I always go here when visiting my brother and the food is so good! They have great lunch specials, I especially love the salmon teriyaki! I will definitely go back again next time I am in town. read more

I mostly enjoyed my lunch here... the ambience is nice, it's a decent size, and the service was good. I really, really enjoyed my sushi rolls (salmon, Yellowtail, and eel). The Miso Soup, on the other hand, was quite watery... I'm a Miso Soup snob and fairly picky, but this one could use some real help. The salad was actually worse. Some lettuce with a little blob of carrot ginger dressing on it. I got some stuff to-go... my wife and I didn't like the calamari dish (tastes funny), I love the flavor of the beef ribs but it was way too chewy, my wife said Pork Gyoza was very good. The edamame could use some salt IMO. I liked the Chilean Sea Bass too, though I'm glad it was an appetizer. It wasn't the kind of prep that I would want a lot of. Something happened during lunch that kind of disturbed me, though. A tall, lanky Black gentlemen wearing a construction vest walked in. I vaguely heard him asking for Chinese food. The staff told him that it's Japanese food, and be could find Chinese right over on Main Street. They repeated this once or twice, but the man kept asking something. I thought I heard "what did is this? What do you have? What is it?" The staff person kind of brushed him off, motioned to the door and was done with him. He looked incredibly frustrated and it was one of those moments when I wondered if I should have just walked out. The staff saw that I noticed this, and spoke to me about it a couple of times. She claims he was demanding free food. I understand that she was busy. I get that people come in from the street and they can be a pain in the ass. I also acknowledge that she was a small Asian female and may have felt intimidated. But the interaction felt kind of racist, to be honest. It felt like she was very quick to dismiss him, show him the door. I get that this man was unlikely to become one of her better customers... granted. But I don't like the way he was treated, regardless. I would consider returning, but I hope they will consider how that treatment feels to another person. read more

I came here with my son today and we had a great time. He lost one of the shapes from his busy book and angel found it for him, she ran outside after us to hand it to me. Very respectful and kind people. Angel was an absolute angel. read more

Please keep in mind that this was a DoorDash delivery. This Yonkers spot has sushi and Japanese mainly. I'm not a sushi person and was nursing a cold, so I wanted some comfort food. First, the mushroom soup was on point. Despite delivery, it was wicked hot, just the right amount of spice, full of flavor, and was the perfect thing for my congested soul. I also got the harumaki, or Japanese ring roll, which was pretty standard. The beef teriyaki lunch (grilled beef glazed with teriyaki sauce, served with miso soup, rice, and salad) was pretty good. Savory, rich. Not a large portion, so not overfilling. Can be combined with some of their other dishes. I have mixed feelings on the beef fried rice. The beef was kinda cold and chewy. There was also chicken mixed in somehow, but that didn't bother me. The stir-fried rice itself was good, mixed with scallions. I just think I would have probably chosen another protein. This place serves a lot of sushi. They compose lunch boxes, which are served with soup, rice, salad, shumai, and a California roll. They serve bento boxes as well. Serve several hot appetizers, other hot soups, salads (seaweed, avocado, salmon skin). They also have noodle dishes (udon, yaki soba, beef sukiyaki, and more). Multiple varieties of tempura. Entrees include katsu pork and chicken, chicken yakitori (skewers), shrimp, salmon, and chilean sea bass. I wouldn't seek this as an in-person dining experience, but for a workday, great delivery, fast, arrives fresh and hot and correctly, and tons of options, including combos, bento boxes, and lunch specials. read more

We got delivery lunch on a weekday. Prices on specials were nice! I liked my salmon teriyaki box, which also included California rolls and shumai and more. The whole meal was definitely fulfilling. I was particularly happy with the beef negimaki, and I'll definitely order it again. Solid menu offerings. read more

Khangri has the best Shumai in all of NYC. I swear. The place is spotless, super clean and with a minimal look. I'm so grateful that we have a place like this in Yonkers because it's very rare to find. The staff is nice and helpful, they'll tell you what they think you'll like and I always listen. I always crave their food when I'm not around and that says a lot. I cannot wait until the next time i order from you guys. Wonderful quality food. read more

