Excellent loaded with flavor Brick Bread, Deep D Pizza, original salads and scrumptious desserts. Appetizers are the best. We do dine in and takeout often. read more

I'm not normally a fan of Detroit style pizza but this has become our new favorite pizza place! They have great food and excellent service! Love the outdoor seating during summertime. read more

Awesome food and great service! Great Detroit style pizzas and salads. This place is always a winner! Highly recommended.

Food is extremely greasy, but the flavor was ok. Service was good. The waiter was attentive and filled our drinks quickly.

Food is great, service is far from par. Called nearly 20 times and still no answer. Drove up, walked in and said they are not answering their phones since they are busy. Put an order in to go and was told it was 15 minutes for a to go order. This company should remove their phone number since they will NOT take call ahead orders. Just drive up their, sit and wait... to bad efficiency is not a desirable trait here. Don't believe me? Try it for yourself and call the number 469-481-6366 read more

I am a foodie and I care about the integrity of the ingredients. Many restaurants have to cut corners and serve cheap ingredients to stay in business. Killa Pie not only has integrity in their ingredients but their unique pizzas are simply amazing!!! thank you for giving my family another option when it comes to eating out. we appreciate it and would recommend anyone try it who likes fantastic food with quality ingredients. 10/10 would recommend. read more

I normally prefer thin and crispy, but I really enjoyed the Detroit style pizza. We had pepperoni and meatball, and I would definitely have it again. The sauce has a great flavor and I was pleasantly surprised with the crust. I'll try the thinner crust next time. read more

My favorite pizza spot in the area! Great for pick up or sit down with an inviting atmosphere! Multi-occasional with a great staff, highly recommend! read more

MICHAEL JORDAN. WAYNE GRETZKY. TOM BRADY. SAM FROM KILLA PIE. THINK OF THE BEST WAITRESS YOUVE EVER HAD, AND MULTIPLY IT BY 40 AND YOU WILL COME UP WITH SAM. Let me start by saying that I am a very difficult person, and if you don't believe me, you can ask my 4 ex wives. I hope Sam never leaves, but if she ever does, I hope they post her apron on the wall for all to see. I went to this restaurant for pizza, but little did know that I was in for an experience of a lifetime. I truly got to witness greatness. The food is great, but it tastes even greater when Sam serves. She has what we call in the industry the "magic touch". Definitely will be coming back, how can I not? Sam is not only the greatest waitress i've ever encountered, but the greatest human being that has ever entered my life. read more

SAM SAVED MY FAMILY FROM A HOUSE FIRE! Ive traveled to many restaurants in my time and this by far is the best waiter ive ever had. If there were 10 Billion waiters on earth id choose Sam. The pizza i ate could cure all diseases on earth. PUT SOME RESPECT ON SAMS NAME!!!!!!! read more

We came here because it was recommended. When we walked in we thought it was a typical 1/2 good pizza place. We ordered drinks and a brick then we decided to go ahead and try the imposters they came out so fast. They was tender and yummy. We ordered a salad and it came out in 3 mins or less. We was recommended to try the honey badger, the bats and the bell fry and the pig riot they was all spot on. Sam the server was so sweet she took amazing care of us. Our drinks never got less than 1/2 and all of our plates was picked up as soon as we was done. She was super busy and smiled the whole time. We highly recommend this place. We will be back and every time we are any where close we will drive to eat here. If you come ask for Sam. She will definitely recommend what's good and give you excellent service. I have been in the food business for 35 years and I don't get impressed over food very often. read more

Ingredients are fresh and though the pizza is built like a cake it's incredibly light. Definitely one of the best deep dish pizza around.

Been here a few times, and it never disappoints! GREAT pizza (especially if you love deep-dish style) and very friendly service. Cool little bar area tucked away in the back is worth checking out too! read more

We absolutely love this place! Super fun atmosphere , great music, and delicious deep dish style Detroit pizza. It's a YES from our house.

Brunch was great! Egg bakes were awesome and Mimosa carafes were generous! Staff was friendly, and atmosphere was chill. All around great place! read more

Horrible customer service!! The general manager is definitely in need of some additional training and resources for interacting with the public. read more

If i could give 0 stars for customer service i would. We were excited to try since it recently opened. We were turned away because we were told they are not allowing for carry out at this time. We were planning on placing a large order because we have a lot of family in town and wanted to wait for our order and get some drinks. They were pleased to turn away our business and un-phased that we left. This says everything in itself. I've never known a restaurant that doesn't allow takeout or have food boxes available at opening. I guess if you do dine-in and you have leftovers you have to take them in your hands. read more

Have been to Killa Pie around 3-4 times since they've opened and every time their pizza's are excellent. I love Detroit style and I love what Killa Pie has done with it. I've had both the original style crust and the slender crust, both are amazing. read more

Great food! We ordered the meatballs, Mucho Gusto pizza, Killa Pie, and drinks. Ask for Hunter...great service!!!

Great service and the pizza selection was awesome as well as super tasty!! The Mexican style pizza with the street corn was definitely my fave!! Will come back for sure! read more

This pizza is so good! I recommend the pioneer pizza and for salads I recommend the ugly duckling.

