Someone did a hit and run on my son's Ford fusion shortly after we bought it. The look on my son's face when he saw the car looking better than when we brought it in with spectacular! Dave goes above and beyond in repair what an insurance company would cover, for example he blends the paint from the repaired body panel into the next body panel to make sure the paint matches perfectly. He found some other plastic trim and pieces under their car that had been broken prior to the hit and run on my son's car and he just fixed those without question and without charging us. If a person doesn't enter the vehicle just right, the plastic trim flops open and the plastic tabs break off. So, over the past year, I have asked multiple Toyota dealers, other car professionals, auto detailing companies, etc. for a solution to keep that trim from coming off of the door. It was getting exhausting from the continued "brush off". This wasn't a big deal for these people, but it certainly was for me. I had resorted to duct tape and Velcro before finding Cox Enterprises.
