Absolutely gorgeous place! Very clean as well....first play place with some REAL food, not just snacks and juice boxes

Kids play place located in the heart of Dearborn in Michigan Ave near Schaefer. Free parking in the back. Very easy check in process. Must sign a waiver and socks are required for play. Less active areas including light birds and coloring. There is a small and large play scape for active play. Some of the equipment could stand some cosmetic touch ups but everything seems sturdy and safe. Food (sandwiches, salads, ice cream and snacks) and beverages (water, juice and a variety of coffee and teas) are available for purchase. There are sofas, arm chairs and tables for dining throughout out. Staff seem to be mostly teenagers but are friendly and helpful. read more

I took my son here to play while my husband took a class for his job and my son absolutely loved it. I loved how when an area was unoccupied the staff was disinfecting it so I felt like it was a clean environment. The coffee looked so good. I am so sad I didn't get a chance to try it. It's so cuttttteeee. Very unique, from the play area to the wall activities. Not your ordinary dry erase wall. The grass walls, table seating, and chandeliers are so cute. The staff was so nice, not a moment I didn't see someone cleaning. My daughter had a BLAST for her very first time. Highly recommend, & I'll be back! One more thing.. I tried a smoothie with all 3 flavors strawberry, mango, & pineapple DELICIOUS. It's was god himself in a cup. To die for, have to try! read more

It's unfortunate that I have to write this review because I think it's a cute place. The food is good, and it's an amazing indoor playground for kids. However, I have serious concerns about cleanliness and sanitation(in the play zone). I wrote a previous review months prior but posted it 2 days ago. I wasn't planning on updating my review until my kids got sick again. They haven't gone anywhere before or after kidcadia. I was diligently watching the workers and I have never seen the play area being sanitized. Every time my kids go, they end up sick. It's frustrating because people bring their sick kids without any consideration for others. As a parent, I would never do that, yet I witnessed kids rubbing their noses and touching everything. It's absolutely appalling and irresponsible. If you're looking for a place where your child is likely to get sick, this might be it. The facility may look clean, but they aren't sanitizing the play area properly. While I saw staff vacuum and clean the floors, no one addressed the play equipment or surfaces that kids constantly touch. There's a clear disregard for maintaining a safe, sanitary environment in the play zone. Sadly, my kids won't be coming back, as I'm tired of them getting sick every time we visit. read more

We're still coming years later and kidcadia remains one of the cleanest, most pleasant, and best-maintained indoor playgrounds we've visited. Picture this: A cavernous jungle-gym utopia straight out of a fever dream. Padded surfaces everywhere, so even the klutziest child can plummet like a stunt double without so much as a bruise. It's clean--almost too clean. Not a smudge of ketchup or a rogue juice box in sight. Suspiciously spotless, like it's been scrubbed down by Stepford staff on a mission. There's a dry-erase art zone, a beacon for budding little Warhols (or, in our case, a baby thrilled just to scribble maniacally). And the pièce de résistance: a jungle gym so elaborate, it feels like it might lead straight to another dimension. You can accompany your child if they're the clingy type, but if they're older? Release them into the wild and watch them disappear like feral woodland creatures. Now, let's talk food. Yes, there's food, and not the grim cafeteria kind you might expect. This was good. Pizza with a crust so golden it could win a beauty pageant, chicken strips crispy enough to crunch through the existential ennui, and a Caesar salad that was shockingly zippy. Such a fun place for kids. They have a so many options for kids to play with. Super clean which is always a win! My nieces birthday party was hosted here. We got the private party room which I have to say the interior was beautiful. Overall the experience was great the kids had a good time and as the adults can just relax. I feel like I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. Not only did my kids have a really fun time, but I really enjoyed it as well, and they have a great little cafe that you get snacks without having to leave. Bonus points that the snacks are halal! This place used to be amazing! It was one of the cleanest place I had ever been to! Over the past 6-7 months it has gotten much worse. It is dirty, the play stuff is broken/dirty, there is left over food everywhere and the workers don't seem to clean anything with any regularity. This is a great indoor play gym to keep little ones busy. I was under the impression that there would be staff to offer beverages and food in the cafe as well as help attend to children. Neither were the case. I was a bit sad about that. Nevertheless my little one had a brilliant time and the other families were very kind. This place is CLEAN which is hard to do mid winter with snow and salt and germs but as we were here there was constantly someone wiping things down or vacuuming or cleaning up spills. (Proof in photo of someone cleaning as we were there) The staff was on top of it. They were all very friendly and welcoming. There are QR codes along the play area for ordering food which is great so you don't need to make your kids stand in line, you can just go pick it up when it's ready and call them to come sit down. This is a very nice place for the children and parents alike. Kidcadia has a wonderful adult and children menu. The food is excellent! This place is very well kept. Staff is always friendly, assisting people, and wiping (sanitizing) down everything! In addition, this place is safe and very secure. All exists are locked, must be buzzed in/out by a staff member. Also, there are cameras everywhere. A big shout out to a lovely young staff member, Zeina. She's always been very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. My kids had the most amazing time playing here!! It is kept up so well and not over crowded. They were constantly cleaning while we were there and you could tell. It was so clean! They have so many options for your kids. You can truly spend the whole day here. When tired of running around they can play with the magnets or draw. The seating areas are adorable and so comfortable, and again CLEAN. The toddler area is so much fun! At most places like this it feels like an after thought with a few soft blocks thrown in. But they have an actual miniature play structure for little ones under 36". My one year old had a blast. The coffee was surprisingly good! Even though it was overpriced at $5. I can't wait to come back again soon. I only wish they had a monthly or annual membership of some kind, we would definitely participate. read more

