Stumbled upon this place while we were visiting Boulder and needed a place to play inside. It was perfect for all my girls - ages 5, 2.5, and 1! Very safe environment and kind staff/owners. I can't recommend enough for the younger ages. Very clean as well! Price was about $10 per kid (parents free!) and the staff mentioned that we are more than welcome to come back after nap. I will say this, there were some older kids that came in (ages 10+ boys) and this place might not be big enough for them. It was perfect for my little ones. Good luck to the owners! This place is a great time for the whole family - parents included! Other folks have described the play areas and the cafe, so I'll be brief there. The play areas really are appropriate right up to the teenage years, and all of the play spaces are big enough for parents to climb up and play with the little ones. I think KidSpace is reasonably priced for what they have to offer. It's not a big space, but if I bring a friend for each of my kids, they can easily spend 3-4 hours here. I can sit in the cafe with the free wifi and do some work while my kids have the time of their lives. My boss thinks I'm a hero for putting in a couple extra hours, and my kids think I'm a hero for bringing them here. It's a win-win! The space is well laid out, so if you sit in the cafe, you can see all of the play areas. There is also a picnic table area in the back if the cafe is full, and they allow you to bring food from home. The planetarium shows are probably best for children 4 and older, so if you bring mixed ages, you might want an additional adult. (Fortunately, the first two adults are free - you just pay for the kids.) The planetarium shows are different every hour, and they run from 4 min to 30 min. When my older kids get tired of climbing everywhere, KidSpace has a great collection of board games to borrow, and there are ice cream novelties in the cafe for a special treat. Really fun place! Our son enjoyed it, and we were there for a while. They have a mini theatre/planetarium that many people can fit in. Many smaller kids liked it for about 10 minutes but I found it to be interesting. They have an area where you shoot foam balls, kids loved that! They also have an area for babies- toddlers too. The only downside, you have to pay for a baby 6 months and above. Although they have an area for smaller kids, most babies are not doing much. That don't make sense if your baby just sits there or if they are sleeping. I told the girl at the front, and she like talk to the owner. I looked at him and he looked at me and looked away. Kinda rude. But I don't mind supporting small businesses. I don't see us coming every week because it's super pricey. Another mom who had her baby in a carrier also had to pay. So keep that in mind, you will pay for your baby. Hoping they will change this to at least walking age. Because at least the walking age they can do more. But most babies sleep, eat, or just sit on the floor. At least that's what mine did. Overall it's a really nice place! We won't be back until our baby can walk though. The facility is clean with plentiful seating for parents and parties, with some bookable private party rooms. The play areas themselves are new and look great. They have an area for ballistics where kids launch little foam rockets and balls. It's a lot of fun, even for adults, and the kids really get into it. They also have an area more akin to a 'traditional' playground with a couple slides, climbing areas, etc. There's a smaller space too for younger kids and a side exhibit that lets kids explore magnetism. Last, there's an inflatable planetarium they put on shows in. It's a smaller space but the shows are pretty short (5-30 mins) so if you miss one you can always catch the next. The shows all come included with the VERY reasonable admissions price so you can go to as many or few as you like. The shows themselves are entertaining and educational and definitely worth checking out at least one or two during your visit. The cafe has all the usual coffee drinks (latte, macchiato, mocha, drip, etc) and a nice selection of baked goods and treats for the kids. They didn't offer any more substantial food choices yet (sandwiches would be great!) but the folks there are very open to feedback so maybe someday soon. :) The drinks themselves were quite good and offered a nice break while keeping an eye on the little ones. This is a great new STEM based fun center and planetarium in Westminster. This review is from a sneak preview soft opening. The official opening is on May 30th. This is a large place with multiple play areas for kids of different ages. My 7 and 3 yr olds are both having a blast and burning lots of energy. The place is clean, colorful, and appears very safe. There's plenty of room for parents to relax while the kiddos go crazy. There's multiple bathrooms that are clean and spacious. There's also multiple party rooms. There's snacks, a cafe, drinking fountains, and tables. The prices seem very reasonable at the cafe. The planetarium is an inflatable dome where they project science themed movies at scheduled times throughout the day. My kids loved laying on their backs to watch. Overall a great activity that I'll be bringing my kids to often. Hopefully they start a membership or punch card program to make it a little cheaper for multiple visits. read more

