Very personable, upbeat, extremely professional and always have a genuine smile. It gives me great pleasure to conduct business with someone who looks like they are not dreading their job. It makes me feel better inside and puts me in a better mood. If more people had her attitude while working, we would all make this world a better place. So I called and asked when will I receive my new card. They said it's being mailed to another address, my old address from over two years ago. Again I said you have my new address so just change it for the atm card. So now I have to waste time through mail or go to a branch. So now it's being sent to an address I dont live at. Banker holidays do not exist at TD and on most holidays, they're open with limited hours. They're open seven days a week and their hours are better than any other bank I know of. Plus, their drive through hours are open even later than their lobby hours. I love the setup of thier banks, you just walk staight up to the teller with no zig-zag theme park lines that shuffle you around. They have all the standard features all banks have: ATM's, Tellers, office areas, and safe deposit boxes. The one feature that I absolutely love that TD bank has is their coin counting machine, which by the way, is completely free of charge to bank members. Great bank.

The call consistently goes to voicemail EVERY single time. Yet I have gotten maybe two phone calls from her in which I couldn't answer the call in the morning because I obviously work a full time job and am not able to. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with her. It is also extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone. I can't even reach out via phonecall to a specific branch location. I also went to visions office in Oakland today to drop off a check in which I was told was due by today and the office was closed. The office was closed after they had already been informed that I was arriving and would get there right at 5pm. Which I did though they were already closed. It is extremely unprofessional and there is no reason that me arriving right at 5 the office was closed. This shows me that office was already closed out before that and that is unacceptable .
