I now have to spend money to fix the damage that was done to my skin. It will cost me thousands to fix it. She aged my skin 5-10 years it was painful and felt burned and severely dried after the procedure. And she dropped the solution into my eyes and didn't even cover them. I suggested wet cotton swabs and little goggles as having this go into your eyes is dangerous. I sent my my mom there as well and she did not stop talking about very personal matters. When I spend alot of money on treatments I don't want to hear about peoples problems.

My eyes were injured by the owner Cecilia during a routine lash fill after many months going there…read morewithout incident. Burnt by the glue, and when I told her, unfortunately her true colors came out. Even when I provided proof of the harm the next day, including photos & that I'd had to speak to a nurse through my insurance for help on what to do, she didn't care. Wouldn't simply refund my money, which is honestly more than fair considering I wasn't asking her to compensate me for the damage done to my corneas. Said she doesn't refund money "as a small business." I'm shocked & appalled. Please PLEASE go elsewhere, for the sake of your eyes!

Its more beneficial if you communicate with her and tell her what you want with you brows or others. Her work is smooth and less painful than other threading salon I have visited. For some people, first time maybe a little painful so you can let her know to be a little gentler or slow. She is great to communicate with. She takes appointment through text or fb msg so use it because sometimes it tends to get packed. The price range is affordable. She is always punctual with her time and is closed during national holidays only. But you can still check her fb page to make sure.