This is hands down the best play area I have visited. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Someone is always cleaning. The place looks and smells so fresh and clean. Not something you would expect for a kids playplace at all. While I wouldn't recommend it, you could probably eat off the floor it's so clean. We go in the mornings and it's far less crowded and better for the little ones, before noon it's only $6.00. The only thing I would add is more food selection. It's more snack foods than anything. It would be nice to spend more time here if you could have lunch. read more

We've spent our fair share of time at indoor playscapes. Kidcadia set a lot of records for us. First, it was the cleanest playscape we've ever been to. The bathrooms were spotless (though I found the floor to be a bit slippery), the tables were clean, and the play structures themselves were beautiful. Everything was themed so well, my kids loved the enchanted forest vibe. The food was also fantastic! We randomly visited when they were holding a tasting event so I was able to try a sandwich, the Ontario. It was probably the best food I've ever eaten at an indoor kids play area. My kids split an order of chicken tenders, which were ok. There is ample parking behind the building and there are a plethora of tables and chairs inside for sitting. They do have wifi. There is a smaller play area for toddler and a larger play area for older toddlers and children (ages 3+ I believe). Throughout the building, there are additional activities, such as a magnetic tile wall and a giant lite bright. The prices can be steep depending on when you go. Purchasing tickets in advance for a weekday is the cheapest option, allowing kiddos under 24 months in for free with reduced prices for older kids. A Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will set you back a little more if you walk-in, think upwards of $15 per kid. Adults are always free. You can order your tickets online and select a time slot. They come in 2 hour increments. You will also have to sign a waiver for each child. Overall, with proper planning, Kidcadia is amazing for those icky weather days when you need to help your kids burn off some energy. They also have a gorgeous party room to look into. read more

The space is very clean (especially nice during the COVID era) and kept her attention for hours. Didn't try the food. The bathrooms (two family ones) were clean. Our 18M had a blast here! They have a smaller toddler area and a larger play area. Everything is very clean. The climbing area is in good shape and there's a lot of engaging elements. It was easy for me to climb with her and she really enjoyed it. There's a large brite light wall, neon marker wall and magnetic tile wall. There's a large coloring area. They sell snacks and toys. We visited Kidcadia about 2 months ago. We were very satisfied with our experience. The very first thing I want to mention is the nursing room. I was stunned when I saw it. You get to lock the door when nursing your baby. There is a rocking chair in there, some free snacks and water for nursing moms, chargers to charge your phone if you need and toddler toys. I loved it Also the play area was very clean. Another thing that impressed me was the staff (on the playground area), they are young, very active and friendly. We really enjoyed the experience there. Took my son to Kidcadia today and got to try the new cafe. Wow the food was unbelievably good. This place is great. Every time we come here we are impressed. Way beyond anything you would expect. The playscape is beautiful and safe, the adult area has plenty of comfortable seating. The decorations are very cool and beautiful. This place is the best! My 4 year old usually gets bored and wants me to play with him at places like this (only child) but here he is entertained for hours! Don't get me wrong, I played with a lot too, but for the most part he was happy just running around. The playscape is huge, but they can also play with magnets, color, etc. There was definitely a lot of thought put into this place! It's very clean too, and I hope it stays that way!( why people can't read rules and want to walk around barefoot is beyond me!) There are tons of comfy places to sit, but I hope they add some cellphone charging areas too. That would be great! The place is really big, so it can be tough to keep an eye on your little one, but it's so much fun here you won't mind getting up occasionally to check. I *LOVE* this place. We're from out of state and we like to bring our kids here when we visit family in Dearborn. Kidcadia is so thoughtfully done. Great staff, clean, and just overall an awesome place to spend a few hours with the kids. My daughters love coming here and spending some energy! Food is from Pine Coast next door and it's delicious. Went for a friends son's birthday, still some kinks to work out on the parties but still a great experience. Big 3 story playscape, coloring areas, big light bright, almost like a hands on museum without the museum part. They really thought about the parents as well, lots of seating space where you can watch the kids, including a second floor area where you are behind glass to keep the noise down. The party room is pretty fancy, great for a princess themed party, we had more than enough pizza, not like other kids party places and our coordinator was amazing. Even the snake bar, which had healthy snacks (and ice cream) was reasonable priced, got a coffee for me and Gatorade for the kids. read more
