Make sure you put that on your account they also have voice recognition it's easy to get some compassionate person who understands what just happened to you. Your money is important. The rep told me they do it while you are sleeping well I'm up so I'm getting every notification from the fraud. Oh they are so good the rep said they did an ATM transaction with my pin I'm amazed. Banker holidays do not exist at TD and on most holidays, they're open with limited hours. They're open seven days a week and their hours are better than any other bank I know of. Plus, their drive through hours are open even later than their lobby hours. I love the setup of thier banks, you just walk staight up to the teller with no zig-zag theme park lines that shuffle you around. They have all the standard features all banks have: ATM's, Tellers, office areas, and safe deposit boxes. The one feature that I absolutely love that TD bank has is their coin counting machine, which by the way, is completely free of charge to bank members. Great bank.

I had thought I was on a list with another branch and forgot to inquire about them at this particular location. I called at 11:40AM and asked and was told "Absolutely we have ones available, what time would you like to come in?" I was told that the representative had a few appointments and whatever worked for her would be fine, I was told 1PM. That's not bad! I went in was done 20 minutes later. The representative that was supposed to help me was tied up with another client and someone else helped be, but he was equally as helpful and very friendly. Most of that 20 minutes was spent just BSing about things. Sure banks are businesses and will bend over backwards to get your money, but there's customer service and then just people that don't care. These people are very friendly and you can tell that they're genuine, not faking it to make you feel good!
