My husband walked it back to the store and the owner said "what did you stick your finger through it?" We literally took it out of the bag and I went to wear it as pjs and noticed the hole. First of all if your clothes are so cheap that if I stick my finger through it, a hole occurs I guess it makes sense why you have the 50 percent off sale then $10 sale. You were incredibly rude and all we wanted was an exchange. This is not the first time you were rude either. You have lost yet another customer and we already know you do not care. I have never seen a small business owner like you. You have zero customer service skills. I am mad at myself for spending as much as I have in your store over the years and I promise to never step foot ever in there again.
