So I rented this cute little studio but it needed some work and definitely needed a paint job. I…read morewas calling around and getting some pretty expensive quotes that were out of my budget, so I had a painter friend recommend using craigslist. I found Elder, the owner of Easy Painting Company. He was very professional, very kind and very patient. He met me at the rental to do a walk-through, and gave me the most reasonable quote out of my four day research on paint jobs. Elder scheduled the next day, he was punctual, professional, accountable, paid great attention to detail, and definitely put his customer and the job first. The job was quoted to take three hours, but took six hours for him and his apprentice, because of the age and condition of the rental. Elder made sure to stay until the job was done perfectly. He had me do a walk-through and show him and his apprentice any spots that I wanted to do any kind of touchup and stayed until I was totally satisfied with the completion of the job. Elder really came to help when I needed it, and did an excellent job, had excellent prices, excellent workers, and an excellent mindset to treat his customers with respect, professionalism and heart. I really appreciate him helping me get my little place ready for this new chapter in my life. I highly recommend if you have any kind of work you need done, give him a call. He does Painting, Tile, Flooring, Drywall and many handyman projects. He is awesome! Thanks again Elder for making a difference. Best Wishes, Laura Lisa

Their pricing was very fair, especially considering the number of colors we chose and the high-quality paint we used. Even after we made several color changes post-contract, Cody remained patient, responsive, and fully committed to helping us get the exact result we wanted. The crew was exceptional--kind, professional, and extremely respectful of our home. They kept all work areas clean, stayed on schedule, and showed impressive attention to detail. The finished exterior looks incredible: crisp lines, smooth and even coverage, and a flawless overall result that truly exceeded our expectations. Although we only had our exterior painted, we would absolutely recommend Straitline Painting for any painting service. They provide top-tier workmanship, honest pricing, great communication, and a stress-free, high-quality experience. We are thrilled with the outcome and would hire them again without hesitation.

Like most people I don't have the need for a painting contractor very often so when we needed our…read morehome interior painted before putting it on the market I was left to rely on online reviews. I ended up finding three contractors that all looked excellent from those reviews and called each for a bid. One said he was familiar with the model and didn't need to come out to quote it. I asked him to do so because there were a couple of repairs that we wanted done at the same time. He asked us to send pictures because he was too busy. I scratched him off the list. The next said he couldn't come out for two or three weeks and that he could give me a call. I passed. I called Straitline Painting next and was pleasantly surprised when someone actually answered the phone. I spoke with Cody, the president of the company and he told me he was very interested in quoting the job and wanted to know if it would be okay if he came out the next morning. We met and he walked the house with us. He was on time and as we walked through the house pointing out some of the areas that needed some extra attention he was very engaged and seemed genuinely interested in giving us the best advice he's could after many years in the industry. He gave us a professionally prepared detailed and fair bid within 2 days and we gave him the job . He even helped us finalize the paint colorto take into account the way the sunlight comes into the home and took the time to show us some of the differences room to room that paint color selection can make. (We ultimately selected a color based on his input.) He and his painter Jerome took a little less than a week to finish the job but I could tell from the beginning that they were pros. Rosin paper down all around and everything masked to prevent any over spray or damage to our property. They spent a good amount of time on that but it clearly paid off. The house was cleaner when they left then when they started. I'm attaching a handful of photos of the finished product but I will tell you we could not be happier with the work that was done or with the interaction that we had with Cody - very responsive and pleasant to deal with there is no doubt in my mind that his very first priority is to make sure that his customers are completely satisfied with the work his company has done for them. We will absolutely call him first the next time we have another painting or drywall patch/repair job to be done. Thank you Cody for the good work and your input in making this job a success. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

So when it came time do do my own home (it was just fully renovated), I did not have the time to paint the entire interior (as my full-time job takes me to the Middle East about 50% of the time). So I had to find someone who would do as well or better than I would - did not think this was possible. I phone-interviewed about half a dozen painting companies and narrowed the search down to 3 whom I in-person interviewed. No one even came close to Alberto and the AMK team. When I told Alberto that "I am a hobbyist painter and I would be very critical of his work", he simply smiled and said that he looked forward to the challenge. Every day now I look through my entire renovated home and my favorite thing to see is the incredible detailed and literally perfect paint job that AMK did. Walls, closets, doors, trim, ceilings, they do it all and they do it better than anyone else. These guys take caring for your home seriously, they value what you value and it shows. Don't regret choosing a 2nd tier painter, it's not worth it. Call Alberto and give him and team the opportunity to prove me right. Thank you for taking the time to read this, you won't be sorry if you make the call to AMK. Russ

I had a great experience with Burke Painting from start to finish. The team was professional,…read moredetail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in their work. They didn't just rush through the job--they put real effort into prep, making sure everything was properly sanded, patched, and ready before any paint went on. You can tell they care about doing things the right way, not just the fastest way. The finished work looks clean, even, and high quality, and it's clear they use products that are built to last. If you're looking for painters who actually treat your property like it matters, Burke Painting is a solid choice. Would definitely recommend.

I'm pretty sure in California a homeowner has a minimum of 3 days cooling off, for seniors 65+ they have 5 days and a contractor must return the monies held on deposit which is usually the right thing to do.