This location was so cute and the man that worked the front desk area was so friendly. There weren't a crazy amount of people there, and my normally shy child immediately took to this place, as we never do stuff like this during Covid and also we just moved to Colorado. I'm satisfied with the cleanliness of this place, and I've been to many indoor play yards for kids. It wasn't too noisy, they offered food to purchase, there were tables for adults to do some work while their kids ran around, and the place is small enough that you don't lose track of your child, but large enough that there's plenty of room for social distancing. My daughter loved the virtual reality thing they offered, and the best part is the bottoms of our socks were still white when we left (a good indication that they actually clean their floors well). They charge a small fee for adults just because they have strict limits to how many people can be in the building, but this price is very reasonable for 3 hours of play. We drove up to Colorado to spend some time with family. We ended up celebrating my nephews 1st Birthday at KidSpace. This place is the cutest place ever to take kids who are at least old enough to crawl. The owner is absolute the nicest ever, along with the rest of the staff members. The place is family friendly and it will make you want to return to enjoy another outing with kids, if you have any. They also provide some pretty great snack and drink options for kids and adults. Just remember when you do come here to bring a pair of socks, if for any reason you forget, they do sale socks for adults and kids if needed. They do a great job keeping the place very clean and organized. There were a bunch of different activities for the kids to enjoy and parents were also allowed to enjoy them with the kids which allowed the parents to easily monitor the kids. If you have kids in the family you need to take them here, they will love it!!! read more

My kids (ages 11, 10 and 5) and I visited today after hearing about it in a Colorado Parent magazine at the dentist office. Everything was very clean and all of the staff was friendly. We stayed for two hours and not one of my kids was ready to go. It's nice that the parents can join in the fun and there is plenty of seating if you prefer to relax instead. We live in Aurora but it was definitely worth the drive. We will be visiting again! read more

Everything about Kidspace is amazing. My 9 year old asked if we could come back every weekend. My 3 year old asked for his birthday to be here! It's the perfect place for kids and adults. Incredible coffee too makes the day even better. I love that I can relax and my kids have a great time! The best part is I feel safe letting them play here. You can watch everything from the tables and the kids can't leave without you noticing. The planetarium has incredible shows that keep everyone engaged. What else can I say? Great place for kiddos to have some fun in a clean, safe and educational environment. They are reasonably-priced, unlike some other similar kid gym options, and don't nickel and dime you. They have a nice cafe with snacks and gourmet, locally roasted coffee options. If you have bigger kiddos (mine is 5), I was able to sit in the cafe area with a friend and chat and enjoy some grown up time. They are open to outside food coming in, so we packed a little lunch and stayed a couple hours total. Staff was friendly and helpful. Planetarium was an added bonus and educational short videos are offered throughout the day. Good change of pace and great for Elementary-aged kids. Separate 0-5 play space available too for the littles. Lots of party packages available too at reasonable prices. Love the concept and will definitely be back! read more

CONS- I thought it was a very high admission price for what it was (2 space themed play structures, separate toddler area, stomp rocket launch pad, and an inflatable igloo like planetarium). I was expecting more for that high of an admission price (ages 6 mon-2 yrs= $8 and ages 3-12 yrs= $14). I especially didn't like paying $8 for my immobile infant to get in since he couldn't do anything anyway. I definitely think it would be more appropriate to raise the paying admission age to 2 and older. Although my kids enjoyed their time here, due to the high admission price I don't see us returning in the future. The planetarium video we saw was great for adults but didn't hold my kids attention at all. It was certainly geared toward older kids and adults so it would be nice to see movies for young kids playing too since the majority of kids there were under 8. There could be, but from the titles of the videos it didn't seem like it. I was just grateful our show only lasted 10 minutes. PROS- It's very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and one of the ladies even came over at one point to ask if my kids were having fun which I thought was so nice. My older kids (8,5,3 yrs.) played happily with the other kids for 3 hours which I was actually pleasantly shocked at. I was able to sit at a table and read a magazine for awhile while my kids played happily, that was pretty awesome. All in all I'd say if you only have 1 kid or else don't mind dropping some pretty heavy cash for a play structure experience it's a good place to wear your kids out for a couple of hours. read more

Attended my second birthday party here and fall a little more in love with it each time. All fun, but with a little bit of learn mixed in subtly too. Both parties were for my 4 yo, but my 7 has come along both times and had a great time. It's not huge, but just big enough where the kids can feel like they can disappear but the layout is as such you can always find them. Chatted with the owner (and operator) for a few today, and he said as a parent himself, he wanted someplace fun that also had just a little educational footprint as well. Like any place, you have to engage if you want to learn, we dove into some planet stuff with the 7 and she was into it, it only long enough to wait to stomp on a rocket launcher. You can engage with the educational but you don't have to, the kids can just play too. Very clean, pretty sure there were six other birthdays happening while we were there and didn't feel cramped, coffee is great and WiFi is strong-- I'm a big fan of this place read more
