This is the best sales experience I have ever had. Dani is so genuine, awesome and not pushy. There was no headache with negotiations. When we first walked in we eere greeted by a salesman who showed us some cars we found one we liked and then it went all down hill from there i need a co signer so i got one then when i come back in to sign all the paperwork they have me as the co signer and the other person as the main buyer staring it didnt matter who was first or second on the paper then when they try to tell me the monthly payment on the car it somehow was able to drop down from 399 to 317 so they will try and rip you off on the monthly payments and then the person who handled the finance part of the deal continued to be rude and lie to me and the co signer stating to them that i wanted them as the buyer and me the co signer and then tried telling me he never said that then the car was supposed to be detailed and filled with gas because of the problems i was having with them when my fiance showed up the car was a mess and there probably was just enough gas to make it to the gas station and nobody at all wanted to help out with that now my last issue which in turn had me call kia service line i left with the car 4 days ago and call up today to make note that there was no floor mats in my car to which the person responded to me every kia comes with floor mats you have no idea what your talking about. I have been in retail for over 10 years and never in my lofe have i treated a customer the way they treated us and from reading other reviews other people to i would HIGHLY RECOMEND that nobody purchase a car from this lot. read more

So serious if I had the choice this star option would be a NEGATIVE 5 because the service I received from here was SOOO terrible especially from Joey D.... I have Nothing good to say about him . They claim that " customer service " is what they do but I guess that he and many others missed that training because the Customer Service was definitely NOT UP TO PAR . I know customer service and trust me when you're the one who has to constantly call a place and ask information that should have been provided to you ... or they don't know Anything " about a device that's supposed to "help" ppl with their payments .... or just don't call back at all .... I have owned or leased 5 different Kia vehicles for my family over the past 6 years. My Sorento was nearing lease end and we were over miles so I pulled up a list of USAA "certified" dealers and decided to visit Route 23 Kia. We worked a pretty straightforward deal, which I've done with other dealers in the past. I was turning in the lease early so they put the payments and overage mileage into my new lease and I drove off with the new vehicle and they took the turn in. (They said they would assume payments but in looking at the "deal" it was clear to me that they just put them all in the new lease, but no matter). So overall the experience wasn't unusual, although the sales manager asked me that if I rated my experience positively online he'd give me a free tank of gas, which I found rather skeevy. Anyway, two months later I get a bill for $4000 from Kia Motor Finance for the lease vehicle I traded in to Route 23 Kia. I called the dealer and initially they tried to say I was responsible and that my contract showed I would have to pay for the lease payments I had left plus the mileage. Of course the deal I made with the salesman included folding in both of those turn-in costs into the new lease, which again is what is commonly done. After stating that they took the vehicle from me the day of the deal and I had no intention of paying a dime, the sales manager said he would take care of it. Another two months go by, and behold, a collection notice from Kia! I called the finance company and it turns out the dealer paid for the lease payments from my old turn-in (again, I actually am paying for them in my new lease) but not the excess mileage, which totaled more than a $1,000. Livid that I would get a collection notice 4 months after driving a new vehicle off the lot for what I thought was free and clear, I called the dealer again and got the run around. Clearly, the sales manager did not want to hear from me and seemingly was always in a meeting when I called. Time went by and I called Kia's customer relations department and they were very helpful and understanding. Eventually, after a few weeks I got a check from Kia to pay the outstanding balance and I was off the hook and my credit was unaffected. But if I did not persist, I'm certain the dealer would've been perfectly happy for me to have picked up their bill. Anyway, I will never "deal" with this "dealer" again. read more

Do not buy a car through this dealer. Buying through this dealership has been a terrible experience. We leased a Sorrento and were happy with it, so decided to buy it. First of all, read your contracts very carefully. When the contract was written up for us to buy the car, several "mistakes" were made which would have cost us a lot of additional money. We had to have the contract revised 3 times because they kept rounding up the pricing and then tried to add in fees that should not have been applied to the purchase. Good thing my husband didn't trust them and read over the contract. And then we paid for them to register the car and get the plates for us and here we are, weeks later, with expired temporary plates and when my husband inquired about the registration and license plates, they told him he was supposed to do that. Then what did we pay for in the contract? I have never dealt with a more disorganized group in my life. How they are in business, I have no idea. LIARS LIARS LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!!! In May 2016 I went to this dealership to purchase a new car. I sat down and spoke a salesman Nelson Silva who helped me find a car and I spoke to him about returning my old Kia. I told him I couldn't even sign today if I wanted to because I still had to put new tires on my car. Previous to this i had called Kia and found out that they charge $115/tire. I knew i needed new tires and could get them cheaper. Nelson said to me *don't worry about your old car we will take care of it*. I asked are you sure about this because I could get tires and return the car and not have as much wear and tear to pay for. He said dont worry about anything we are going to take care of returning this car. I laughed and said I'll call you when i get a bill. I did in fact get a bill from kia about a month later. I called Kia and told Nelson I received a bill for $727 and he said "no way.. I thought my manager Chris was taking care of that! he will be here tomorrow give him a call and ask him". Well when i asked his manager Chris about it he had no idea what i was talking about. Chris then transfered me over to another manager Nelson who said this is impossible we would never have told you that you werent responsible for wear and tear. He called the salesman Nelson in the room and asked if he told me this and he said NO! I then asked to speak to the owner Bobby Molata because i did speak to him briefly when i got my car. He didnt remember this being part of my deal either and said the same thing - we wouldnt offer you that. I said its the only reason i got a car from you because you were willing to take back my old lease. He said no the only reason you got a car here was because we took off $1,500 and he went on to call me "kid" and that i am "manipulating them". Bobby told me he would call Kia and try to get some things waived and call me back. I call him once a week for answers but he doesnt have any. He knows i have to pay the bill or it will affect my credit. He will never call me back read more

i am totally disappointed. i went to the kia route 23 dealership from a third party who referred me only to have my current vehicle key broken by the dealer who was assisting me name steve. i was informed by munoz nelson that they would take care of the problem and to call him the next day. i followed his instruction and after waiting for several days he advised me that the expense to replace my key would be too much and that all he can offer is an apology even after he guaranteed and assured me that he would gfix the key. i have called numerous times and spoke to numerous different people asking to speak to the owner of the place and was told that they can not give out that information. they have been very rude and nonchalant about the incident and was told by nelson that i can do whatever i want they will not replace the key. this dealership lack morals, values, and good work ethics. i would not go do this dealership they will tell you everything and anything you want to hear just to get you to the dealership. read more
