This Kids Kare has the BEST Director handling this site. Any parent would have peace of mind enrolling their child at this facility.

I was looking for a summer program for my son and was worried because all the other child care centers in the area were already booked for summer. I came across this location and luckily I was able to get him in there! It's closer to our home. He's in the Summer Blast Program and so far, so good. The employees all seem pretty nice & my son has came home each day and said what a blast he's had. I like that they provide meals & so many different activities for the kids. It's a little pricey but worth it if you need care. I also like that they don't charge for the hours and that it's a one-time fee for the week. You can drop them off between 6:30am and pick them up at 6pm. The parking can get a little packed but it's a great place for your kid to be if you need care! read more

I absolutely LOVE Kids Kare willow and all of their staff! The director, Erin Ortiz is amazing! She is excellent with kids and always makes the holidays extra special by dressing up in silly festive costumes. The teachers are very dear to my heart. They have made me feel secure and comfortable knowing that my children are being cared for with passion. I have been with this center since my son was in Kinder and he is now in 5th grade. My daughter who is 6 also has been attending since she was 2. Kids Kare willow is not just a center to us- they're family! read more

Kids Kare teachers manage our rambunctious twin toddlers very well. The staff employ effective tools to curb their sometimes destractive behavior. We receive frequent updates on their behavior and progress, now more good reports than bad! They were early adopters of protective measures for Covid-19. The staff all wear masks, and as a health care provider, I appreciate their efforts. Yesterday, we were surprised when the kids came home with baby sized pumpkins. At Brighten Academy, we had to pay an extra $5 each for that privilidge. We moved our children from Brighton to the facility at Willow, saved money, and got better teachers. Win win! read more

I have loved Kids Kare Willow since my kids started there 2 years ago. All the staff is wonderful. The director Erin Ortiz really cares for the kids and families tries to go above and beyond!! My kids love going there. Will continue to support this location Don't take the bad review seriously its someone who can't take responsibility for the actions of their family. They would never just leave a kid. If your kid is taking awhile to come out to the bus they try every number they can to find out why. My kid has been late out and they called me. read more

Kids Kare Willow has been such a blessing! I've had bad experiences with other daycares, but I'm totally comfortable and confident dropping my daughter off every day. Erin and Katy are amazing and I know my daughter is in great hands! They are very professional, kind and always have the kids best interest in mind! Selena and Melissa (on the preschool side) are always so nice and on top of things! Everyday my daughter comes home and screams "I had so much fun at daycare today mommy!" I just enrolled my soon to be 3 year into the Kids Kare Willow. As of now we are 4 days in and I am very happy with the daily progress. The Director/Associate Director provides me with daily images of my daughter, which is so much needed for parents who are wondering how their kid is adjusting. They don't have online monitoring system, which I suppose I am ok with. Some of the other daycares we saw did have those but they did not have outdoor water/sand play or field trips. Instructors are stressed with the amount of children. One grabbed a little boy age 3-4 hard and shoved him in line.

I can't imagine anyone saying anything bad about kids kare, I have two boys that have been attending kids kare for the last 7 years and now their little brother just started there. The staff is friendly and take the time to get to know the parents. The boys love going there and have never had a bad thing to say about their time there. My youngest son just started and my wife and I work full time so potty training has been a challenge, but they have been very helpful and encouraging him to use the potty. They take care and treat your kids as if they were their own. This place has been a life saver for our family and the boys feel at home there and we have peace of mind knowing they are well taken care of. They have an awesome summer time program that the boys look forward to going to every year. This place is great and I always feel at home there. This was my children's Day Care for about 7-9 yrs always had a great relationship with the people who worked for this company always had a good experience .. they have changed workers two times since we have been taking our kids there .. They do have a new coordinator ERIN ORTIZ she is the most unprofessional no etiquette person I have ever dealt with in a personal or professional capacity... SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE LEFT MY KID AT SCHOOL!?!??! I gathered myself and tried to reason with her and she only gave reasons why she was right and I was wrong.... be very careful if you plan on taking ur children to this daycare .. everyone else besides ERIN ORTIZ was a pleasure to deal with and my kid quite enjoyed coming to this daycare this is what happens when you put the wrong people in wrong positions ... ohh by the way Erin also accused me and my wife that we didn't pay our fees so we kept all of our transactions paid in check to have a receipt and advise you to do the same if you decide to employ this place pls take this to heart and be cautious ... thanks concerned parent read more

I love the teachers and Staff here they make u feel so welcomed. I've been taking my kids to Kiddie kountry for three years. I have my second child there and he loves going to school and always looks forward to it.I highly and always refer parents to them Paula and Diana this ladys are A+ along their side is Jimia head teacher.As parents we always want to leave our love ones in good hands and here I have no worries about my child.This site is the best of the best! I love this day care!! Not just because I work there, but because it's a family environment. Went in today to take a tour and find out about signing my son up for preschool, the school was so clean, teachers and staff were so welcoming and answered any answered all my questions, and made me feel so secure about leaving my son in their care. My daughter has been going to this daycare since she was 2 years old. They potty trained my daughter and she doesn't even pee in the bed anymore. The staff here is so wonderful and I truly enjoy dropping my daughter off here every morning. When I come to pick her up she tells me about all she has learned and is always in a good mood. The fact that there is good size of faculty make me feel comfortable that there are checks and balances set in place. My daughter has met many friends here and I truly love this place. I highly recommend this place if it is within your budget and there where many times where I changed the enrollment status of my daughters attendance and they responded quickly. read more
