I've been a Chase customer since the 90's and my visit on this particular day is further reason to…read morebe a customer. I have been in need of a safety deposit box for a while now. I had thought I was on a list with another branch and forgot to inquire about them at this particular location. I called at 11:40AM and asked and was told "Absolutely we have ones available, what time would you like to come in?" I was told that the representative had a few appointments and whatever worked for her would be fine, I was told 1PM. That's not bad! I went in was done 20 minutes later. The representative that was supposed to help me was tied up with another client and someone else helped be, but he was equally as helpful and very friendly. Most of that 20 minutes was spent just BSing about things. Sure banks are businesses and will bend over backwards to get your money, but there's customer service and then just people that don't care. These people are very friendly and you can tell that they're genuine, not faking it to make you feel good!

We went to open a business account and a certificate of deposit (CD), but no one assisted us. We waited, yet no one greeted us or asked us to hold for a moment. We went there because we live in Maywood, but the service was very rude and disappointing. None of the employees cared about us; there was even someone in an office working on a computer who didn't even notice us, and the same went for the tellers. We then went to Chase Bank; we received excellent service there and opened four business accounts. We will never return to TD Bank, nor will we recommend it to our friends and family. Never!

From the moment I walked in, dressed in gym clothes mind you, they were really helpful and professional and answered all one hundred of my questions. They did not lose patience with me at any point because I wanted to know about any possible fees that might occur if for example I don't keep a minimum balance in my savings account. The branch manager and a teller both stopped by to introduce themselves and say hello which I thought was incredibly friendly making me feel very warm and welcome at that branch.
