Two of the three products are out of stock and no longer carried but they had similar products in the same scent. Robin the assistant manager went way above and beyond. She made things right and actually better. The kind of customer service I received today is rare and beyond appreciated. I was so excited that I got my favs on sale for $3.99. I was really upset that my order had been cancelled. She immediately went in to problem solving and did everything she could to make it up to me. I love BBW and her compassion for her customers won my loyalty when it comes to which store I will be shopping at. To be honest both the stores in Branson are great. I noticed there was a lot more variety in the products, having just been to my local store not long ago. The layout is spacious and everything was well organized. The staff were very happy to help with any questions we had. The store was colorfully decorated for Christmas in a flurry of red, green, and tinsel. They played Christmas music and there was a fun, festive atmosphere. So what did I buy you ask? I purchased the new blueberry sugar candle which smells like a blueberry pie. I also picked up four hand soaps which were three dollars each that day and a small olive oil based mint and bergamot lotion. One of the staff members was so helpful in helping me choose a gift for a girl my family mentors. This shopping trip was very enjoyable and so much fun. I would definitely come back.

For some unexplainable reason, I have never been to the store even though I've lived here for over five years. The store is a genuine Disneyland Disney World store with Disneyland Disney World merchandise. We just got back from Disneyland two weeks ago and can easily see the same exact items that we saw in Anaheim. I am completely astounded and shocked at the deals here. Disneyland shirts for $1.98 and $3.98 ?! I got a super thick Disney robe for $26 and genuine captain America costume for $15 regular price $79. The same figment crocs my daughter got for $69 are here for $29. The deals are just over the top. We don't have tons of room in our luggage from or last trips but that is no problem since we can easily drive to this store. The music and employees are magical and I felt like I spend two hours at Disney today in Branson!
