Lori was very polite the first couple of times in there but when asked to have a call back from the…read moreDoctor when my prescription wasn't being filled by my carrier she said she would have him call back on Friday. Later Friday I called to see when he would be calling back but she would only relay a message to him. She keep saying I will be fine but I felt she didn't know my treatment and the discussion Dr. T and I had so I explained in more detail why I needed the call back. She put me on hold and then came back with this comment "I had to interrupt him with a client and the medicine stays in your system for many days like I said before, you should be fine without the prescription until we see you in January" I did not ask her to interrupted him but ask him to call me back when he had a moment. I expressed her that comment about "interrupting him" was passive aggressive and not at all good from someone who should be on my side. I am working hard to stay on the treatment and she just fluffed me off. She should not be the one to discuss treatment between the Doctor and me. Sadly he may be a great Doctor (which I do like him) but very up happy with Lori. I will finished my treatment but not recommend this office to anyone.

The Lori in the Willimantic office who I had met at a previous appointment was not the one I was speaking to. That was the first of a few miscommunications. The second was the doctor does not call people back unless there has been surgery or an emergency. Which I can understand but that was not told to me so I felt the second Lori didn't care (which I thought was the original Lori so I felt very upset about the handling of my situation). After speaking with the doctor at my this last visit I don't feel the way I felt when I posted this original review especially not with the people at the Willimantic office. The Dr gave me the time to explain why I felt I needed a call back and he understood my view as to the request and could see how I felt due to my previous visits and our conversation. The final note is I am very grateful for the time both Lori and Dr T spend helping me understand where everything went wrong on both our sides. I know working with the public can be very hard but the big heartfelt hug I got from Lori at the Willimantic office at this last visit has left a lasting impression with me in a world where we sometimes forget compassion and understanding. Thank you Lori and Dr T!!!

From the moment I walked in his office, he and his staff explained what was happening from X-rays to medications. Dr Peteros explained everything so I could understand my options and helped me with everything. He was amazing and his nurse was also amazing! his follow up care made me feel like I was his only patient. Because of extraneous circumstances, I had to go back to his office several more times. He was overly cautious, but made sure that my foot was perfect before I was finished with him. I'm able to walk now and have no pain whatsoever.