Rating: (4/5) I recently visited this place to try out their All-You-Can-Eat menu. Overall, it was a solid dining experience, but there is some room for improvement. The Food What sets this place apart from some other sushi spots is that the price includes a full selection of kitchen food alongside the sushi. We were able to jump between fresh nigiri and hot appetizers like tempura, crab Rangoon , sweet and sour chicken, and many others; which made for a much more balanced meal. The quality of the fish was fresh, and the kitchen dishes arrived hot and well-seasoned. Why 4 Stars instead of 5? The only real drawback was the variety. While everything we ate was good, the menu felt a bit limited for an "All-You-Can-Eat" establishment. I would have loved to see a wider range of signature rolls or more diverse kitchen options. It felt like we ran out of new things to try fairly quickly. Final Verdict If you want a mix of sushi and hot Japanese comfort food, this is a great spot. If they expanded their menu options a bit more, it would easily be a 5-star experience! read more

As always, we enjoy coming here we love it better than Brunch all you can eat we don't have to have a drink and we have fresh seafood tempura great teriyaki, quick service and the ambience is wonderful. It is in South Yonkers, but on a Sunday you can get Parking because parking is a little hard but it has great turnaround because courthouse is right across the street and so is Dmv , so if you want fresh sushi teriyaki and I would come here have a girls day go with your boyfriend whatever works I do both read more

Seriously, the waitress hung over me as in hovering to make sure I didn't share "my all you can eat sushi" and scolded my family for my 8 year old trying to take a bean off my plate. Which I ended up buying anyway so she wouldn't cry, unbelievable , I was the only one that ordered the all you can eat, They had rolls etc. ala carte. I get that people might take advantage, but seriously an 8year old really! After spending 125.00 that day I felt I was treated poorly, and my littles were both in shock, unbearable , I will never go here again and the sushi is all rice little fish, poor experience all around. read more

Great service it that was the end of it. No AC in the restaurant. App- Beef Negamaki - served hot beef was tough and not seasoned at all, the sauce was a flavorless goo that would not stick to the beef. Main course: Katsu pork. Served hot, Perfectly fried, very crunchy but again not much flavor. Sauce was also lacking in flavor. Asked for seasoned rice vinegar or Furikake - and ended up settling for sushi vinegar. read more

Ordered the Salmon Teriyaki Bento Box, and was delivered via GrubHub. The salmon itself was grossly UNDERCOOKED. Borderline RAW. The rest of the meal didn't matter, because they've definitely lost a regular customer. Giving one is overrating. But Yelp won't allow me to give ZERO s. read more

My partner and I were craving all you can eat sushi... as we do :) we are regular all you can eat type of people! The service was average. Nothing special and nothing horrible. They were very quick and attentive. The sushi was pretty good, but not the best I've ever had. If you are craving sushi and all you can eat I would say this is a mediocre place. There is easy street parking here or along the park nearby. The inside is very large and nicely decorated. However it did not feel super clean. The whole time I felt somewhat off put by the cleanliness of the floors. I don't think I would come back but I did enjoy my meal. read more

Khangri Restaurant - All you can eat Salmon nigiri - Japanese Near Me - Yonkers, New York

Miso soup is very good and salmon skin hand roll is best . If you come to Yonger ,you should try it. Recommend by sushi chef from Hawaii read more

I find most all you can eat places are the same with a bursting menu of mediocre quality food, but Khangri is different!! The quality of fish is unreal. It would be a waste to get a tempura roll or even a spicy roll. I'm not one for sashimi, but their fish is truly so delicious ever time that I prefer sashimi over anything. My favorites are the jalapeño yellow tail and the peppered tuna. Truly delicious! read more

Ok Yelpers, I had really high hopes given the really positive reviews. I might have built it up too high in my mind as a result and found myself a bit disappointed. Many of you were right to comment that ambiance is nothing special so I was expecting that. Many of you were correct in that the food is good... and it was very flavorful, although more expensive than I had expected. We can throw down sushi, but the sashimi was cut in very large chunks which is not my preferred cut. Service was barely there, but we didn't have any specific needs. What you all didn't mention was that parking is rough to find. We circled the block a few times and finally found a metered spot. A few abandoned buildings close by gave me pause. Not a deal breaker, just would have been good to know. Maybe an impact of covid on the neighborhood? This place has potential. I might try take out next time. read more

