They are just ripping off customers, hoping they won't notice. After response from owner: Christine, I paid with cash. I always pay with cash. Your cashier saw the cash. So when she was on the phone with the "manager," the manager should've asked her was the customer paying cash or credit card. And your "manager" stated the prices had gone up. So your "manager" lied.
