She answered with attitude, not sure what she said cause I couldn't hear her. She has a look of disgust on her face. About 2 minutes later this same woman came and finally helped me. Have been banking with PNC for many years at Stop N Shop. They are great and helped so much with…read moreso much kindness when mother died. Needed to use a full sized branch and it is closer, spacious, and has all services. All bank staff are bankers or higher in skill and have several years experience. They went above and beyond once again when cash was needed quickly after 3 days without home water. Days later financial broker at another entity was creating difficulties in transferring funds from investments to PNC (who has a fiduciary standard, always ask) and they did it again. Stress and exhaustion were greeted with patience, kindness, and focused loyalty. If commenting on specific employees was permitted, this post would be several times longer with gushing so extreme blushes would be induced. They are everything you remember about banking from the good old days though they are subject to prevailing interest rates as are we all. Even the furniture is new and comfy.

Pretty Solid idea if You ask Me  Eh?? They showed us Hockey, RUSH, Molson Golden, the Raccoon Whisperer, the Trailer Park Boys, and Banks that are open all week long. Got anything else up there We could use? How aboot a publicly funded universal Healthcare system?. - Ok now Your just blowing My freaking mind over here.   Anyway this is a very solid TD branch location full of excellent and friendlier than most bank associates so they always get two thumbs up from Me. The person I dealt with was downright ignorant of bank policies and had trouble issuing me a bank check for the balance. I can see why they are closing 15 branches!! So I called and asked when will I receive my new card. They said it's being mailed to another address, my old address from over two years ago. I asked if the they see my current address, confirmed and it correct. They said they could mail me a form or I could stop in and change the address for the ATM card. Again I said you have my new address so just change it for the atm card. So now I have to waste time through mail or go to a branch. So now it's being sent to an address I dont live at. Talk about a security breach!!!!!

He knew how to explain in an understandable and kind way to my mother how the process worked, which greatly alleviated my mother's anxiety on getting a reverse mortgage. That bank told me that they needed 90 days to close. My realtor suggested her company's mortgage broker and they told me 45 days minimum. I contacted Family Home Funding and mentioned my expected closing date. When other lenders said "impossible", Family Home Funding said "no problem". I was able to close on time thanks to their efforts. For full disclosure, I know the owner of Family Home Funding well enough to know he would have told me it was impossible, if it was. He put Dawn in charge and she found a lender who made my new home possible.
