I got there a little early and he was finishing up with his other client. It's a very clean space and full of plants which I loved. I came in wanted to do basic white gel nail polished but he suggested a natural white tip look. I agreed and he did them a way I had never seen before. They turned out soooo good! I will definitely be coming back. I am so happy with the quality and the way they look. Just keep in mind that this is appointment only place and the parking is very tight.

I guess I should've asked then how long it would take but in my 20 years of getting my nails done, I've never spent four hours at the nail salon. They started with my pedicure right away, which actually was nice. It did take longer than expected, but at least I was sitting in a massage chair... but then comes the manicure. I asked for short acrylics with a micro French manicure and showed a few pictures for inspo. I asked if he could do it which he said he could: if he would've been honest and said no, I could've just went with a solid color. I kid you not, this manicure took just under 3 hours. And looked NOTHING like what I requested (see pictures below) . I ended with acrylics that were much wider than my true nail bed, longer than I asked for (even after asking him to shorten). my cuticles were irritated, inflamed and painful!. I would've been there for even longer than four hours if I didn't finally say something two hours and a half hours into my full set, asking if he would be done soon. The French tip looked NOTHING like what I asked for. He painted the white on about five times thicker than I requested. I asked him to make it thinner, which he barely did but at this point I was late for my afternoon plans and just needed to get out of there... so I said thanks and I tipped 20% (he was nice even if he did an awful job but looking back I shouldn't have tipped anywhere close to that). I was so mad at myself afterwards because my nails were nothing like I wanted. I work in medicine and needed something subtle; not bold outdated pink and white nails. Not only did I spend literally four hours at the nail salon. I then spent most of my Sunday evening filing my nails down, trying to make them look in proportion to my actual nail beds and make the french tip thin like I requested... I ended up painting over them cause I still hated them and now my nails look worse than they ever did before I walked into that salon. Save yourself the time, money and heartache and look elsewhere.

I now have to spend money to fix the damage that was done to my skin. It will cost me thousands to fix it. She aged my skin 5-10 years it was painful and felt burned and severely dried after the procedure. And she dropped the solution into my eyes and didn't even cover them. I suggested wet cotton swabs and little goggles as having this go into your eyes is dangerous. I sent my my mom there as well and she did not stop talking about very personal matters. When I spend alot of money on treatments I don't want to hear about peoples problems.
