If a CHILD asks to leave, you know it is bad! 100% do not recommend and I am shocked this place is still open and people actually go there! Most places are either too tiny or too big and shared with the public or other parties. Then there's the issue of "adults must pay" which I think is just bogus. The odd parent jumps into the bouncy castle to ensure their toddler doesn't get trampled on by their cousins, to make adults pay is in my personal opinion just preposterous. Most people hosting these parties are forced to invite their kids' friends and rush the entire experience from beginning to end with no interaction from extended family.. (grand parents,uncles, aunts) because you have a total of 15 of your favorite adults to invite... Like I said, BOGUS. This place has everything you need and at the most competitive pricing. Maria (owner) is a delight to work with! Such friendly staff and always very accommodating. Yes, you still have to rush unless you opt for extra hours above the 2hr in package, but you can bring your own food (nut free s'il-vous plait!) and as many adults as you can conjure up. The play area is ALL yours, in fact the entire facility is ALL yours for a private 2hr party! Now the real question is, why are there only 2 reviews and how does the rest of Vaughan's parents not know about this amazing place? I have told my family and friends, handed out flyers for J&Gs and now written this review. When business starts exploding I just hope they will keep their AMAZING pricing! (Cause its only a matter of time) Also- my last visit there was for my BFF's daughter's birthday party in March. They have little different rooms like a grocery store, dress up room, kitchen, construction, and more. Besides the interactive rooms, they have a play structure with slides. There are also some arcade rides that you can pay for. It's a spacious and clean indoor playground. Make sure to bring socks with grip for your kids. They also sell grip socks if you forget. My daughter loved Kidz at Play. Perhaps her next birthday party can be here as they have a couple of party rooms available to book.

Wow, what an incredible experience we had hosting my daughter's 5th birthday party at Kidz at Play…read more The owners are a husband-and-wife duo, who leave no detail left undone. When I arrived all of my decorations were set up in the room, and the staff took all of the decorations out of the room and packed them up for us in the last 10 minutes of the party. I have never experienced this level of service at a play place before. The room and the facility are immaculate. All of the parents at the party were raving about how clean and well maintained the play structure and all of the toys were. Every parent at the party said they would return with their children at another time. I especially like the structure of payment for birthday parties. Usually the packages include a certain number of children and a certain number of adults. Kidz at play just counts the number of people, which is amazing! The staff gave us a wonderful recommendation for a Bluey character. The owners helped Bluey walk through the party, played the Bluey theme song during lunch, and brought Bluey out to the play structure for some other photo opportunities with the kids. They went above and beyond! One of the owners, Shaun, was in constant communication through text with me leading up the party. The attention to customer service and satisfaction is truly unmatched. I will continue to recommend Kidz at Play to my friends and family, and we will continue to return for indoor play and our children's birthday parties.

A staff member stands outside of this play structure and trampoline to ensure you have a wrist band which proves you have paid. He opens and closes the gate for kids to enter and exit. The Chuck E Cheese mascot comes out every hour, for a dance party. He walks around holding up a sign that reads "follow me" and leads you to the centre for a party. There is an interactive dance floor where this takes place and a large screen from which you learn the dance moves. Chuck -E can definately use some more pep in his step. He wasnt enthusiastic (at least at this location) at all. In fact of all the staff, I only observed one (the one leading the birthday party) to be friendly and enthusiastic. The rest of the staff were either too serious for a kids play place, unenthusiastic, not very friendly, some even strict. As I was wacthing my kids play in the play structure, I repeatedlyheard what looked like someone from management checking in with the staff member manning the play structure saying things along the lines of "make sure they have a wrist band". Right away, you could smell disinfectant which was exciting. Last time I went to an American Chuck E Cheese and I got a horrible bacterial infection that needed antibiotics. Staff were super friendly from the get-go, asking us for a selfie of our group for safety. That's the selfie you show on the way out so you're leaving with your same party members. My only suggestion about this is that the location provides a branded selfie wall or something so you still have a good picture! Used coupons to save on 2 1-hour passes and then a 1 hour pass for myself (separate transactions). Enjoyed the play time being by time and not by credits.
