My calls would be avoided for follow up's and asking about the refund they offered. When they did answer the man was rude and yelling at me. It's definitely a cool store to check out and plus, they have a free parking lot right next to the store (lot shared by 3-4 other businesses in the same plaza - no need for validation). And the cashier girl doesn't bother you at all while you are browsing around (unlike some of the other Korean boutique stores) so that's a huge plus.
