via text one time from Ester. This is week 2 over the weekend I lost a stich and I can't keep it closed started oozing a lot had to call the office several times finally got someone on the phone. Waiting for a response from the surgeon. It would have been nice to be acknowledged that my messages were received but there is a communication problem here. read more

I got surgery here on 09/01/2021 and must I say I love my results!!! I loved my coordinator, my lab coordinator just everyone. Dr Berman was so informative straight to the point!!! The after care nurse was so sweet as well!!! I love you guys!!!! Lmao read more
