She is so unprofessional and extremely rude, I don't even want to mention her "ghetto" personality and the fact that she thinks that she is above you. And trust me when I say this, she isn't afraid of showing it either. We filled with her in the beginning of February and here we are in the middle of March and we still haven't gotten our return back. I have been calling her almost every day to try and talk to her and just simply get some answers as far as if she in fact filled our taxes and to just give me a dollar amount so I could check the IRS app, and she doesn't know how to return phone calls, yet she is so quick to take your money though.
