Stumbled by when I went to Starbucks and needed a thread since my threaded moved to Sacramento. Decor was really nice and I was seated right away. I was helped by the staff there, missed her name but she was nice and listened to what I wanted. She didn't wipe off my files brows which I kinda liked but this morning they looked a little thinner than usual. Not bad, it grows and I still have my shape. I'll definitely be back! read more

If you're going to give ur trust to a eyebrow place, this is NOT THE ONE!! I did a walk in yesterday, and right when I stepped in, an Indian lady immediately called me over. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I asked her if she could kindly provide me some suggestions/consultation on what eyebrow shape would fit my face. I was starting to doubt my confidence in trusting her when she ignored my question and stared at my face. I SHOULD'VE listened to my gut feeling, but I proceeded to tell her what eyebrow shape I specifically wanted. I explicitly told her I wanted STRAIGHT BROWS, get rid of my eyebrow arch without making my eyebrows thin, I even showed her a picture of what I wanted. She gave me no verbal response and told me to lay back, not even a second later, she was already threading my brows. It's like she didn't even acknowledge what I was saying. When she was done with my brows (within 2 mins), she asked me "Do you want more arch?" Ok, so I thought she does understand English. I looked in the mirror, my eyebrows were SUPER THIN & MORE ARCHED than my original brows. Confronting others is out of my comfort zone, so I just paid the fee and left. I was more sad than angry, because these past 5 months, I committed to not plucking my eyebrows. My brows grow unusually slow, and for someone to ruin it in less than 2 mins completely devastated me. Take my advice, don't come here unless you want your eyebrows to look bad. read more

Went in for the same service, brows and upper lip. I called ahead to see if Balraj was there but she wasn't. I needed to get it done so I took a risk and went anyway to try another technician. I'm so glad I did! Manisha (Mani) was just as professional, sweet, patient and did a fantastic job! She listened to my concerns and request to leave it thick and clean with no extra shape because I like how my brows are naturally shaped. She listened and was super kind and understanding through out me being anxious. The process was just as pain free as my last visit and I'm so happy to know that even if I need to get threaded, I will always be in the right hands! So basically, I've been coming to this specific brow place for a couple months now and every time that I have came in It's always been a good experience but yesterday it was just terrible. I came in before five. I came around like 4:30ish I sat down and the lady who was working I've never seen her before didnt even acknowledged me but thats fine . I've always gotten help by two other women but they weren't there . also , there was a couple people before me, but it wasn't hectic at all. About 10 minutes went by two other people came in, but the lady told them that they were closed it was about 4:40 at that time. they close at five so it was kind of understandable that she just didn't wanna take them because they were about to close. she's helping everybody out and I'm second to last and I've been sitting there for about 25 to almost 30 minutes. And as she's finishing the person before me, MIND YOU i am the last person in the shop she tells me if I could just come in tomorrow because it's busy even though I'm the last one there its about 5:03. I'm somebody who's not about confrontation at all even though she literally just wasted 30 minutes of my time I told her that's fine I'll come in tomorrow but I will not be coming in at all cause I was just very unprofessional and I hope I'm not the only client they treat like that because I will never be coming back to the Establishment again. read more

I'm sooo picky when it comes to my eyebrows so ever since I moved to Hayward I continue driving the 40 miles to my usual place. I have a meeting Thursday so driving to my usual place just wasn't ideal. This place looked clean and reliable & although they are new I decided to trust my gut & give them a try. My new neighborhood eye brow threading salon. I love the service and staff and am so grateful they are here. I have noticed that the staff are well trained and have a technique so there is minimal cuts and scratches. They also take their time to make sure brows are even but dont spend an insane amount of time snipping and plucking small hair they werent able to get with the string. read more