One of my favorite sushi places in the area. Once you enter you can enjoy the full decor and atmosphere of the restaurant. The best part is the all you can eat sushi deal for $25. You can have all the hot appetizers, and fresh sushi you want. For people who want to try all the different kinds of sushi in one go this is your chance. Keep in mind they do have a notice saying if you don't finish all the food on your plate they will charge you the full price for the remaining rolls. This might be an inconvenience to some but it is a good way to reduce food waste. Don't order a large amount of food if you don't plan on eating it. The best way is to order two to three rolls at a time and then order more as you go. We ended up ordering many rolls for our party and were completely satisfied. read more

Great place for some well priced sushi. My friend lives in the area so came to visit her and went for some sushi. I would not say that place was amazing inside, was more as a low key but food was very good which matters. I would say for the price they charge it's definitely worthwhile going. They also have sake and wine if you want. They have all you can eat menu but we had regular menu and was pretty good. Definitely recommend. read more

My absolute favorite spot for all you can eat sushi!Unfortunately, the prices have gone up in the past two years, but that being said... it's all you can eat! Pepper tuna, a must. Kani salad, a must. I had rated this place before & I still feel like this is a solid spot for sushi. However, the food is a lot better when you eat there instead of ordering for takeout. I was disappointed, but I will be eating in the restaurant instead of ordering takeout from now on. read more

Food is good, fast service , ambiance okay no music no entertainment just for food i guess

Food is delicious I ordered to-go. Service went smooth as well. Will definitely be ordering from here again !

Final Verdict: Nothing to write home about, but a good option for lunch if you live or work in the area. Ambience : simple and unremarkable, though clean. The place is spacious, but definitely could use better lighting. Service: Friendly and prompt. Food: Fresh, good tasting rolls. Eel avocado was nice, spicy tuna and CA roll ordinary. Salad and miso soup were decent. Salmon teriyaki decent as well. Value: Good value for lunch. Filling lunch for 12$ pp: multiple options. read more

One very stormy night we were in the Yonkers area and my sister in-law was craving sushi so i just looked online and found this place. When we walked in, it was just us and the staff... My hope was the weather kept others home....Once we settled, got some wine and ordered all was great. We had the shrimp shumai and tempura vegetables. I was allergic to one vegetable and they were happy to replace it . We ordered an assortment of rolls which were all good and 3 deserts! Everything was delicious and our waitress, Jenny was very attentive and helpful. Once the rain let up, more people came in. I would definitely return and recommend this restaurant. read more

Khangri Restaurant - Fried Tempura Ice cream ( not on menu) - Japanese Near Me - Yonkers, New York

Better than average Japanese restaurant serving Japanese and sushi dishes. We had good sushi and meals which came out fast. Speed did not impact taste nor how rolls were made. They were tight and not overly stuffed with rice as previous posters had complained about. Our waitresses were both very friendly and made suggestions when we were ordering several pieces of sushi. She suggested the meal and it was cheaper to order that way. Two of us had the bento box one was Salmon Teriyaki which was fresh with a nice char. All and all it was a very pleasant and good tasting dining experience. We'll be back. read more

Love getting my sushi from here. Best in downtown Yonkers. Always fresh and delivery is prompt too!

The food was good. The only problem is we wasn't sure if the waitress understood English well because we ask for ice water she brings beer, we ask for a couple of things and she brought the opposite. Overall the staff is friendly and nice. read more

we came in for lunch AYCE and while we left full, we also didnt love our dining experience. the price for kids is a bit ridiculous, esp since my child barely eats. the place was empty when we arrived for lunch but they did have a few take out orders. even other diners came in didn't opt for the AYCE option. the food came out swiftly and the service was good but I'm fairly certain the waitress was the owner's daughter; not that there are any problems with that but it didn't seem like the owner was interested in being of service. I've had better AYCE for this price point but it seems this may be the only one in the immediate vicinity! read more

Currently one of my favorite sushi spots! They have a variety of foods from sushi rolls to kitchen items and all for one flat rate. Who doesn't love "all you can eat" huh?
