I walked in on a Monday afternoon and it was empty. The lady sat me down right away in one of those threading chair. I thought she was going to take me into the waxing room but she did it right outside. The lady did a pretty good job on my eyebrows, not too thin. It was a little bit uneven but she fixed it by threading it. It was super fast too and good customer service. I walked out of the place prob less than 15 mins. She also gave me a stamp card too. They always get the job done right! People if you see one person working. Please be patient and wait inside. Don't expect for them to know all the time who is next. I went for the first time today and OMG best threading experience of my life!! I have thick eyebrows and my follicles are super thick so normally I get threaded and cry and so much pain but I suck it up for beauty of course Today, however, I had no tears and barely any pain at all!!! She didn't have to go over my brows ten times like others in the past, it was so fast and smooth and like 5% pain! Amazing experience!! She's also sooo kind, gentle and did an incredible job shaping my brows. $10 for eyebrow threading is a steal! The last woman I went to was $20. The place is clean and tons of parking! I can't believe I have to write this review. I've came to Kiki brows for years now and I've never had a problem until now. I get that there's new workers, but cmon on now. I went in today expecting the same amazing service but in fact I walked out mad and disappointed. I asked for a clean up around my eyebrows and this lady thinned my beautiful full eyebrows. I had asked her why didn't she ask me if I wanted them thin? When I had specifically asked her for a clean up around my eyebrows, not for her to thin half of my eyebrows??!!! They explained to me she's new, which I understand but if she didn't know what to do, she could've asked me. All they told me was sorry, like okay??? My eyebrow is still messed up. read more

I was so happy when this opened because it's just down the street! I've gone 4 times now and I've been very happy with my eyebrows every single time. I've been to trying different places and I always seem to find a few missed hairs but I haven't had that issue with Kiki Brows. My daughters and I are converts! No more waxing for anyone one of us. This spot is the best, all the ladies that work there do an excellent job. They listen to what you want, check in with you as they are threading to make sure they are on the right track with the plucking. Our brows have never looked better. Don't hesitate to go to this place. It is clean, they practice good hygene and the prices are much better than waxing. I've been coming to this brow spot for over a year now. It has always been a pleasant experience until today. It's 6:11pm on a Saturday and it's really busy. I went in and asked how long the wait was going to be. I was told 25 minutes. I kindly let the heavier set lady (didn't ask for her name) know I will be sitting right outside in my car, since every seat was taken at this point by other patrons. I saw a few more people go in but I didn't think much of it, since the lady already seen me and was informed I would be waiting. After waiting for 25 minutes, I returned at 6:36pm (salon closes 7pm). The lady now said, "sorry we are closed now there's still other people waiting." I told her I was the one waiting outside (seeing that she accepted new people after me). She now claims that she told me that I would lose my spot if I stepped outside and I should've sat inside. This made no sense because 1. there was no space inside the salon to sit unless I sat on someone's lap, and 2. she could've made a it clear to me as I was walking out, and I was parked in direct view/in front of the salon she could've even waved at me to let me know that I needed to sit in the salon. I told her I didn't hear her if she had said so, and she said, word for word, "this is your problem" with a smirk on her face. Never have I experienced such rude service in this salon. If she had apologized and told me to come back the next day, it would've been fine. But the fact that she was this rude to a returning customer was appalling. I would not recommend this place to others at all. read more

Let me start off with the good. The women that did my eyebrows was very nice. The location is great and clean. Now for the bad... With COVID I would have expected there to be better precaution measures. The women did not take my temperature when I arrived, did not ask me to sanitize my hands and last, she did not clean seats between customers. I sat my self in the chair next to the one last used by previous customer. After explains what I wanted done I was taken back by the fact that she was going to start threatening with out removing my eyebrow makeup, how could she had know what my true eyebrow shape was if it was covered up to. Had to ask that she remove my eyebrow make up to make sure she could see my eyebrow shape. Lastly, first expressions say a lot, sadly the women looked like she just rolled out of bed and went to work. Did not dress professional or well put together. I was looking forward to trying this place out since they had a lot of great reviews. After my experience I wonder if they are real reviews. I really wanted to like this place but sadly can't say I will be going back. read more

I must say I was in love with the inside of the shop it was very nice and elegant. I had my eyebrows done by the owner Kiki which was very sweet. My eyebrows look amazing. I highly recommend her. Her shop is very clean which is a plus because I've been to shops that r not so clean. She also does Microblading. This will be my go to place from here on out. I've been going here for about a year. I found it's just always inconsistent with who works there. I finally found a gal she was GREAT and seems to be there at certain times of the day. I came on a day I guess she wasn't working . Awful! I Can tell the two girls working were new never seen them. my brows look uneven. Looks like Someone took a bite out of my brow! and the customer service was bad gave me 1 second to look at them and rushed me out. She probly knew she messed up. This is my go to spot, ol reliable. I've been coming here since opening. There's typically only one woman working but she's quick and in general it doesn't get too packed unless you go weekends. ALSO she's amazing. She's very friendly, not cold at all. She's also very gentle and I leave without crying lmao. She's quick AND gentle. You're done before you know it. The space is very cute and clean too. The couches you can wait on are very comfortable and there's big nice chairs. The pricing is VERY fair very cheap. Seriously please tip. Go anywhere else and you're getting charged $5+ extra. Tip accordingly! You're getting ambience, comfort, and quality. I have thick eyebrows with thick hair, and I play with that often. I'll shave them, thin them out razor thin, grow them out, I ONLY trust Kiki's to upkeep my various phases lol. read more

I recently moved to the area. They are efficient at threading and if you let them know what you want or they'll give you professional suggestion based on what they hear from you. I have met half of the staff and they are kind and professional at what they do even when I sneezed my way through the whole threading appointment. This is my new regular.
