The salon offered to redo the service, which I appreciated, but doing so required me to fit another hour-and-a-half appointment into an already busy travel schedule. Unfortunately, the second service produced disappointing results as well. Within two days, the gel polish began chipping on multiple nails making me question whether there is an issue with the products being used. My mother-in-law had an appointment at the same time and her manicure was visibly streaky. The salon also told me they would follow up the day after the redo to see how the manicure was holding up, but I never heard from anyone. The services totaled $200 before gratuity. At that price point, I expect products, application, and overall quality to be held to a much higher standard. While I appreciate the salon's willingness to redo the original service, the repeat failure, the lack of follow-up, and the additional quality issues we experienced left me disappointed and unable to recommend this salon for gel manicure services.

Honestly, this is probably the best Russian mani I have ever gotten! Olga was so sweet. She was very gentle and meticulous throughout the whole process and the studio is clean and bright. Usually after a mani, I'm sitting in my car looking at my nails and finding little mistakes here and there, picking off gel stuck to my skin, etc. Instead I was left speechless; I couldn't find a single flaw, this manicure is true perfection from the shaping, cuticle care, and gel application. I find myself staring at my nails because they have never looked this good. I can't recommend Luna Nail Studio enough. Thank you so much Olga for giving me the best manicure of my life! From the moment I sat down I was shown a book to pick out the color I want instead of having to choose one from the shelf of all the polishes. I only saw one sparkle color, so I asked if they had anymore glitters, and they did! I chose pink sparkle to match my purse and outfits I have been wearing lately. The whole process was so easy and quick, and the lady who did my nails was so nice. Towards the end of my appointment to my surprise, an employee from the coffee/ juice place next door came in and said they had extra drinks so I also got a free coffee! I paid first and tipped first before I got my nails done so that I didn't have to touch anything after and risk messing up the polish, but the gel dried so quickly I don't even think it was necessary to do that!

The service itself felt rushed from beginning to end, and unfortunately, the quality reflected that. I was charged $108, wasn't given a receipt, and left wondering what I had actually paid for. The final result did not meet my expectations. I understand that businesses get busy and that employees have schedules to keep. However, if there isn't enough time to provide proper service, it's better to be honest and say there is no availability rather than have a customer come in, wait for nearly an hour, and then feel pressured through the appointment. A trip to the nail salon should leave you feeling relaxed and happy. Instead, I left feeling stressed, rushed, and disappointed. Between the lack of communication, feeling pressured throughout the appointment, the poor-quality service, and the price, this was an experience I won't be repeating. Thank you anyway.

He does flawless artistic full sets on me bi-weekly. They last 4-6 weeks even if I wanted the tobut I choose to go every 2-3 weeks. a friend of mine comes here on a regular basis and gets cute gel x manicures, so take my review…read morewith a grain of salt. because of said friend, i tried this place out around a year or so ago. that experience wasn't great -- their services as described online weren't super clear to me, but i booked the one that seemed the closest to what i needed, some kind of gel mani service. when i got to the salon, the older brunette woman (a manager? a receptionist? unclear) asked what i wanted. i told her that i was a little confused by the services offered and explained what i was looking for (a strengthening gel mani and french tip or something along those lines. i was not aware that they couldn't be done together). she then started muttering under her breath to another technician that "well maybe you could have read it on the website." uh, i did? and it wasn't clear? i'm very clearly not a professional nail tech, that's why i was there. she was unnecessarily rude the whole time i was there. maybe it was just a bad day. i don't know. someone eventually did put a black french tip on my nails, but did not seem to understand how to do it correctly and layered a sparkly pink over the top so instead it came out more like blue chrome? it's fine, they're just nails, who cares. i was mostly just put off by how awful the overall customer service was. i went back in today to get the rewind manicure with a strengthening treatment (because now i know!). i didn't even feel like doing it due to cramps, but the cancellation policy on their website is pretty strict (and expensive) so i sucked it up and drove over. they advise you to arrive 10-15 minutes early for parking, which is a fair tip because the parking lot is always busy. i checked in for a 2:30 appointment at 2:20 or so. by 3:00 nobody had checked on me, made any kind of indication that i was up next (or even soon). i don't care about being offered drinks or anything, but maybe *some* kind of human acknowledgment that i'm here and have been waiting here for the better part of 45 minutes? i'm glad that business is booming and that you guys are busy, but i'm busy too. my time is just as valuable as yours. i'm done trying here. i'm so happy that my friend enjoys this place, and maybe i would have too if the circumstances were different. doesn't matter. i'll take my chances somewhere else.
