Nice clean office. I was in and out pretty quick. Lots of paperwork to fill out as a new patient…read morebut others r satisfied. I will continue to return.

Dr Wagner and his staff are some of the most the kindest, patient, and empathetic people I have…read moreencountered. Back in September of 2021 I went to a podiatrist before Dr. Wagner for heel/foot pain AFTER doing a month of stretches and cold therapy. The doctor said I needed to stretch more do more P/T and buy orthotics from a place she recommended. I asked about an injection and she said the area was too big of an area where I indicated my pain was. I spent the next month in pain before calling Dr. Wagner's office in near tears because of the pain. Every morning until I got into bed at night the foot was so painful. One of my dogs jumped on the bed and grazed my foot I thought I was going to pass out. I call his office the next day and I'm given a SAME day appointment because I'm almost in tears. I'm a big guy, there's no hiding that fact. Dr Wagner never once said he couldn't help me because of my size/weight which is what some practitioners utter first before anything. A full set of X-rays, a diabetic foot check, a nail trim, and then doc says you're gonna walk outta here without a problem. A 30 second injection into my foot in a couple of areas and I'm finished. He has me wait a couple of minutes before putting my shoes and socks on, which he politely offered to help with. I start to hovel out of the exam room because I have been so used to walking like I'm wearing high heels because pressure on the middle and her have hurt so much. I get into the car to start my drive home and realize that I just walked out of the doctors office with my foot fully touching the ground. I start to think, did I just imagine myself walking like that? I am really not in pain or did I just create an alternate reality to block out the pain? I get home, take a deep breathe as I place my foot on the ground and step down from the truck. There's no pain. No. Pain. At. All. I'm walking. Not wincing, not walking on my tippy toes, not thinking about cutting my foot off. Dr. Wagner and his team are amazing!! Besides my other half he's the only person I will allow to touch my feet. This man is an amazing podiatrist and if you need help go see him!

I went to Dr Lawrence with left foot pain which she diagnosed with a tendinopathy. She sounded…read moreconvincing and said I needed orthotics to stop me from continuing to injure myself. She put me on neproxin while the orthotics were ordered. That weekend I was actually able to walk pain free (before orthotics). That Monday she had me come in and put them in my shoes (charged me another office fee for that). She said to go ahead and wear them but take a break if my feet hurt and call her if I had any pain. 2 days later I was crippled in both legs. I could barely walk. I called her office and her receptionist answered and said she wasn't in the office until Monday. Monday I called back and another receptionist answered and said she wasn't in the office and I could leave a message. I said I did leave a message last Wednesday. She kept telling me she was new there although she was talking to someone in the background. So I left another message. Tuesday I received a call from the receptionist saying she was waiting for my call on Monday but I never called. Dr. Lawrence would not talk to me and the receptionist kept referring to my arches that weren't the problem anymore. I kept saying my arches were not the problem and she kept saying that's what the note says. I now think she had fitted me with the wrong orthotics and now I cannot walk. Since she would not talk to me I made another appointment with an orthopedic doctor and wanted my xrays. The podiatry office said I could pick them up Monday by noon. I arrived at 11 to find the office closed. I called the number and they said they had to close and my xrays were sitting on the desk. They had called all appointments but did not call me. It is very painful for me to drive or to walk and it was a 30 minute drive in both directions. I have been in pain for 3 weeks, missed a week of work and will probably miss more. I just asked for a phone call and possibly refund me for the orthotics that left me crippled. I have gotten no acknowledgment from this office. She said to call if I had a problem but she failed to say she would not actually help me.
