Excellent practice. Location right here in marlborough in the bakery plaza. Easy to get an apt. Great group of doctors. Highly recommended.

I have been a patient at this practice for a few years and have been to 3 of their offices…read more Unfortunately, I was running late to my appointment due to a bad accident on the highway early this morning. I called first thing and was told they allow a 15 minute late period. I arrived exactly 15 minutes late only to be turned away from my appointment because I had reached the "15 minute mark." So technically, they don't give you a 15 minute grace period. It's actually 14 mins and 59 seconds. So if I arrived at 8:24 they would have seen me. Although, I'm not sure how much difference 1 minute would have made, especially when they routinely run late and don't have the courtesy to let patients know. And are we allowed to cancel because they run late? Nope! They clearly don't respect patients time. They also see patients every 10 minutes. Perhaps giving more time for appointments would prevent consistently running late. I'm not sure how doctors can provide the best care possible if they're given such a short amount of time. I'm sure it is set up like this to capitalize the most amount of money as possible. I would like to see their policy in writing, but couldn't find it online. Having worked in healthcare for 10+ years, I have never experienced this and have also shown grace to my patients who run late through no fault of their own if it is not a repeated offense. The receptionists are rude and don't care. I have gone to appointments to find them eating at the desk. And when you call to speak to someone it sounds like it's a call center and your not speaking to a person at the actual office, so you never know who you're talking to. The healthcare system sucks and the people who work here suck too and your "policy" is bullshit. If you've read this far, then do yourself a favor and find another office.

I cannot recommend enough; my experience has been excellent. My Aunt Michele McGuire, who used to…read morework there as a nurse before passing, always spoke incredibly highly of the practice; especially of Dr. Erin Pickett, which initially gave me a sense of trust & comfort. Thanks to the compassionate care provided by Dr. Marlaine Jean-Miller & the entire team, my previous fear of visiting the OB-GYN has transformed into a feeling of reassurance & ease. They genuinely care about their patients, taking the time to thoroughly discuss any concerns or questions, which makes all the difference. The triage nurse Kendra is also amazing and has helped to ease my anxiety going through my first and current pregnancy. The warm, professional environment and personalized attention make this practice a five-star choice for anyone seeking compassionate women's health care in Rocky Hill.

Their response time to returning calls to simply schedule an appointment takes days . The problem, doctors should stick to medicine and let business professionals run the day to day practice. Dr.Linda Taylor was very patient centric and cared about response times, and patient care . not anymore! My suggestion, go somewhere else as this place is hanging on by a thread.

Their communication between departments is awful, had us run around Manchester hospital in severe pain because the ER and family birthing center kept sending us back and forth, literally made us walk. Then comes the maternity/paternity leave they will not fill out the forms for more than 6 weeks so you can not get the full 12 weeks allowed by CT law. Management will not call you back either when you ask to speak to them. If I could award zero stars I would. Worst experience with supposed professionals I've ever experienced.

I am, however, quite disappointed with the way things have unfolded with this practice. I had my annual in March, and advised the practice I lost my job and insurance at the end of the month. I was contacted in April by a scheduler to make an apt for a procedure. No one contacted me prior to tell me what the procedure meant or what it included, just that I was supposed to schedule it. Since I was now without insurance and on unemployment scheduling the apt was not possible. I informed them multiple times, and still received multiple phone calls and certified letters. Now that I am finally settled into a new job, new location, etc. I could focus on taking care of myself. I contacted the office to get more information, my call wasn't returned, and schedule the apt. and the next day received a letter that I was being dismissed from the practice. Honestly, that seems a bit manipulative to me. "You don't have insurance or the means to pay, but we're telling you need this and you're not abiding, so we're just going to drop you." I was disgusted to say the least. My feelings were actually crushed. I adore my Dr, and referred multiple women, but will not be returning.
