As I've read from other reviews, this place is about making $$$ and nothing more. They only focus on their competition students (one of whom is the owner's daughter and featured in EVERY dance). There is no excuse for any misunderstandings. Prepare to be insulted by the front office staff should you make any mistake whatsoever, in payment, scheduling costume fittings, impromptu schedule changes, ETC. After all, it is your responsibility to read the previously mentioned dissertation (er, I mean, newsletter). I have never written a negative review on Yelp before, but am so moved by the anti-customer service experienced at this company that I felt it necessary to warn others in this review. He's been good enough to work with us to make it possible to use his space for dance events on Monday(Lindy Hop) and Thursdays(Blues) and personally invests his time to give us whatever we need to help grow the community with little benefit to himself.
