There is a great energy coming from the mats and it all starts with the owner/professor Michael and the other experienced students. Sensei Kelleher has a professional and approachable teaching style where he is able to demonstrate techniques and communicate instructions well. Sensei is an expert in Aikido who also hosts an awareness of other Martial Arts where he can easily differentiate Aikido from them. Sensei and all the instructors are very safety conscious and always aware of the student's abilities and progress.
