The multi-level climbing structures, winding slides, and dedicated ball pits provide hours of active entertainment. Parents particularly appreciate the separate toddler area, which ensures a safe, manageable space for smaller children away from the older kids' more boisterous play. While the facility is clean and well-lit, it can get quite loud and busy during weekend birthday parties. However, the inclusive pricing and ample seating make it a practical, high-value choice for a rainy-day outing or a celebratory group event. (104 words)

This is truly one she goes out of her way to ask if we could go to. We were thinking of getting a monthly pass but one staff told us thats not how they do things even things. I am assuming it has to do with per play price. Good for ages 2 to an area for those over 10. We are really to find a completely peanut free plans too!

It's good for various ages, they have arcade games, some claw machines, laser tag, rock climbing and toddler area. We went on a Tuesday and it was quite busy. There were so many kids from camps too. Plenty of seating area, they don't allow outside food and drinks except for water as usual. Admission was slightly pricey $29.99 as it was considered school break, they offered 20% off before 1pm so that was better. The good thing is it's unlimited play time and the price includes 1 adult.

There are so many different play areas that keep kids engaged for a long time -- big slides, a HUGE ball pit, dress-up room, construction zone, sandbox, Lego section, cozy reading corner, and even a dedicated baby area. I really appreciated that babies have their own section so they can play safely without getting bumped by bigger kids. Parking was surprisingly easy to find close by, which is a big plus when you're going out with little ones. Pricing is $19.99 for 2 hours on weekdays and $32.99 on weekends. It's definitely on the higher side for a single visit, especially on weekends, but if you plan to come often, their annual pass with unlimited access would make it much more affordable. Overall, it's a great indoor playground option for rainy days, winter months, or when you just need your toddler to burn off energy. We'll likely be back!

When you arrive, you have to sign a waiver online per kid. No shoes/boots allowed inside and you pay for a certain timeframe. They have a giant ball pit with slides. For being so new, we didn't find the ball pit too clean though the playscape around it was fun enough. They have some tubes where the balls are meant to be blown by fans but the fans didn't seem strong enough so the balls just got stuck. There is a seating area and on site cafe. There are also party rooms in the back and washrooms. Washrooms seemed pretty clean. In the play areas, there's also a pseudo- sand pit to dig treasure, a kitchen area with play food, and a dress up area. On the higher level, there is a "construction area" where kids can build with blocks, there's a construction table that's more advanced to build different things, and a pretend step piano that plays two different songs. There's a small baby area there with a small slide and a nursing room - it's kind of randomly located but is nice because it's away from the busy areas . Price: 20$ for 2 hours on weekdays and 33$ for 2 hours on weekends. Prices include 1 adult and 1 child.

It's on the second floor of the building and houses numerous play structures and stations. For example, a train table, slides, a pretend stage with instruments, art station, massive sandbox etc. everything is clean and safe for kids including babies and toddlers. Everything is contained so they can't escape without being seen. All the kids were kept entertained for hours. For the parents, there is a comfortable sitting area including work stations if you want to bring a computer. The cafe appeals to parents and kids alike. They have all the favourite kid snacks and hot and cold drinks for adults. I had the butterfly pea lemonade and it was refreshing. It is on the pricier side and both adults and kids (aged 1 and up) have an entry fee. However, the quality of the activities does justify the price. Staff are professional. Instructions are clear. Kids are entertained. Definitely an appreciated place within our community!

It was our first time visiting and it certainly didn't disappoint. My kids had a blast! The playground is pretty big with various activities to do. They even have an area of claw machines and an arcade - you can win tickets and redeem for prizes. One thing to mention is finding parking was a bit challenging. They offer party packages but the pricing quite steep in my opinion so I don't think I would consider it. To be honest even the admission is pretty expensive $30 per kid. The playground is nice and clean but I don't think we will be back if that's the price for admission.

I love the concept of STEM and Wooden build stations here, with enough room for a jungle gym on the other side. So much potential of creativity like a science centre; but it gets a bit crazy with how some kids chose to play. This is the closest idea to Rochester's Strong Museum in GTA. There's a small toddler area for under 3. The play area is separated by a baby gate with a pull lock at the front desk so kids are all contained. The check in area can get very crowded and loud, especially as they're trying to explain rules, waivers, payment. The tables for snacking/adults have comfy chairs but are also taken up quickly. Lots of snacks and bottled drinks for sale at decent prices. Coffee and espresso beverages come from a machine that currently offers only milk, and only one shot of milk for your coffee . So if you need cream for your coffee check first as was not ready at my visit. So a small flat white was $5.75, but they offer free flavour syrup shots. Sensory sensitivity: Loudness was pretty high. Between music at the stem station, clashing and dropping of toys, the huge light bright tubes, it was hard to have conversations. If your child cannot tolerate it bring headphones. Tips: -Read the long rules first! -Bring your own grip socks(mandatory here for $3/x) -Adults must be in socks no shoes allowed past foyer, bring your own slippers -No charging areas for your electronics(yet..) Really fun place, kids had a blast with their friends. Staff kept the place tidy and vacuumed crumbs often. Will visit again.

If you are thinking it is has been changed completely since the name change from Jump City, the playstructure and trampoline are pretty much the same. I'm glad they opened up a new indoor playground uptown as there's not many in the area, you would need to make your way to the west like Vaughan area. So my friend and I decided to bring our kids here on a P.A day. We booked the admission and did the waivers online. They have various time slots for you to choose from when you book the tickets online. The duration is 2 hours of play for $19.99+taxes, it includes one adult entry. We booked it for 11:30pm - 1:30pm. As you can imagine it was pretty busy since it was a P.A day. The playground wasn't that big, there's a few party rooms. They have various things for kids to do. One downside is they only had two video game stations. Kids had to line up and wait for their turn, timing can be tight since there's only 2 hours of playtime unless you pay extra to extend it. This place is fairly new so it's clean and well maintained. They don't allow outside food and drinks but I've seen some people with it, perhaps they had found a way to sneak it in. They have snacks and drinks that you can purchase. I looked into their party packages and in my opinion I think it's overly priced, it's not worth it. Bringing kids here once in a while to play is still okay in terms of one time admission fees but not with their passes or party packages.
