Killer Burger got off to a rough start when they first came to Hayden, wait times were ridiculous. They seem to have it dialed in now and their wait times and consistencies are much improved. All of their burgers are unique and well-crafted. My favorite is the fun guy. In my experience, the burgers have always been tasty and cooked great, and the fries have always been crispy and well seasoned. I have to be honest though. Killer Burger, your "house sauce" sucks! Quit putting it on everything. If you went to Killer Burger and didn't care for it. Try it again and sub mayo for the house sauce. That goes for any of their burgers in my opinion. It can be a little spendy for a burger and fries but as far as Kootenai County Is concerned, it's your best bet....... Seriously though, the house sauce sucks. So my 3 stars is only because the burgers are great!! Never been disappointed. Peanut butter Pickle bacon is killer for sure. But, here's my issue. It shouldn't take 30 to 40 minutes to get our food after ordering. And tonight wasn't the first time this has happened. I totally get when it's crazy busy but when you walk in and the place is only half full and no one in line. It shouldn't take that long. It seems the staff is just wondering area not getting it done. Killer Burger has awesome burgers hands down. There's really no arguing that. Issues I have with this Killer Burger are inconsistency and customer service. They also seem to be a bit stingey. When I'm paying 14 bucks for a burger and fries I expect more than 18 fries. When this location first opened they were giving tons of fries but it seems like every time I go I get less and less and less. Come on guys potatoes don't cost anything. You're charging a premium price for a hamburger at least give us a bunch of cheap fries. Another time I went I paid extra for a bunch of sauces. One of the best hidden gems there is in the area, finally a burger that is unforgettable. A must try is the peanut butter burger! And if you're not ready for that they carry a full line of classics to choose from. Dropping from hunger my husband suggested the veggie patty substituted on the classic burger ( hold the bacon) We are vegan & sometimes it's not all perfection... like sauces etc... but not eating meat is our main goal if stuck away from my excellent WFPB ( Whole Food plant based ) cooking.. bragging here.. He said it was slow. they have been averaging 8k to 10k days for sales and we're not on that pace. then said what do you want. i gave up and ordered. we ordered a peanut butter bacon and pickle burger, a blue cheese burger and 2 bq bacon burgers. 1 beer and 3 waters. with tip total was $68. seemed pricey. like full service restaurant pricey. the verdict: burgers were ok. not super big like say nosworthy's but a little bigger than rogers or paul bunyans. my blue cheese burger was tasty. a little over cooked which seems to be a constant theme in most reviews. other burgers were good and everyone's fries were average at best and overcooked. all in all i'll prob try them again. just didn't feel it's a great value. read more

It was easy to make an order on the Killer burger website. The pictures of each burger along with a good description of what to expect with each burger. The fries are perfectly tender, crispy and seasoned. The Motley Que and The Meathead were absolutely delicious. My order was prepared and delivered in 45 minutes by Dasher. Way over priced. Burgers are decent but the fact that you pay 3.50 for fries and they give you about 15 fries sucks. This burger restaurant was recommended by the Local Zipline Adventure guide in Coeur d'Alene. It was a little drive from Coeur d'Alene but worth it! If you try it, make sure you're hungry!
