Not gonna lie, I was truly disappointed with the way things went - and that's why I chose to go elsewhere for anything related to ear, nose, and throat. My ENT physician's name is Dr. Bruno Cardoso. He's affiliated with Yale New Haven Health Department of Otolaryngology and also works for Yale University Health Services. From day one, I've been truly amazed at how well maintained this office is. The staff are all so kind and welcoming. An absolute judgement-free I must say! Dr. Cardoso is very knowledgeable and helps me understand what is going on. He is very thorough, does not rush, and always takes the time to listen to his patients. Mind you, I am on the autism spectrum and Dr. Cardoso treats me the way anyone should be treated- regardless of their differences. I wish I knew about this office and Dr. Cardoso sooner, so then that way I did not have to deal with someone else who does not seem to care about his patients. One of the absolute best decisions I've ever made was making the switch from an ENT physician in Madison over to Dr. Cardoso! He's highly intelligent and always ensures that I receive the best course of care. Never once have I ever been pressured into any kind of treatment that I'm not comfortable with. Lovely location, nice people and great classes…read more Although in the heart of Essex, finding parking in downtown was no problem at all. (Might be interesting to revisit the parking in summer to see if it's as easy) Essex Wellness Center has an office location on Main Street and a separate workout facility. A standard gym membership with 24 hour access is available for purchase as well as many different classes. I was a little hesitant about working out in Downtown Essex, as I normally feel really uptight in this town, but, This time of year is really quiet with mostly year round residents who are a little more mellow than the summer crowd. I tried a Yoga class with Belinda. It was held upstairs in a clean open room with high ceilings and interesting circular details, with full windows looking towards the water. The class was so relaxing that I didn't feel my body stressing at all. She had some great tips to help with my balance and posture. In fact I didn't think I had gotten much of a workout, until I got home and climbed my stairs. All my muscles were happily "worked." It really was masterful to feel so relaxed that I didn't even realize how much my body was working. My one complaint is I wish she did some corrections, rather than work on her own mat. Afterwards was an optional mediation class. This is open to the public at no charge, and is an amazing way for people to experience the Wellness Center. I'm looking forward to trying them again in the daytime so I can see the ocean while working out.

We have been coming to Wildwood since our daughter was born, she is now 9 months old and they have…read morebeen wonderful to work with. Even with the covid protocols we have always been in and out extremely quickly. When my daughter was a newborn their lactation consultants were *incredible*. They spent so much time with my wife, daughter, and me. They ensured we had a great experience and were comfortable before leaving (which as you may know, with an infant can be stressful). When my daughter had her first cold and needed a note for daycare to make sure it wasn't anything serious or contagious they were able to see us the same day. All of the doctor's we've seen have been wonderful and I cannot say enough about the nurses and lactation consultants.
