From the second I walked in KVC I just felt like I was in the Chick-fil-a of eye clinics. Polite, fast, friendly, and downright delightful. Dr. Kilgore is not only insanely knowledgeable (hello, eye genius!), but somehow made getting my eyes dilated a light hearted and fun experience . The staff was so sweet and at one point we all got the giggles and I realized I was actually having a great time! Like... how is that even possible?? Hello everyone! I live in Harrison AR. I have my own experience with Kilgore vision center. I got my glasses and am very satisfied. Everyone were always very nice and caring. Even though I had to go back a couple of times to make some adjustments, they were always friendly and tried their best to make me happy. That's just my story, but I want to share about my mom's experience as well. I invited her from Armenia to see how our doctors can help her. She had severe complications after cataract surgery and couldn't see hardly anything with one of her eyes. She went to multiple doctors back home, but they couldn't help her. Our great doctor Alex Kilgore surgically recovered her vision on both eyes. Another great doctor Steven Rae prescribed her glasses for double vision which was the culmination of the story! My mom couldn't believe her own eyes! It is wonderful! Thank you, Kilgore Vision Center! Absolutely recommend it to everyone. read more

I've been pleased with their service in the past, and they are very friendly there. However, I've had problems with getting the correct prescription the last two years due to being rushed through. I've also found the lenses made here tend to become unusable after about a year due to the protective coatings bubbling up. The glasses frames at Kilgore start at $160 though they aren't any better than the $10 frames I can get at Walmart. I'm going to look elsewhere next time I need new glasses. read more

Went here because they told me medicare would cover cost, they charged $235.00 for a exam walmart charges $75.00 lenscrafters $110.00 they never sent it to medicare they gave a $75.00credit I had to pay $158.85 , so no medicre deductable credit $49.00 more than lenscrafters wont be going back to kilgore vision again and would never recomend them. read more

I was afraid to get cataract surgery, but after it became unsafe to drive, I had to do it. A friend recommended Dr. Kilgore. I now have virtually perfect vision in both eyes and can say that the before, during and after care I received makes it possible to give Kilgore Vision Center the maximum best rating.
