Either way, I'm changing my review and given five stars and solely based on. I don't know her or the company very well yet nor do they know me very well. However, anyone that's willing to give somebody another chance I would have to say is good in my book. So that's what I am basing this review off of today. I think some very bad miscommunication happened. Emotions got involved and it caused for a bad interaction. However, after reaching out and asking for another chance, and with some better clarification she has been willing to do so. So thank you very much. First off, this is in a big, brown building that's near some apartments on South Duff. The sign…read moreisn't huge, but I did drive past it once. It's a brick building, and it has private parking in the driveway. Parking is nice. The office itself has its own door once you go inside. The closest door to the parking lot will get you to their office as soon as you walk in. I called about an appointment right before tax time (bad timing on my part), but they were willing to answer a quick question via e-mail before I had my scheduled appointment date, so that's definitely nice service. Once I arrived there, everybody there was fantastic. The receptionist was really friendly, and even though I showed up 10 minutes early (just to make sure I was on-time), I was taken straight to the office to meet with my CPA (in this case, it was Dan Scoles). As bonus points for the receptionist, I wanted to make sure I had money to go downtown in Ames, and I asked for change for a dollar. They don't keep a cash register (or cash) there, but she dug in her purse and ended up getting me quarters for my dollar. I love that she went out of her way to help. Dan was completely forward and upfront about what I needed to do, and he even printed me off some information. He seemed extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing, and he offered suggestions about things I hadn't thought about doing. He was very down-to-Earth, and he explained my options for things - and also explained what he thought would be the best option. I came in with a list of pre-written questions, and he answered almost all of them without being prompted - just by himself when explaining what he'd recommend and what should be done. My only complaint is that I couldn't pay for my service at the time I had it done. I particularly dislike having bills sent in the mail, and I'd rather just pay right up-front. However, they'll be sending a bill in the mail for me instead.

I doubt the students are being paid by PCI to perform services so the service price so be only for the costs and supplies utilitized to perform the services. I recommend people don't buy into this school's bs of a service fee. Beginning August 8th, a service fee will be included on all services. This charge helps account for the professional products and supplies used during each appointment, from hair color and styling products to skincare, nail, massage, and other service essentials. Your service price will continue to cover the time and techniques involved in your appointment, while the additional product charge will reflect the professional products used to achieve your result.

ISU hosts an annual event by inviting families of past students that have paid the ultimate sacrifice. This year, four families were invited to participate as the ROTC, faculty, the Gold Star Hall team, active and retired veterans honored in grand fashion the lives lost to protect our freedoms and values. Meredith Deroy Winter Schuyler Wheeler John Fuller Kennith Tapscott The level of effort into the planning, development of presentations, respect, pageantry, order and decorum were stunning. As a Gold Star family, we were humbled. This event exceeded our wildest imagination! Thank you Iowa State University, the Gold Star Hall, ROTC and all who took time out to honor those who died in combat 75 years ago. Regarding the display photo: All these photos, articles and documents (except the replacement medals) were discovered after 74 years in storage unbeknownst to anyone. Meredith's fiancé, Betty Ewing, also a student at ISU, held onto these items after his death. Betty passed away in 1984. During a recent move by her daughter, the box with all these items were discovered. May God continue to bless Iowa State University, our active duty soldiers and veterans!