Pizzas good I've had a few times but I'm not sure about the manager Tristan. I came in 10 minutes before 4 to do some school work and order some drinks and he told me I was too early and that I needed to be buying something to sit at the bar but I never said I wasn't buying anything. If you have managers turning business away because it's 10 minutes too early (y'all open up at 4 that's more than enough time to prepare) and assuming that people aren't spending money then that's not a good look. Someone should have a talk with management because I've seen them be rude to other customers as well. I know it's a new business but there's a way to conduct yourself if you want returning customers read more

Native Detroiter, hoping for for the best. Nope. This is a pretty feeble attempt at Detroit Style. Had their version of a pepperoni pizza and the Ugly Duckling Salad. First, the crust was almost cakey, light, yes, but not close to Buddy's and other imitators who do it right. Next, the cheese to crust ratio was way off, barely any cheese on some squares. Even the cheesy edges seemed inauthentic. The sauce was way too sugary and there was not enough on the pizza. It looked legit but even my wife took her first bite and said "not even close". Service was great and the salad was good. If you are looking for legit Detroit Style in the DFW area, there are a couple much better options. Sadly, even Jets corner style is far superior to this place. read more

Started with the Moxie salad - great flavor BUT they didn't strip the leaves off the kale stems. It was like eating a tree trunk. Ugh. The Pioneer pizza had great flavor but there were spots where it was doughy and undercooked. Waiter and hostess were very nice. Music was way too loud. read more

Incredible pizza. First time having Detroit style and the crust is a winner. The Honey Badger was my fave. Thinly sliced jalapeños gave a great kick. The cocktails were also fantastic. Shout out to the staff at the bar. So friendly, attentive, great recommendations. Made the night extra fun. Thank you! read more

As usual, consistently great pie! From pick up to dine in this place is delicious! Atmosphere is legit too.

We went on opening weekend and were highly impressed by how well everything went. We're born & raised in Detroit so we had high hopes; Killa Pie delivered. We had the meatball appetizer, antipasto salad and pizza. Meatballs were incredible. Crust & atmosphere are 100% Detroit. Apart from the toppings being above the cheese (a strict 313 no-no), the only thing we weren't crazy about was the marinara which had a slightly bitter taste. Looking forward to going back. read more

Excellent Detroit style pizza. Being raised with Buddy's pizza in Detroit area; this place is so so close to the original and even better in some ways! Will definitely be back for seconds. Highly recommend the Antipasto salad and the pizzas are delicious. read more

Tried this place for the first time last night and really enjoyed it! It had a cool vibe inside. It was a little smokey inside but no more then any of the bbq places around. There are a lot of pizza choices around here, but we liked that this was a little different from the typical pizza. We had our younger kids with us so we ordered a pepperoni in the Detroit style and a cheese pizza in the slender style (I think that's what it was called) both were really good! I also got a side Caesar salad that was really good! We were sitting near the kitchen and saw a lot of the food going out and everything looked delicious! We will definitely be back to try some of the other items and get more pizza. read more

Very good food and service. Had a medium salad and small pizza with wife and was excellent. Service and cleanliness was also excellent. Great to have another local option will be back. read more

Worst experience ever!!! Ordered to go for pick up at 3 as I was picking up lunch before work and was dropping some off to a friend. Ordered one pizza without mushrooms and onions and when I got there the pizza was wrong they had to remake so I had to wait. I paid extra for dressing and when I realized I didn't get it I called in. The supposed manager on duty has the nerve to tell me I'm making it up that she put two dressings in each salad. So apparently she can't make a mistake? How dare she call me a liar I do have better things to do than call a restaurant and complain and lie about it. The customer service here needs an upgrade, the food was alright a little overpriced, and I could have overlooked that but due to the manager calling me a liar I do not plan to go back. You may want to think about retraining your staff. read more

Food was so good. I was very impressed. Very customer service oriented. They made sure we was good and they was very accommodating

Tried this place for the first time recently and my first thoughts after walking in were that the atmosphere was really cool and I just felt like the food was going to be great. I was half correct. The food is certainly not bad and had great flavor, but the portion sizes in relation to the price just didn't do it for me. It felt very overpriced for what we had ordered. As for our service, the waiter was nice but he definitely made us feel rushed from start to finish which didn't exactly create a peaceful meal either. As soon as we walked in, we hadn't even sat down and he was asking for drink and appetizer orders. We told him we needed a minute to get settled in and he awkwardly stood there a few more seconds while we started to read the menu. Just not comfortable with stuff like that. I appreciate an attentive server but there also needs to be a balance and some space to get situated before ordering. Overall, this place has good food and great potential but the price can't be justified in my opinion and servers can't be hovering over guests trying to settle in. read more

Friendly service every time, really good deep dish pizza, we personally love the Bat one. Never had anything like it!

Great food and super friendly staff! This place had a very cute and relaxing vibe as well! Will be back soon!

Have a friend that kept telling me we needed to try this place she was right. It was delicious. We had the ugly duckling salad which is great non lettuce option. For pizza we had the bats in the belfry. The bacon was so good and loved the Detroit style crust. We definitely will be back and try others. Great service and clean building with a fun vibe. read more

That brick bread is to die for! The service is awesome and it's a good atmosphere. It's not a pizza you would want every night but it is a good treat from time to time. read more

Really fun atmosphere, super helpful staff. I was in and out in less than a minute picking up my online order. Pizza is probably better there than the take and bake I got but they were still pretty good. I'm sure it was user error because they didn't seem as crispy. read more

While they could be a little more generous on the toppings, overall the food is tasty. We've been to this location twice so far and are really happy with our overall service. A little on the pricey side but still good food. read more
