There are not enough words to explain how wonderful Kiki is. My girl Riley is a special pup, energetic, nervous, smart, loving, and loyal, so she can be a lot at first. Kiki is so calm and patient with my little girl and can see Riley for who she is. Riley adores Kiki and so do I. I've learned a lot from Kiki and am so glad she is a part of our family. read more

Kiki was so kind and flexible. My Mina loved being out with her. I absolutely loved the pictures and videos she shared with me during their outings. Mina looked so happy. Kiki rocks! She's really takes the time to walk my not-easy-to-walk dog. She's there on time, every time, even in the rain. Well worth it.

Kiki is awesome! She walks our dog Maggy 3 days a week. It's nice to come home on those days and see Maggy just lying on the couch, happily worn out. Even better, Maggy seems to really love Kiki too - one time my husband was working from home and got to witness first-hand Maggy's excitement when Kiki appeared at the door for their walk. We really appreciate the flexibility that Kiki shows us as well; there have been a few instances in which we needed to adjust the walking schedule, and Kiki was able to accommodate the changes. One last thing - during the holidays, Kiki mailed us a card that had a gorgeous photo of Maggy on the front! It was such a wonderful, thoughtful surprise. We highly recommend Kiki to any dog owner who is in need of dog walking services. She won't disappoint! read more

Kiki is amazing. I feel so confident that my little furry ones are in her care. She alerted me to my doggie's anxiety when we were out of town. She offered me great options and prices when I had to leave for a two week vacation. She took exceptional care of our cats when we were gone on vacation. I came back to roses in the kitchen and both my cats well-fed and looking happy. My dog Maya goes nuts when she senses Kiki coming to take her for a walk. I don't get a reception like that. And she has taken the best pictures of my furry ones. Kiki is simply an exceptionally kind and generous person, professional in her communication, flexible with her schedule and above all cares deeply for the animals. read more

Where's the 10 star button when you need it? I cannot even express how lucky I feel to have found Kiki and her fantastic assistant, JB! From the moment I met them both, I could tell that they were both true animal lovers and that I could trust them implicitly with my dog. When Kiki and JB first came over to our apartment to meet us, they both immediately bonded with my dog Balou and I could tell he clicked with them as well. They are clearly very experienced and professional dog walkers -- the perfect blend of kind and loving, yet firm enough to be the alpha (which is what we need given our pup is 80 pounds, and a rescue who is still learning his manners!) Even more, Kiki and JB are wonderful with humans as well. They are both excellent communicators and flexible with our changing schedules. JB is usually our primary dog walker, and he is always sending us wonderful text updates about how the walk went (and funnily enough, my two favorite photos of Balou are actually ones JB has taken and texted to me). They also go above and beyond to help when needed - a great example of this is when we needed a last minute walk on a Saturday which isn't normally a day when we need dog walks, but JB adjusted his personal schedule so that he could help us out. Again, I really cannot say enough good things about Kiki and JB. One of my main concerns about getting a new dog was making sure he would get great walks during the day when I'm at work. I am so grateful to have found Kiki and JB, who have been an integral part of keeping our pup healthy and happy, and getting him settled into his forever home. read more

Kiki is truly gifted with dogs. My lab-mix is high energy and constantly testing boundaries. With Kiki, she immediately sat and watched her for direction. I feel 100% confident leaving my dog in her care. Kiki truly cares for you and your dog, often going above and beyond to make sure your pup is well cared for. She is wonderful! read more

Kiki has looked after our little American Eskimo, Koda, for more than a year now. She's amazing with him -- he really looks forward to her coming every day and gets super excited whenever she's at the door! Their routine varies from short walks around the neighborhood on a sunny day to games of fetch at the nearby park to longer excursions on the trails with other dogs, which Koda loves. He's nicely tired out by the time they get back. Several times, Kiki has gone above and beyond the call of duty in taking care of Koda. For example, when he was a young puppy, she came in to find that he had had diarrhea and had vomited in his crate. She helped to rinse the crate out in the back yard and wipe Koda down, and helped to comfort him while we were at work. She's also been helping us to train Koda not to be so jumpy when he sees her (he gets *really* excited), and in general has done a lot of little things to show that she cares about our dog beyond just taking him out for his walks. She's also very accommodating and flexible, prompt about communicating, and just nice to talk to. When she's not free, JB also takes great care of Koda, and we've never been inconvenienced by their schedule. All in all, they've been awesome and a big part of our dog's life! read more

I find myself continuing to put off writing a review because it's difficult to describe exactly how helpful Kiki was for me and my dog Tucker. Before having Kiki walk him, he attended a group daycare when he received little structure and was allowed to get away with a lot which contributed to some behavior issues. Kiki not only took on my dog who required a little extra guidance and handled it fantastically but through the dog walking process helped keep him on track and even improved his behaviors when she wasn't around. She taught him new good habits and has a masterful understanding of dogs and what they need. The only reason we stopped using Kiki is that I had to transfer internationally and so far it's been impossible to find a dog walker even close to Kiki's level of expertise. I can easily say she made an immense difference for my dog and recommend her 100%! read more

My three critters are so sad to see me go to work. But they're very, very happy when Kiki takes them for a walk. Kiki has a such a way with animals. She's so patient and loving with them: my two young little rambunctious guys and my mellow 16-year-old sweetie pie. My dogs are much calmer when I get home and I feel better that they're getting exercise. What's nice, too, is that Kiki is a pro photographer. I have priceless portraits of my pups. I get teary-eyed every time I look at them. They're the best pictures I have of my best friends. read more

