It is weird you can't find reviews for this institution. I tried different ways to check and none let me open and see it.

    Ask the Community - KidStrong

Do they still require 6 mo or 12 month commitment?

Hi Susan, we also offer a month to month option if that works better for you. Would be happy to share more information if you are interested. 469-305-7457 or frisco@kidstrong.com

How much is it a month, I've looked all over for a price point?

I was paying around 135/month on a month to month payment plan or 109 per month with a 50 registration fee. This is for once a week.

If you're looking for the gold standard of playgrounds in Frisco (or honestly, anywhere nearby),…read moreHope Park is it. This is hands-down one of the most thoughtfully designed, beautifully maintained, and inclusive parks I've ever visited. The playground is massive, separated into different sections by age group, which is a lifesaver if you have both toddlers and older kids. Everything is built with accessibility in mind ramps, wide pathways, sensory features, musical instruments, and even mini pretend storefronts that spark imaginative play. The rubberized ground covering is such a bonus for safety too soft, clean, and comfortable for little ones learning to navigate the world. There's also a splash pad right next door, which is an absolute magnet on hot Texas afternoons. Shaded picnic tables and benches are scattered throughout the park, making it easy for parents and caregivers to relax without feeling like you have to hover the entire time. What makes Hope Park extra special is the heart behind it. It was created by the Frisco community with the dream of building a place where all children no matter their ability level could play side by side. You can feel that spirit when you're here. It's not just a playground; it's a celebration of inclusion, joy, and togetherness. Pro tip: It can get very busy on weekends, so early mornings or weekday evenings are perfect if you want more space to roam. Parking is plentiful, and restrooms are nearby. Five huge stars!

Not all job sites are open at once but the QR code which led to the live schedule made it very easy to plan ahead on what to do. We went on a Thursday and it wasn't too hectic, plenty of opportunities to do different activities and no long waits. Generally, there was one staff per room which is plenty when the maximum kids allowed was 6. In the rooms where they allowed 10 or more, there were 2 or 3 staff. Wristbands and credit cards kept everything well organized, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the entire site was very clean. Highly recommend for an educational and entertaining experience. Fun fact - the airplane that you see at the entrance is a refurbished real plane donated by American Airlines, and you go inside the plane for the pilot training which had an impressive flight simulator.

That said, navigating the activities could be a bit confusing at times. It would be really helpful if there were a more structured flow or even a chaperone to guide families through the different experiences. Also, some of the features weren't open, and it wasn't always clear when kids could participate in certain activities. If it wasn't for Regan we would have been completely lost Even with that, the kids truly enjoyed themselves, which made it worth it. There were still plenty of things to do, and they stayed excited the entire time. I would definitely bring them back so they can experience even more of what KidZania has to offer.

They don't offer a military discount or multiple kid discount, but you can often find great deals on Groupon. Everyone is required to wear socks, which they sale for $3.75. Hot food isn't allowed inside, but you can bring in chips and other packaged snacks. The facility was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. There were plenty of snacks and drinks available for purchase, lots of seating for parents, and I especially liked the party rooms and arcade area. One thing that really stood out was the toddler section. It had seating for parents and a nearby bathroom, which made it much more convenient for families with little ones. We arrived around 1:00 p.m. and stayed until 3:00 p.m., and the kids were still having a blast when it was time to leave! It's a great place to let kids burn off energy in a safe, clean environment.

Their prices for admission is comparable to other play gyms for kids, but they do offer packages if you intend to go more than once. The staff were really nice and welcoming as well. They had two separate play areas - one for littles and one for bigger kids - which both included chairs for parents to sit and watch. We like that they had a hand washing station in the play area and promoted cleanliness for all attendees. We would definitely take our daughter back if we are in the area.

The birthday party was 1.5 hrs, but the last 30 minutes of the party, they breakdown your party room, so it feels like a 1 hr party. Our child only used 12 minutes and wanted to walk through the play area for the rest of the time and worker said "can you go get her? You paid extra to paint, not to play". She was not smiling, unfriendly, and really made us feel unwelcomed. We're going to give it another try, but if she's still a problem, we'll switch to a different location.

My husband and I were really excited to try Active Arena, but unfortunately it was a huge…read moredisappointment. We purchased 75 minutes of play time and ended up leaving after only about 30 minutes because so many of the attractions either didn't work or weren't functioning correctly. The ping pong game, iWall, balance board game, and one of the shooting games all had issues. Even the games that did work often felt slow, poorly calibrated, or unfinished. The facility also felt dirty and unkept. We never saw any equipment being disinfected between users, which was concerning since so many of the games require shared paddles, balls, balance bars and other heavy touch surfaces. Additionally there was clear wear and tear to the walls and equipment demonstrating management does not re-invest in upkeep. Another frustration was the lack of instructions. Several of the digital games didn't clearly explain how to play or how to change the game type and the staff wasn't proactive or particularly helpful when we had questions. To their credit, the manager did approve a refund when we asked. However, the customer service surrounding it was disappointing. There was no apology, no attempt to understand what went wrong, and no interest in gathering feedback. We simply received the refund and were asked, "Is that it?" It left us feeling like they just wanted us out the door. The one highlight was the VR paragliding experience--that was genuinely fun and probably the best attraction there. Overall, though, the experience wasn't worth the cost. You can find better-maintained, more reliable, and more enjoyable interactive games at places like Dave & Buster's or a quality arcade. Unless the equipment is repaired and the facility is better maintained, I can't recommend spending your money here.
