So I called and asked when will I receive my new card. They said it's being mailed to another address, my old address from over two years ago. I asked if the they see my current address, confirmed and it correct. They said they could mail me a form or I could stop in and change the address for the ATM card. Again I said you have my new address so just change it for the atm card. So now I have to waste time through mail or go to a branch. So now it's being sent to an address I dont live at. Talk about a security breach!!!!!

Have been banking with PNC for many years at Stop N Shop. They are great and helped so much with…read moreso much kindness when mother died. Needed to use a full sized branch and it is closer, spacious, and has all services. All bank staff are bankers or higher in skill and have several years experience. They went above and beyond once again when cash was needed quickly after 3 days without home water. Days later financial broker at another entity was creating difficulties in transferring funds from investments to PNC (who has a fiduciary standard, always ask) and they did it again. Stress and exhaustion were greeted with patience, kindness, and focused loyalty. If commenting on specific employees was permitted, this post would be several times longer with gushing so extreme blushes would be induced. They are everything you remember about banking from the good old days though they are subject to prevailing interest rates as are we all. Even the furniture is new and comfy.

So what sets one branch apart from another branch are the staff members who provide the service. One of the tellers is a sweetheart. I believe her name is Carolyn. Very personable, upbeat, extremely professional and always have a genuine smile. It gives me great pleasure to conduct business with someone who looks like they are not dreading their job. It makes me feel better inside and puts me in a better mood. If more people had her attitude while working, we would all make this world a better place. Aside from that, I'm being forced to bank at this particular branch in the shopping center because this is where I am currently located for work. I'm so glad I don't have to deal with grumpy people if I don't have to.
