I went to Sheila for a sea urchin retexturing treatment, and my skin was damaged so badly that I got 8 wrinkles on my forehead within 24 hours of the treatment it's been weeks now and it's not going away. I now have to spend money to fix the damage that was done to my skin. It will cost me thousands to fix it. She aged my skin 5-10 years it was painful and felt burned and severely dried after the procedure. And she dropped the solution into my eyes and didn't even cover them. I suggested wet cotton swabs and little goggles as having this go into your eyes is dangerous. I sent my my mom there as well and she did not stop talking about very personal matters. Yes, Lillian's is OPEN for business!! Was so happy to book a microdermabrasion facial and happy to hear she was accepting clients. Lillian takes all the necessary precautions to keep you safe during this pandemic. She wears a mask, plus shield, disinfects everything, including the soles of your shoes, etc, to implement safety protocols. I didn't know what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised and felt at ease immediately. Wonderful experience, highly recommend as she specializes in anti-aging treatments. She included a micro dermabrasion on the back of my hands which she informed me will keep me looking youthful (the hands will reveal your age, must keep them looking young!). First, I have to say that I love Lillian. I mean, I really have a lot of love for her. She's the sweetest, most gently tough, fully real, honest and transparent aesthetician I have ever had the pleasure of sharing time with. She's responsive to my needs and desires, generous with her time, and honest. She's also very skilled at her trade. I can only imagine that the rest of her crew are just as good at what they do, and can speak from my own experience when I say that they are all friendly, sweet, down-to-earth, and very real. The prices are also more than reasonable, especially for the basics; eyelash tint is $15, as is brow shaping. She charged me $40 for a full facial wax. (Yes, I tipped!!!) This is probably the best Day Spa in the area. Lillian is an expert at eye brow shaping. They do great facials and pedicures too.

Ukiah has a lot of little places offering "spa" services, but Lillian's has probably been around the longest and has the best reputation. Lillian and her daughter Judy offer safe, clean, reasonably priced beauty services and specialize in skin care, doing outstanding enzyme facials, a terrific back facial and laser facial treatments. Although I don't currently have the financial wherewithal to afford regular facials, I do indulge in their waxing and brow/eyelash dyeing services bi-monthly. They also offer on site botox and filler treatments. Really a wonderful service, run by two terrific ladies. read more

As I moved back here, and I had gone to Sebastopol or SF, I was really looking for someone local that I could schedule regular appts with, who was fabulous. Lillian provided my facial, but unfortunately it was a disappointment. She seemed very distracted, focusing on the laundry, phone, etc. made the appointment very short and was rather rough with the treatment. I'm sure others have had a great experience, but mine was less than I expected and I continue to have to drive south for a really great facial. read more
