Her healing smile says one simple thing to me: "Friend, we care for you". Thank you Jenny Shane, who keeps thing running in physical therapy, makes me feel like I'm on the show "cheers" "Where Everbody Knows Your Name". The difference is that the show was tv. Shane is for real! I was having problems keeping up with my appointments. Shane jumpped in and made sure I recieved a call or text to remind me. Times when I was late or missed an oppointment Shane was quick to rescheadual even though it was my blunder. The tone in his voice tells me, "Don't worry, I got your back freind". Terry is hard core on her dedication to patient success, protective against injuries, possible weakness and pain. She achieves this in a manor kindness walking beside you. I usually walk out of the Healing Arts clinic, after pysical therapy with Terry, feeling like I'v been vissiting with a long time friend. The best part about that is that my pain level has gone down and I feel like my body is healing. Terry is a professional at making that happen.
