I asked her if I could have two flavors in a Small. I did not ask if I could have it on a cone. I just asked if I could order a small scoop and have two flavors. She said yes. She did not say it had to be in a cup if I wanted two flavors in a small scoop. When I ordered I told her which two flavors I wanted and then said I wanted a sugar cone. She proceeded to scoop a nice sized scoop onto the cone, then went to put another same sized scoop of the second flavor but that's not what I wanted. And I was charged for two scoops on a cone. The icecream was so soft, I had to put it in a cup after all that. It was disappointing and I would not come back.

There is also a convenient parking lot, which makes stopping by much easier. The pricing seems to be about the same and is a little high in my opinion, but since the ice cream is homemade, you can truly taste the quality. Another thing I enjoyed about this location is that they have seating inside, so you can relax and enjoy your treats. There was a long line when I arrived, but it moved smoothly. The worker was friendly and patient, allowing me to sample a few flavors before making my selection. I ended up sticking with our favorites, Brownie Nut Fudge and Banana Oreo, but next time I'll definitely have to try one of the new flavors I sampled. Definitely recommend! If you're going to treat yourself to ice cream, it might as well be creamy, delicious and made with care.

I usually love Cold Stone, but my visit to the Babylon location today was incredibly disappointing…read more First of all, the prices here have gotten completely out of hand. I ended up paying $20 for literally just a kiddie-sized Birthday Cake Remix cup and one of their new ice cream tacos. $20!! I know inflation is a thing, but charging that much for a tiny kid's cup and a taco is just straight-up highway robbery. But honestly, the price wasn't even the worst part. What really grossed me out was watching the employee scoop and mix the ice cream without wearing any gloves. Especially at a place where they are constantly handling food, mixing things on the stone, and touching different utensils, not wearing gloves is absolutely disgusting and a massive hygiene issue. Between getting ripped off and watching basic food safety get ignored, I won't be coming back to this location. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about cleanliness.

When we arrived with our party of seven, the line was out the door. Since it was a nice summer night, a line was to be expected, but the issue was that there were only two staff members working to serve a huge crowd. It took a very long time to get to the front, and when we were finally served, I asked for caramel on my ice cream. The gentleman barely put any on, so I asked if he could add a bit more. He said yes, but then immediately proceeded to serve the next customer. As I stood there holding my melting ice cream, I had to ask the other server to remind him about the topping. I had to wait until he finished helping the next person before he finally added it--mostly dumping it onto one side so it started dripping over, without offering a napkin or anything to clean it up. The ice cream itself was okay, but the service definitely left a lot to be desired.
