To remedy we stuck reminder stickers with feeding times "feed me at 7:30" . I pray the State looks into this establishment. One benefit was the regional director. Her influence on the center could not be implemented due to her subordinates. If you care for your child DO NOT LET THEM CARE FOR YOUR CHILDREN.

Needless to say, we were less than satisfied at her previous daycare. Although that particular daycare provided live streaming of the infant room (which was a large selling point for me at the time), I found myself constantly distracted by the footage while at work mainly because I was concerned about the level of care she was receiving. It became quite disruptive to my workday. This previous daycare required that I write them each morning to tell them what time I would be dropping off my daughter. Anyone who has small children knows how chaotic and unpredictable the morning routine can be, and this became an added stress. Despite dropping my daughter off after they opened, I would be met with obvious sighs and eye rolls from staff if I showed up before 8am. Additionally, this previous daycare would frequently call and have me leave my work early to pick up my daughter for being "fussy," insisting she was sick when she wasn't (I am a doctor, so I can actually tell these things). All of these factors contributed to us moving to KinderCare and I have no doubt in my mind that we made the right decision. From the moment we entered KinderCare for a tour, I was blown away. They are a well-oiled machine and the process of drop offs and pick ups is streamlined. Their professionalism and communication are unmatched. I feel like my daughter gets so much care and attention from the staff. It honestly feels like she is with family when I take her to KinderCare. I love that we get periodic updates and photos throughout the day without the added pressure of livestream, which actually can be more of a burden than a help. I feel like the price is more than reasonable for the care our daughter receives. She has continued to thrive at KinderCare. She is meeting all of her developmental milestones and she couldn't be happier or healthier. So glad we made the switch to KinderCare!

I came across this location and luckily I was able to get him in there! It's closer to our home. He's in the Summer Blast Program and so far, so good. The employees all seem pretty nice & my son has came home each day and said what a blast he's had. I like that they provide meals & so many different activities for the kids. It's a little pricey but worth it if you need care. I also like that they don't charge for the hours and that it's a one-time fee for the week. You can drop them off between 6:30am and pick them up at 6pm. The parking can get a little packed but it's a great place for your kid to be if you need care!

My son was originally in a smaller in-home daycare center but transitioned to NFCU as he became older and needed more quality interaction. My son experienced some small struggles upon his initial transition, nothing out of the ordinary with change, but the NFCU team quickly identified his needs and helped to make his transition smooth. Fast forward a year later, and my son was transitioning into the pre-school class. Like most kids, this was a very big change for him. A larger group setting, fine motor skill activities, and more involved math, science, and literacy activities. Plus, the need for growth in behavioral skills! My son struggled with attention span, maturity, and patience. (like all kids do). The team at NFCU did an amazing job at identifying my sons pain points and finding alternative activities when my son became overwhelmed. Each day they worked to incorporate an extra minute in his circle time, until finally he could make it through the entire circle time. They allowed him to be a class volunteer and help pass out supplies or prepare for activities when he would start to get the wiggles and needed to get up and do busy work. My son is now fully engaged and on track with where he needs to be at this stage of pre-school. All the providers, the Campus Director, and Nancy herself, have been extremely involved in the overall success of my son's experience and I couldn't be more thankful. I look forward to this next year and plan to continue to use NFCU for his before and after school care, once he transitions to Kindergarten.
