The coaches do an incredible job creating a positive, supportive environment while still teaching discipline, hard work, and respect. Over the years, we've seen our kids gain confidence, improve their fitness, and develop resilience both inside and outside the gym. The coaches genuinely care about the kids and take the time to help each athlete grow at their own pace. The gym has become more than just a place to train--it's a community. We appreciate the positive role models, the emphasis on character, and the way the staff makes every child feel welcome. We highly recommend this gym to any family looking for a fun, challenging, and encouraging environment for their kids.

I feel the new Barre3 classes are an improvement to the previous Studio Barre classes for several reasons, even though, like many, I miss some of the old choreo. This place is great for all ages of women that want a workout that will tone them all over and actually prevent rather than cause injuries. By the end of the course, I was drenched in a gallon of sweat. I had Andrew the owner as my instructor. We probably had altogether 1 or 2 minutes of water time. All the other minutes were burpees, jumping jacks, push-ups, and one-on-one instructions, and the remaining periods were all on the punching bag. Andrew is friendly and knowledgeable. He'll go around each person offering corrections to ensure you're doing it correctly and lessen the likelihood of injury. He also tailors the workout based on your conditioning, which is nice. The facility is nice and clean, Andrew even showed me a backroom that's like a workout room which is reserved for private lessons. I came in here once and will definitely return. Andrew promised that he'll get me into a summer bod and get rid of this dad bod; so someone will one day love me too!! This is a crazy good workout, you'll definitely feel it the next few days. But I feel the amount of strength and endurance and calorie burning in this class is insane. I'll definitely be back, 5 STARS!!!

This time around I wanted to find an instructor that was patient with beginners and could articulate the lessons in a way that anyone at any level could comprehend. Maz is just that. He is a super intelligent being who adapts to the individual he's working with. Over the last 9 months I've improved my boxing skills and Maz always is sure to change things up and throw in challenges to enable consistent and continued growth. Aside from the wide variety of combat sports, Maz also offers healing sound baths, cupping sessions, and AMR/RMR testing through PNOE which has taken my fitness to a whole new level. Most importantly, I love the community. The gym has heart and soul, and is a safe place all individuals to come and be themselves. I've never felt judged. Not mention there are two precious dogs that brighten up the atmosphere anytime you walk in door. This place is my home. Thank you Maz/Zenith Active!
