So I called and asked when will I receive my new card. They said it's being mailed to another address, my old address from over two years ago. I asked if the they see my current address, confirmed and it correct. They said they could mail me a form or I could stop in and change the address for the ATM card. Again I said you have my new address so just change it for the atm card. So now I have to waste time through mail or go to a branch. So now it's being sent to an address I dont live at.
