As a parent don't listen to the Ai bots, you can bring your own water bottle and backpack. I suggest walking to the waterpark before it opens and getting a locker for the day. A large will cost $33 but then you can leave all your items there. The park opened at 10 but we got there around 9:20 and went on rides that were already opened. We had a wonderful time. 8 year old boy review: My review of the water park you have to be ten and older to not wear a life jacket in a lazy river that deepest it gets 3 feet. I'm 4 feet tall. I think they should do it by how tall you are but I think the roller coasters are amazing.

The lines are long at any given time but worth the wait. There are four kid friendly areas - the large themed playground, Snoopyland, Kidzville, splashpads. Each has endless entertainment for kids. The water park feels like acompletely different park experience. Like 2 parks in one! Easy to spend a whole day at either. It features exciting waterslides, a lazy river and 3 seperate splash pads! The shows are great! The characters and performers are so enthusiastic! At the recent Kidzfest, we met Paw Patrol characters. There was a very entertaining interactive Bubble Show performed by a ballerina. At night next to the water, was an amazing fire show. Selected nights there is a spectacular firework show (be sure to stay as its a long one). There are theme days throughout the year such as Halloween Haunt and Winterfest - each has its own enchanting features making each experience feel unique every visit. Great season pass deals if you plan to visit more than twice its easy to make your moneys worth. Many options to include meal, drink or fast pass plans. Only feed back is the quality of the food can be improved especially for the prices. Food is pricey! Everything is basically fried, fast food. Could use some nice restaurants or some refreshing and healthier alternative options. The hand hygiene around food handling...very questionable on multiple occasions. But ok to pack your own food. Note the park is "cashless". Only meal plans, debit and credit are accepted. Such a great entertainment attraction. Definately worth a visit!

The massive…read morethree-level Dreamer's Play Village soft playground is severely weathered, filthy, and desperately needs an upgrade. Most of the iconic curved slides are completely boarded up, which heavily disappoints the kids. The remaining climbing sections are covered in thick dust, held together with questionable zip-ties, and poorly maintained. Unsupervised children run wild across sticky padding that makes you want to immediately throw away your socks. For a steep ticket price, this neglected, run-down play area feels entirely unsafe and overwhelmingly depressing. Save your money. Use to be a good place for kids to come out and enjoy . Good for kids 5 and under .in their world it still is a big place to have fun

The best thing about it is that it's located inside a mall which is good for rainy and snowy days. The mall and the park itself is run down. It seems as if they don't invest in fixing their rides. We've been there a few times. The same rides at least 5 or 6 of them were broken / not functional. That is something that needs improvement and perhaps renovation. It's a good place for kids between 3 - 7 years old to burn off their energy. I wish there was an indoor amusement park like this closer up town in like Richmond Hill or Vaughan. I would still consider coming back again just so my kids can enjoy it again.
