Very personable, upbeat, extremely professional and always have a genuine smile. It gives me great pleasure to conduct business with someone who looks like they are not dreading their job. It makes me feel better inside and puts me in a better mood. If more people had her attitude while working, we would all make this world a better place. I am a small business owner and I was a little skeptical of applying for the PPP Loan being offered through the SBA. Was I surprised or what! I was completely overwhelmed with the attention and reassurance I received after applying for the Payroll Protection Plan through Lakeland Bank. I applied on the first day that applications were being accepted, and received an email early the next week from Ed T, the loan officer handling my application. He was emailing me to inform me that my paperwork looked good and he was forwarding my info to the proper department for processing. Me, being the quintessential downer, figured that was the last time I would hear from him. But Lo and Behold, I received another email from him stating I was approved for the full amount of my payroll estimate and would be contacted as it got closer to the closing date. Within a week or so I received an email with the time and date to sign the papers. Fast forward to the end. I signed at 9:00AM and the funds were in my acct by the end of day! I now have the desperately needed funds to keep our business up and running during these tragic times. Kudos to Ed T. the SBA and Lakeland Bank! So I called and asked when will I receive my new card. They said it's being mailed to another address, my old address from over two years ago. I asked if the they see my current address, confirmed and it correct. They said they could mail me a form or I could stop in and change the address for the ATM card. Again I said you have my new address so just change it for the atm card. So now I have to waste time through mail or go to a branch. So now it's being sent to an address I dont live at. Talk about a security breach!!!!!

Banker holidays do not exist at TD and on most holidays, they're open with limited hours. They're open seven days a week and their hours are better than any other bank I know of. Plus, their drive through hours are open even later than their lobby hours. I love the setup of thier banks, you just walk staight up to the teller with no zig-zag theme park lines that shuffle you around. They have all the standard features all banks have: ATM's, Tellers, office areas, and safe deposit boxes. The one feature that I absolutely love that TD bank has is their coin counting machine, which by the way, is completely free of charge to bank members. Great bank.

The call consistently goes to voicemail EVERY single time. Yet I have gotten maybe two phone calls from her in which I couldn't answer the call in the morning because I obviously work a full time job and am not able to. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with her. It is also extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone. I can't even reach out via phonecall to a specific branch location. I also went to visions office in Oakland today to drop off a check in which I was told was due by today and the office was closed. The office was closed after they had already been informed that I was arriving and would get there right at 5pm. Which I did though they were already closed. It is extremely unprofessional and there is no reason that me arriving right at 5 the office was closed. This shows me that office was already closed out before that and that is unacceptable .
