I am from NH. I had the pleasure of dining here last weekend. The food was absolutely delicious!! The portions were huge. Our server was absolutely amazing! She brought our food and it was exactly how we ordered it and we never had to ask for drink refills, they were always there in front of us. If you haven't tried this restaurant I highly recommend them. I had the grilled chicken plate. The seasoning on the chicken was vert flavorful and delicious!! Great place to watch a huge variety of sports, great wings and fish & chips and the biggest nachos you'll ever try to eat. I ordered the fish & chips and the fish was excellent, but the chips (fries) were hammered beyond recognition. I let the server know about and she quickly replaced them with fresh ones. The place was very busy during lunch time so I couldn't blame her and thought she was great for changing them out so quickly. This is the second one I've been to and do like it quite a bit. Stopped here for lunch on Sunday because we were in the area. Lots of TVs for sports Sunday. I would say it's a typical sports bar but clean, friendly and would probably make for a great sports night at the bar. Kids portions were very satisfying...large pizza slices! We also ordered the loaded nachos. I can be picky about the queso and cheese sauce but these were great! Loaded, almost every nacho was covered with plenty of cheese, chili, lettuce and pico! The food is good, on this most recent visit I had the Shrimp Tacos which was served with rice and beans. I thought that the dish was okay, unfortunately the taco shell was too chewy to tear apart when taking a bite. As far as the service goes, it is hit or miss. Never been before so not sure if this is an independent or chain. I will say that the black and bleu burger I ordered was superbly done. The bread was toasted and it was fantastic. They have a great selection of beers on tap and the wait staff is very friendly. Reminded me sort of a sports bar but a little different since they had pool tables and not as many tvs as I've seen at some sports bars. The bartender was always asking about my drink and food which might annoy some, but it was good to know they were attentive. The place was also hopping with young professionals and perhaps college aged on a Tuesday night which was a good sign for a restaurant. read more

Best. Wings. Ever. We come here often for date night and have managed to get the best server so many times that she recognizes us literally everywhere. Saw her at Target and she was so excited to see us Ok but the food! We usually get 20 wings: 10 fried with lemon pepper seasoning and 10 grilled with Thai Chili sauce. THEY'RE SO GOOD! We consider ourselves wing connoisseurs and these rate top 5 for sure. Haven't had much else besides the wings and the spicy shrimp which is also delicious. I do not recommend coming & eating here at all. The manager Stacey or Daisy (whatever her name is) is very childish, rude & very unhelpful. Me & my friend forgot our TO GO plate on the table(that we paid for) & she would not replace the food nor give us a refund along with our lazy waitress Alexis who never went out of her way to come & bring our food outside while we were still in the parking lot. They saw us struggle with young children & never showed us any compassion or hospitality in this matter at all. We spent good money there & gave a good cash tip & all she said was that it was not her fault nor her responsibility for making sure we left with our food that we paid for. She did nothing to resolve our issue & told us to call cooperate. They have no soul nor morals & lack empathy. Never have I been mistreated this way at all, let alone by a "manager". Plus later that night I felt sick & puked & our young children got diarrhea from eating the food there. Remember when Battleground Restaurant group thought it would be a better idea to close down that place and open just another sports bar? In my opinion, huge mistake. Last night we went for an early dinner, me, the wife and my two boys. We ordered simple. She had the Cajun pasta (A staple on the Rock-Ola menu). I had some fried shrimp and my boys went for classic kids' fare, quesadillas and mozzarella sticks. Not three minutes later, the food was on the table. Magic grilles that cook chicken in 3 minutes?? French fries like a limp noodle. Soggy. No seasoning. Breading falling off the shrimp. The mozzarella sticks were dry and the cheese didn't even stretch. Quesadilla was burnt and flavorless. All in all it was sad. This is a place that used to have the best steaks and burgers on the planet. The atmosphere was fun and everything on the menu was delicious. Fajitas, Crabcakes, home-made ranch, the yeast rolls with Cinnamon butter. Rock-Ola was amazing. I'm sad they sold out. Change the atmosphere, fine. Don't cheap out on the food. My wife took me there for my birthday and she knows I don't like surprises but this was a great surprise. 19 minutes ago just getting off after a long day at work . i'm treating the family to dinner or so I thought . I had the food brought to me outside . now I paid $63 and some change on food . all that food was put in one bag and given to me curbside service as I was pulling off everything fell out the bag . I took it back to just get it replaced the manger (lilo garner station) looked and me and said what you want me to do he wouldn't make it over or give me a refund . now I been a manger a long time if the person came back with the food or the receipt I made it over or issued them a refund if I they wanted it and I had both the food and the receipt so I didnt see the issue of making my food over . he really expected me to feed my kids that food that fell out the to go bowls into the bag to my kids like they some dogs. I eat at the location at least twice a week but that was the worst experience I ever had and we'll never eat here again . he was rude and his customer service skills were the worst . I asked for the number to the person that was over him and he gave me corporate number .
