In all honesty, I have been a skeptic of this type of healing work for years and therefore did not pursue support for my chronic and ongoing areas of pain until recently. I wish I had gone sooner! Dr. Potash was referred to me by my primary care team for my lower back pain and an ongoing injury with my hip. He provided me with an empathetic ear, a thorough assessment, a gentle approach with effective adjustments. After my last session with Jason, we were able to successfully release an area in my lower back that provided me with instant relief. I started crying "tears of joy" from the astonishing difference I felt in my body...to not be in pain for the first time in years was SO surreal. What a gift! As a survivor of assault, I have strong boundaries around touch and I need to feel safe in order to receive healing care. I can honestly say that I have always felt respected, cared for and truly safe in his skilled hands. Highly recommend to anyone curious around this type of work.

I had the best experience from start to finish. The office was great, the surgery scheduling & insurance was handled seamless. Best of all was the success of my surgery! Dr Marra is my hero! The pain management was ideal - Exparel- a slow release, long acting block that is administered at the surgery site, during surgery. I never needed one pain pill. Five weeks post surgery and I am so happy with the success of this procedure. I cannot thank Dr Marra, his staff and the Bloomfield Surgery Center enough. This was a great experience. Finally I decided to get them checked out. I went through a few tests at the office. Dr. Wintman told me the tests showed my case was mild. "Mild" I thought? No way! He then assured me that just because the tests show mild does not mean I do not have a worse case. There was no way I could wait any longer dealing with my hands. I planned on only one hand to see if the surgery worked. I was very nervous. The surgery and recovery time are quick and PAINLESS. Out of surgery Dr Wintman told me the carpel tunnel area was extremely tight. Thank goodness I wasn't crazy! I had pain of about a three on a pain scale. No need for medication stronger than ibuprofen. It took about two weeks for a full recovery. I immediately scheduled the other hand. Dr Wintman explained every surgery is different and not to expect the same results. After the second hand, I had zero pain. Dr Wintman said this hand was much tighter inside. This hand actually hurt me less. I was back to work after four days. This hand took longer to recover. The feeling I had was like a slight lagging feeling in my hand. I knew it just needed time and to be rubber out. I am two months out from both surgeries and would do it again!! ( even though I won't have to). I 1000% recommend Dr WIintman and his staff!

I went to Melissa for my yearly dermatology skin check because my previous PA left the practice. I…read moreinformed her of my recent knee replacement surgery and that I could not yet let it hang off the table and that it was also very tender to touch. She was unnecessarily aggressive with her dermatoscope, basically slapping it against my skin, including my knee. When I pulled away and reminded her of my recent surgery (which was very obvious from the giant scar), she just continued in the same manner. When I left, my husband asked why I was covered in red marks; it was from the dermatoscope. More egregious than this, is that she entered the room with a young male intern, and what I didn't realize was also a young male intern on an ipad. I told her that I was uncomfortable with him viewing my full body exam, but fine with him listening, so could she please pull the curtain. At the end of the exam she asked the intern if he had any questions. The one in the room said no. Then I heard a male voice on the ipad, which was in plain view of me during the entire exam, ask a question. I felt incredibly violated that she knew I didn't want to be viewed, and didn't move the ipad behind the curtain as well. I was too shocked at the time to say anything, but when I called the office to report this and ask for my medical records to be sent elsewhere, there wasn't much of a reaction or show of concern. I do feel it's important for future potential patients to be aware of this situation.
