We rented a sprinter limo and we were sent a sprinter bus. The bus they sent was not suited for a large Quinceañera dress. I contacted them immediately when I saw and of course it took a while to hear back. When I heard back I was told they upgraded us for no charge. How is a bus an upgrade from a limo? Once we were picked up we headed to the church and that's when we first noticed there was something off with the bus door. The bus door was opened and started sliding as my sister in law was coming off the bus causing her to slip and fall. Instead of helping the driver stood there and watched her as people ran to get her up. When we were leaving the church he was having issues opening the door. Fast forward a couple hours later he couldn't close the door when we were leaving the photo shoot location, so we drove 30 min with the door partially opened and a bus with 6 kids. The driver was driving horribly, we all kept sliding off our seats and his breaking was almost causing whiplash. When we arrived to our final destination he could not get the door open. He tried so many times and finally looked at shook his head out his hands up in the air and said "I can't get you out" the kids started panicking I started panicking. He just kept saying there was nothing he could do. There was a lack of air and no emergency exit so you can imagine how we all felt. It was so terrifying I called 911 to see if they could help since we were right next to the fire station. Luckily before they answered he was able to get the door open. Later I get an email from the company stating that is what I had renting and to remedy the situation they offered 20% off the next ride. Next ride? There will be no next ride and I hope everyone sees this review and considers a different company. Please save yourself the anxiety, headache and trouble.

After waiting around 1/2 hour I called the number we were given. We were told that there were more cars and that we should look for a taxi. I said we live 2 hours from the airport and that at that time of night we say no one not even a taxi! We had a contract for a ride and and that someone needed to get us home. He then told me that the driver had fallen asleep and nothing could be done. Just to add to the story my husband is 79 and I am 72 and we had just come off of a 5 hr flight . Since they had decided to abandon us at the airport we decided to find a hotel and I told them that I expected them to pay for it. Not until the next day did anyone even told us they were sorry. They finally came the next day! I would never use this service ever again. The person that gave me the recommendation was mortified and also would never use the again. Kris had given us a 10% discount for the return ride but because of that he didn't even pay the full hotel bill. No one should ever use them if the ride is important! I gave one star because I had to!
