I spoke to a guy Keith Crocker (investigator) and he tried to intimidate me over the phone and ask why I want to bank with them now? 1. Mind your business. 2. None of your damn business. 3. You're an uneducated piece of you know what with no people skills. In New Jersey, there's a Bank on every corner. If I'm going to get this much agita from banking with TD Bank. It's not worth the aggravation. The customer service is non existent, they are incompetent and rude. So what sets one branch apart from another branch are the staff members who provide the service. One of the tellers is a sweetheart. I believe her name is Carolyn. Very personable, upbeat, extremely professional and always have a genuine smile. It gives me great pleasure to conduct business with someone who looks like they are not dreading their job. It makes me feel better inside and puts me in a better mood. If more people had her attitude while working, we would all make this world a better place. Aside from that, I'm being forced to bank at this particular branch in the shopping center because this is where I am currently located for work. I'm so glad I don't have to deal with grumpy people if I don't have to.

    I made a $90.00 cash deposit in the ATM either 7/29 or 7/30 at Wanaque location in Stop and Shop…read more The ATM didn't give me a receipt. When I looked at my account online a day or so later my account didn't reflect my deposit. I call the 888-PNC-BANK # and explained the situation. The man that I spoke with took down my information and issued a $90.00 credit while it was being investigated. A few days later I received a letter in the mail stating PNC BANK reviewed the issue and determined no error occurred no processing my deposit. That they were deducting the temporary $90.00 credit. I called the branch and spoke with Matt. I explained the situation once again. He said to me that no one has called there to inquire about my issue and that the ATM machine has had multiple glitches and issues the same time I had mine. He said he was going to email his supervisor about the situation and vouch for me that the ATM machine has had numerous glitches. That was Saturday August 11th. He promised he would call me back with follow up information on Monday. On Monday I hadn't heard anything by 3 PM so I called him. He said his supervisor was working on it and I would hear back within a few days. Sooooo it's Friday August 17th since I still haven't heard back I called the branch to find out the Matt and his supervisor are on vacation til Tuesday August 21st. I am beyond livid. When I was overdrawn in my account PNC is on me daily about their money. When they owe me well not a big deal. Anyway I called the 888 number back and explained the situation yet again. My letter states that I have the right to request the documentation they relied on in making their determination. I requested the documentation and was told that there isn't any. He also told me that they can check the ATM cameras. I told him why wasn't that done previous to basically calling me a liar. I told him what Matt told me that Stephanie (the person who researched my complaint) never even called the branch to find out if the ATM was having issues so what did she do to research this? He has no answers but gave me another 800 # to call. The # he gave me is a machine recording for employees of the bank to call when the ATM machine has issues. They are thieves and obviously have no idea what they are doing.