We've been tremendously pleased with the service provided by Kiki and her team. Our golden is always happy when they arrive, they do a great job when he has a hot spot or other minor concern that requires extra care, and we always meet any new staff prior to them spending a minute with Cole. Moving next week, wish we could take them with us. Great team, great service, and great leader. read more

Kiki is great! I have a young husky puppy, and a constantly changing work schedule. She has been incredibly flexible when it comes to work hours, and I have never seen Ender (my dog) more excited then when she walks in the door! He's always good an tired when he gets back from a walk - and hours later when I get home! She even picked up after Ender when she walked in to find Ender had chewed up just about everything in my bathroom. She fully deserves all 5 stars - great with pets, flexible hours, great price, and also takes great photos! It's also awesome that she offers pet sitting as well. I haven't needed any pet sitting yet, but I would definitely trust Ender in Kiki's care. Will update everyone when I do! read more

Kiki is a wonderful dog walker. My dog Lulu absolutely LOVES her, and I know Kiki feels the same way. She is very professional, and willing to be flexible with last-minute changes to our schedule. I'm always happy on days that Kiki comes by because I also know I'm going to get a great pic or two of my sweetie. Kiki is a very talented photographer, and she always seems to catch Lulu's best expressions. It's such a treat to get a cute pic while I'm at work, and it puts me at ease to know that Lulu is being well taken care of. A+++ read more

Kiki and her team are, without question, the best dog walkers and caregivers. Besides being an all around wonderful human being, Kiki is an animal whisperer and our Goldendoodle loves her. Knowing our pup is in Kiki's care gives us great peace of mind, whether we're at work or on a day trip with friends. Kiki is SUPER communicative and sends a text message update after every visit. She's an excellent pet photographer, too! Kiki is also knowledgeable about dogs and pays attention to any signs of sickness, behavior, and other things of note. We trust her to watch our dog with the same careful eye as we do ourselves, and she alerts us if anything is amiss. Without question we trust her and cannot recommend her enough. She is flexible, a pleasure to speak with, prompt and clear in her communication, and has a big heart. We are so lucky to be her client and appreciate all she does for us! read more

Kiki is an awesome dog walker and animal lover! My dog loved her instantly - and that is no easy feat! Another dog walker tried several times to get her to come out with her to no avail. Chicken treats didn't even make her budge. Kiki came over and took her out the first try - no problem! She is just good with dogs, especially insecure dogs like mine! And a nice bonus is she takes amazingly cool photos of your pooch and texts the to you- that is just awesome. She is great!!! read more

We first met Kiki last year and since then, I think our crazy springer spaniel called Lola, has fallen in love with Kiki and may even love her more than her family. Once Lola sees Kiki park her car, she cannot control her excitement. Lola goes for a walk, chases the ball, finds some mud and comes back home exhausted. Which is just what I want. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy dog walker, Kiki is that lady. read more

I moved to Sunnyvale from the East Coast in August with my 5 1/2 year old English Pointer mix, Harper. It was a very fish-out-of-water experience for both of us, and I was nervous about being able to find a good (reliable, kind-hearted, responsive, affordable) dog walking service to help out with her. I found Kiki through Yelp, and have had an awesome experience with her. Key highlights of her work: -- Free consult / meet & greet: I'd met with another dog walker who seemed great on paper, but who gave me a bad vibe upon meeting in person. Kiki arranged for both her and her staff member JB to meet Harper and me in person in advance. Seeing how my dog responded to them, and they to her, really sealed the deal for me. -- Pricing Discounts: Her pricing seemed on-par with other walkers I'd researched in the area, but one perk is that she offers discounts for pre-paying (e.g., 10% off for buying 10 walks at a time). -- No penalty fees: Most other dog walkers I've had over the past 5 years charge a penalty fee for last-minute changes or cancellations. My schedule changed once or twice on the fly, and Kiki never charged me a penalty, despite my offering. On top of this, she and JB were always quick to respond to texts or questions. -- Pictures & Detailed Write-Ups: For me, the best part of being her client was getting daily texts from either Kiki or JB with "action shots" of Harper on her walk, and a quick note about how she was doing. Kiki's site has a bunch of hilarious photos of her clients, and her passion for dogs really shines through. I recently moved up to SF, and was so sorry to leave Kiki and JB behind. They are a tough act to follow! I'd highly recommend Kiki and her team. read more

Kiki is a gift. If she stops dog walking I guess my pup will have to wait till we get home because she is as dedicated and loving to our 95 pound black lab as we are. You will not find a better dog walker than Kiki. I joined Yelp to write this review, that's how highly I think of her. read more

Kiki is wonderful. We're so happy that we found her. Before her first visit I wondered if our dog would be happy to go off with a stranger. Right! Our dog loves Kiki and she wasn't a stranger from the minute they met. The extra exercise has made our dog happier, healthier and more energetic and she is always SO happy to see Kiki. Kiki has been absolutely reliable and she is so nice that we're all glad to have her in our lives. We can't recommend her highly enough. read more

Kiki has been the most amazing dog walker we could have ever hoped to find for our golden retriever Hannah. We have had Kiki as our dog walker for almost 2 years and she has been wonderful. I can tell our dog truly loves her and is SO excited to see her everyday. Kiki has such a great way with animals and is so kind and gentle with them. We recently had to move away from the peninsula and one of the things we were the most sad about leaving was Kiki! She is awesome and will be very hard to replace! She is always reliable, on time and very organized in addition to loving our dog. I wish I could give Kiki 10 stars as well, she really is the best! read more
